HOLY SHIT! IM BACK! YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

*ahem* Anywho, Greetings everyone. I retrun from my 4 month long vaccation to hell, and let me say... god damn I hope to never have to do that again. So heres what all went down. It all started around about August, right after we had just put about $10,000 into the roof of the house we were living in, our land lord pulls some shit. He had originally promised to sell the place to my parents, but then decides that hey, because hes sooooo in debt to his son, hes going to give the house to his son. So, they show up and decide that they were going to force this new renters contract on us, it being four pages long with fourty of the most ridiculous clauses. Im guess they thought we would just roll over and play dead and sign the contract. But we were like "uh-huh... do you honestly think we are as dumb as you are?" But yeah. So, after we refused to sign it, he decided to evict us. And we were good about it. Now comes the hard part. Rigt about now its say mid october, we start hunting for a new place to rent because my partent don't have any credit, therefore couldn't get a loan to buy a house. Two day before we're about to move, the morgage company that my mom went to calls her up and says, "Hey, we just got you approved for $169,000 loan." So the hunt begins. Now at the time, Vernal is in a boom because of the oil field, thus making prices for everything skyrocket and finding housing nigh impossible. So to house offer number 1! Find a place, make a deal with the guy, get paper work drawn up, get the place appraised and are ready to close. The day that the deal is supposed to go down, the guy backs out. X( FUCK! So we start over. House offer number 2. Find this loverly little place next to Roosevelt. We make an offer through our realator to the realator who is advertising the house. She is supposed to respond with in 24 hours. She doesn't. She takes a week to respond that she took another offer over ours. And we know she did that because that they came to her, and she wouldn't have to share the commission with our realator if she took someone elses offer. X( SONOFABITCH! So, offer number 3. We find a place still with in Vernal. We look around. It isn't fantastic, but it has every thing we're looking for. We make an offer. Buyer rejects the offer because we made too low of an offer and the have house was over priced. X( GOD DAMNIT! So, back to searching once more. By now its about a week before Thanks Giving. We look around and find out that the guy we talked to about the first house is still interested in selling. He just backed out because he didn't have a place to go if he sold his house to us. The reason being it that his wife, who he was currently in the process of getting a divorce to, had sold him a place that she owned, and then turned around and sold it again to somebody else. So we got back onto the tracks with him while he tried to sort out this bussiness with his other place. So we wait... and wait... and wait... and nothings happening. So, onward once more. We got to our realator to look up the listing. Basically everything that had been an option originally had disappeared. Then she saw that the second house that we had offered on came back onto the market. We find out that the offer that was taken over ours had fallen through cause the buyers weren't pre-approved for financing. So, once more we offer, and the realtor accepts it. X3 SCORE! So, we get the paper work going, order and appraisal and... we wait again. Right now, its the first week of December. The appraisal takes one week to happe. Second week of December. The appaiser send the paper work to the lender, and we get ready to close. This is where everything hit a brick wall. Without saying anything to anyone, the appraiser noted on his papper work the one of the 3 registration tags that are stampped to this house is missing. With this being a pre-fab home, it was built and shipped to the location in three pieces then assembeled on site. But when these houses are built, they get tagged with a serial number thats like the VIN number for cars. Well, had the appraiser said anything, we could have ordered a replacement tag certificate. So, we have to wait again. Finally, the certificate arrives and get sent out to the lender and the paper work goes through. Whew! So, we finally close on the house. But now... we acutally have to move. But guess what? Its now the 22nd of December. I have come down with the flu and a sever sinus and throat infection as well as everyone else in my house. And im the only help my parents have. So, in a shit storm of cold weather and snow and with the help of some very nice people from our ward (Yes, im mormon and im gay. WEIRD!) we were able to start moving everything that hadn't already been packed up and put in a storage unit for the last three month. And we finish moving everything out Christmas night.....

Wow... that really sucked as. And during this whole time, I had to quite the job i had. So, i had no money, no car (because i couldn't pay for gas really and my license plate tags had expired, and i had half of my room packed in my car), no internet which was my escape from the hellish reality, and no friends close by.... I nearly went insane. Not to mention becoming an unstable, bi-polar emotional rollercoaster with mood swings to rival a girl on the worst period of her life. Buuuuuut, everything is getting better as we slowly try to piece our lives back to gether, one cardboard box at a time.

Hope things are going pretty good for most people. Can't say that Im doin's so great. But, the main point of this journal is to let everyone know that im going to go off line for a while. A month at the most, depending on what all happens. See, the thing is, our land lord (may he burn in hell) is evicting my family, and we have 15 days to move. Luckily, my parents just found a place, but for the time being, I won't be around very much. Just to let you all know whats happening. Any how, take care everyone. Ill try to update in a timely fashion.

If what i have can even fucking quallify as a life and usefull fucking existance. Its just to the point were I wish I could run around with a shot gun and blow huge fucking holes in all of but not limited to: the fucking money & time wasting animals my family own, one of my bosses, my place of work, my car because its fucking broke down-STILL! And after all that, I'd probably put that thing to my fucking head an pull the trigger and take a permanent vaccation to hell, which would more than likely be a step up from my life.
