I can happily say I'm glad I never made an account on Twitter to post my work.

I swear, the discourse that goes on there in regards to the fandom is ridiculous. Post one suggestive piece of artwork of a cartoon canine and you suddenly have dozens of puritan teenagers with chronically-online syndrome gathering the forces to CALL YOU OUT FOR BEIN' BAAAAAAAAAD!!!

THEY MUST PURGE THE FANDOM OF ALL EVILS WITHOUT EVIDENCE!!!

The inability for certain people to seperate a drawing from real-life is just crazy lol

Been having more time this year, and I've been taking time to learn new things with art, my style, etc.

Been nice getting back into the swing of things while honing my abilities. It feels pretty good being able to draw some of the things I've wanted to draw but didn't have the skills to do prior.

...even if I still cheat with backgrounds lol

I recently did something I've been putting off for a long time on here, which was to go through the list of people I follow and remove the dead accounts. It's amazing how many artists have simply vanished from existence. Quite a few were names I really enjoyed seeing for the longest times.

Although it is nice to see some are still around posting elsewhere....mostly Twitter. I'm okay with Twitter. I use it for a lot of other things, but nothing furry related. Perhaps I should make an account for my artwork there as well to just like...have one. Not that I draw as much as I used to. Life has been busy!

I honestly just haven't had much to post in regards to life things.

Pandemic is still going, but I'm working and tending to life things. Have a LOT of projects going on outside of FA, which have been going super well, but it's taking up my time. I've been trying to reply more often though while working on art here and there.

So I've been going through my old artwork and decided I'm going to take some of my favorite traditionally done pieces and update them into digital. I like a lot of my older stuff, but most of it hasn't held up to age. Not to mention the scans of these pictures just aren't that good and sort of blurry.

So it might be fun to remake a lot of these older pictures.

I've noticed a lot of inactivity on FA lately. Not only in artists posting/moving elsewhere, but also in regards to comments and interest in posts.

Truthfully, I've been part of it. I've been doing artwork, but it either isn't furry related or I just don't feel like posting it due to general lack of interest. I've always drawn for myself, so really, that's no big deal. I guess my desire to share just isn't that prominent anymore? I dunno.

Still big in the fandom (will even have a new version of Blaze's fursuit done!) but as far as other things I guess I'm just drawn elsewhere. Honestly, I'll probably be re-writing Echo Knolls down the line as well to feature human characters, as it was never really shown much interest in the fandom outside a select few friends.

So lots of future plans! Hope all is well for everyone!

This year was a blast though! Seriously, while our group doesn't really check out panels or shows that much, we make our own damn party. There were lots of dances, amazing food (Bae-Bae's thinks we're obsessed lol) so much SWAG! I bought so much. Ugh, I swear that the ability to pay with credit card is the worst thing ever!

There was also a night that I can't fully remember, which was awesome I hear. There is also a night that I'll never forget, but that's all I need to say <3

So yeah, this was a great year with the best friends anyone could ever have! Hope others enjoyed as well :D

I really am!

I've just been INSANELY busy with other projects! Like, projects that are going REALLY well for me suddenly! Seriously, 2019 feels like the year of "I get shit done and it pays off!" sort of deal O.o

I've been wanting to do art and hell, play some of the video games I've backlogged currently (LOOKING AT YOU RE2, KH3 and SEKIRO!) so hopefully I'll be able to do some of that soon.

On a side note, I'll be at Anthrocon again this year! Not doing anything special of course. My happy ass will just be there to hang out, see friends, and buy shit xD

Yes, my Inkbunny account has poofed, and it was by my own doing. I originally made it to post the pictures I was drawing of younger Blaze and Diamond Tiara, but after having finished those, I no longer really felt a connection to that account anymore. I used it to post a commission here or there but...that was about it.

So ultimately, I decided to cast it aside and cut those cords. Trust me when I say you won't be missing out on anything new. Anything I draw will be posted here as normal (and you can probably find some of it on image boards somewhere I'm sure lol)

I'm sure most have at this point, but this probably has to be one of the best combinations of "wholesome" and "depraved" that I've seen. Plague has always been amazing at that sort of thing, and I can thank Super Best Friends for knowing about him :D

Because I honestly get asked for them quite often! Like generally I get asked once every other week if I do them. Which truly, it never hurts to ask, and I'm flattered people desire to ask me for such a thing.

In all truthfulness, the extra money would be a fun thing to have, but it all comes down to one thing for me.

I don't want art to become a job, as it's something I do to settle down and relax after working. I come home, and if I don't intend to work on my writings, then I will often settle down onto youtube while I draw. Art for me is a relaxing hobby :D

Now...when you toss in someone wanting to pay you for it, not only does it add a bit of stress to "perform" accurately, but you also no longer get to draw what you feel like. You are being paid to work on someone else's idea, which sadly removes the "fun and relaxing" factor from the equation for me. Some people DO enjoy doing it for money and I'm glad they are able to do so, truly! For me though; it's just not something I'd want to do. The freedom to work on what I want, when I want, is perfect the way it is. Unlike my writings, I'm not looking to become well known for my artwork. If people happen to like what I post, then that's just a bonus and I'm happy to know others enjoy the stuff I work on in my free time!

To that I would say, hell yes! ;D

2018 has been knocked from the battlefield and into the lost, forgotten mists of the abyssal voids that nip upon the heels of time itself. It was a pretty decent year overall. I'd give it...a B-

Got a lot done, and hopefully 2019 will be just as productive! I hope all of you find a grand adventure ahead. One that carries you with friends, great times, and plenty of good things to come.

Bidding farewell to you, Zaibatsu!

From the wonderful laughs of Man VS Wild and Skyrim (LYDIA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!) to Xbox Live Indie Games and my favorite Halloween uploads during the Shitstorm each year and the Dark Souls playthroughs.

It is sad to see the Super Best Friends end so suddenly and in such a sad way, but I hope each of them finds success in their new routes. Part of me also hopes that perhaps someday they might recover and rejoin. They might not have been the biggest YouTube channel, but damn did I always enjoy watching the chemistry they had.

Here's to you guys, Matt, Pat, Woolie and even Liam. Plus the hidden "Billy" who did quite an amazing job editing their videos. Long may the sun shine! *Two scoops of Sun Praisin'*

Hah...a few have noticed that I haven't uploaded my own art in about 3 months. Trust me; I've noticed too.

Lately I just haven't had too much motivation to draw anything. I have the ideas, but in the long run I've felt that other artists have been better suited to draw the things I want to see. I DO want to draw my own stuff still, but the right spark hasn't crossed before me as of late.

Art is pretty lengthy. Sketching out a picture, cleaning it up, scanning it, reworking the lines, coloring, shading, Hey, I love the results; I just haven't been able to get myself to do it XD

I'm sure I'll get back into the swing of it at some point. Just no idea when?

Hey, in the meantime, make sure to check out "The Tragedies of Echo Knolls" linked around my page. That's still very much a thing and, truth be told, I've been focusing a lot more on writing. I've been getting a lot of good feedback on the story and my other works outside the fandom, so hopefully those inside the fandom check it out. Holy crap, it happened again!

Honestly, it seems that after 21, birthdays are just like "Yep, another rotation on this big 'ol orb has been completed" and this one has come and gone like the others before it. It was a good one though!

Then again, I blame it on the fact that after school, weekends don't mean anything anymore. You work, you get your days off, and it all just blends together! Huzzah for existing though! :D

I have to say, this was the best year ever!

I'm sorry to those that I didn't cross paths with. I always seem to be this shadow that sneaks around the convention with my friends, despite the fact people DO seem to see me! Not to mention that I'm never trying to hide. I always LOVE to see people...it just never seems to occur! Although forgetting all my badges this year didn't help e.e

Although hopefully some of you managed to see the Echo Knolls cards and papers I happened to leave sitting around. If so, then huzzah!

It was great seeing all my friends this year! I even managed to see in her natural habitat on the way out XD

This will be the 10th year of my attending AC. Hard to believe it's already been THAT long since our group's first one in 2007. Jeez, when did that much time pass?!

Anyway, I'll be hanging out around the convention as we always do! Dances, maybe a few panels, exploring the city, buying things I don't need by really want anyway and of course hanging out with the best people ever! <3

I'm also going to have a small Echo Knolls goodie to set out to show it's arrival this Autumn. Shiny, pretty things are always fun!

So tonight, right around this time, Echo Knolls hit 100,000 words, now with only 4 more chapters to go before it's completion!

Though of course, after that begins the editing process, continuity checking, and all that other fun stuff, but I'm determined that this story will be done, finished, completed, all wrapped up and finally published before the years end!

I don't know, I thought it was a pretty cool milestone to hit :D

This is sort of random really, but it's been a thought of mine here and there.

I know I'm not exactly the most "Active" artist around. By that I mean my lack of taking commissions, posting to multiple sites, and just in general making a network of my galleries. Truth be told, art is something I just see as my relaxing time. I get home from work and when I'm relaxing and not writing, I enjoy working on it while watching youtube and other various things. So when I'm done, I post whatever I've finished on here for anyone who might also enjoy it and...well, it just sort of ends there lol I guess that means no one ever has to worry about needing to pay for anything I make! XD

But yeah, I've felt a little bad that I make it seem like I just don't interact much, which I love doing, honestly! I'll always try to reply to things, talk to people, etc and etc. My life also tends to be rather uneventful, so there's that too, woo! :D

Also, for those interested, I'll be posting up the first few chapters of the reworked Echo Knolls soon, which includes many improvements to the original postings. I started that story 4 years ago...jeez!

So yeah, I haven't really posted anything of my own in about a month now. I'm working on it though! Mostly on 's Christmas pic!

Between Final Fantasy 15, Pokemon Moon and work...I've been sort of distracted. Pokemon Moon has revealed to me that I enjoy shiny hunting. Which means that my hunt for a Shiny, Female, Super Luck, Adamant Absol shall continue!

...well if I'm going to do it, it's going to be perfect! >.> <.<

Yep, saw that trailer, and thought it was pretty epic. Portable? Console at home? Built in controllers? Compact? Lack of silly controller gimmicks? All there!

Now, as long as they treat it with better games than the poor Wii U, I'd say this console shall kick some big league ass! :D

So was out Pokemoning with some friends. I finally hit 99 charmander candy today, and went to transfer the one chamander I had to get 100, which would let me evolve Charmeleon to Charizard (finally!) I click, tap, confirm.......and Charmander starts evolving. I do a double take with a "Wtf?" expression, as somehow, I had hit Evolve, so instead of transferring the Charmander, I evolved it....which took me down to 74 candies....meaning I now need 26 more candies to hit 100 again...meaning I need to do another 78 km, being that hatching them is near impossible, and the little buggers don't spawn in my area.

*Head desks*

I'm sure there is worse that has happened to people, but this was a pretty crappy thing to happen. Going from "I get a Charizard tonight after all my hard work!" to "I get to walk 78 more km after I screwed up!" lol
