Posted 13 years agoOk so.. this stray cat that has been chillin' outside my house since like January had babies! She had 7 but 3 died *super sad face*... now there are 4 left!!! I have one taker already and I'll more than likely keep one myself. I just need two more potential adopters!! So anyone in the Norfolk, Virginia area (or anywhere else if you wanna drive for a while).. if you're interested, please let me know!! These babies have about 2 or 3 more weeks with momma before they can be taken away, I believe.
If you can't take one, please spread the word! I can't stand the idea of taking any of them to a shelter and I can't have more than one pet :(

Shitty friends? The story of my life apparently. (RAGE/VENT)
Posted 14 years agoOK SO! I went with my "friends" Sarah and Branden to Branden's parents' house for a few days (took my daughter along as well). These two were like my only friends in PA aside from one other person. So, needless to say, I was kind of like attached to them.
It all started out fine I suppose, we were all having fun doing whatever. Slowly they started to kind of blow me off for other things, starting out with them hanging out in the computer room and leaving me alone in the living room. I didn't care about this too much. BUT the main point of this rage vent for me is.. ABANDONMENT!
I went along with them expecting to be coming home friday or saturday. Well, saturday evening rolls around and Branden comes in to say "We aren't leaving until the middle of next week." This decision was made WITHOUT ME! Which was irritating. I hadn't packed enough clothes for myself or my daughter, nor did I pack enough diapers to stay longer than the original plan. Well, I tried talking to them about it and they didn't want to take me home, even though my husband and my mom BOTH offered to give them gas money for the trip to drop me off and to go back to his parents' house. Instead, they thought they would offer me a ride with someone that I DO NOT KNOW and have only heard bad things about from their mouths (Sarah and Branden's). Wtf, right? So I call up my mom and tell her the whole story and ask her if she'd come pick me up, of course she was immediately IRATE with my so-called friends. Once they found out that my mom was pissed, they got pissed at me for it. They completely ignored me and left me alone at the house with his family multiple times so they could go out and have fun without me.
Sarah had come at me with "and how old are you?" in a rather snippy way when I had told them about my mom being upset about me not being home when I had told her I would be. Honestly, I wanted to be like "And how fucking old are you two?" Sarah doesn't have her lisence, Branden doesn't have his diploma or a GED, neither of them have a job, they live with Sarah's parents and they are CONSTANTLY leeching money off of anyone they can!! And she has the nerve to ask me how old I am? Excuse me bitch, but I have my lisence, I have my diploma and am currently attending college, I don't have to beg people for money to take care of myself and I DON'T FUCKING LIVE WITH MY PARENTS!
Honestly, I have helped those two out SO MUCH throughout our 'friendship' that it's fucking ridiculous. I have helped them pay car insurance, I have given them gas money and money to buy cigarettes, I have paid for their meals when we've gone out to eat.. I even bought Sarah a tattoo once when I went to get one myself. I helped Branden with his school work for his GED and I helped Sarah start the process to be enrolled in college, they both didn't finish either. I'm an awfully generous person sometimes and it seems to always bite me in the ass.
Both of them can go fuck themselves. I'll see them in a few years living on the fucking streets in the shit hole that is Irvona, PA with all of their dirty, disgusting, poor ass friends that they picked over me :)
One question to anyone who reads this.. if you had a child, would you accept a ride from someone you don't know and only heard bad things about?
If your answer is yes, you are fucking retarded.
