Posted 13 years agoI'm off leave now, which sucks because this last one was the best. I can see 
cianthefur and I being together for a long time after this. These last sixteen days I have been living with him day in, day out. There were funny moments, like when he asked me to do the dishes and I ended up just cleaning the whole kitchen. There were a few things I wasn't able to do, but there is always time for that again. Overall, this was the most enjoyable leave I have been on since I have been in the army. I really didn't want to come back.
RMFC will be coming up soon. I'll be there. (unless the army pulls some retarded shit) :Ð I'll either be in suit or I won't. :Þ If you see me and want to chat then by all means, do so.

Posted 13 years agoYesterday morning I had this crazy dream that I came across two ferrets that were abused and neglected. One had a ring od red fur around it's neck. I remember that after taking them in they were happy and playful. I'm not sure how the rest of the dream went, but now I want some pet ferrets. xÐ
cianthefur and I decided that we will wait until one of us has a job (after I am out of the army) to get any pets. I would love to have a boxer too, but that will have to wait until we are able to rent a house at least. I wish the VA would hurry up and give me my percentages. FTA.

So far it has been the usual things. We went to the river yesterday with
jaketwolf and another friend. We were going to tube the river but the only store that had some wanted about $35 for one and they only had three. After a while we said fuck it and went to the river anyway and just chilled on a rock. A can of beer floated past Jake and I tried to go for it. I gave up after I got to a sandbar after hitting my hand on a big and pointy rock. xÞ
Anyways, going to be moving some stuff around for a bit and we plan on going camping this weekend with
mesomelas and others. From what I am told it is going to be a rough camp with a hike in since there are no roads to get to the spot. Oh, and it will be at around 11,000ft in elevation. :Ð
In other news, the workouts I have been doing are starting to show itself. My arms are most definitely getting bigger and my back is stronger. I am interested in seeing how I will look by the end of the month. If I keep it up and stick to it, I want to see how I will look in a year. :Ð *bounces*

Posted 13 years agoI had a four day weekend. Though I had to spend Friday morning getting seen by a doctor hired by the VA. I think my back will be fairly assessed. It will take a few weeks for them to go over the results before they send it off to the VA where it will sit for a few months until I am told my percentages. If I have 30% or more for my back then I get medical retirement from the army, though I would rather just go to the VA and not have to bother with the army ever again. Lets just hope that this goes by quickly, I want to be done by November. *keeps paws crossed*
I am starting a new workout that has pretty much broke me the fuck off (good thing). xÐ Hopefully I will start to see results with that and stay motivated to push myself even harder.

I am in support of this mesure. It adds funding to the state budget and it ensures that regulations will be in place. What does law enforcement think about this?

I am in support of this mesure. It adds funding to the state budget and it ensures that regulations will be in place. What does law enforcement think about this?
“During my 36 years as a Denver cop I arrested more people for marijuana than I care to remember, but it didn’t amount to one bit of good for our citizens,” said Tony Ryan, a former officer with the Denver Police Department and a board member for Law Enforcement Against Prohibition. “Keeping marijuana illegal doesn’t do anything to reduce marijuana use, but it does benefit the gangs and cartels who control the currently illegal marijuana trade.”²
According to my friend that sells firearms, police come in all the time and say they would rather make marijuana legal and alcohol illegal. After all, no one has ever smoked a bowl then beat their spouse or others.

1. Friday night seemed to drag on. I am working at a gym on post and my hours are from 1:30p-10:00p (1330-2200). We were able to close down half an hour early and right away I hauled ass north to. When I got there we talked for a little bit then went up north to watch hyper's dogs.
2. We slept in and did a few things before heading out to jaketwolf's party. 
jdfuchs was there followed shortly by my friend that has an FA account but seems to never use it and 
tenebraevulpis We shot firearms, and drank (excessively in my case). Seriously, I have not gotten that drunk in years. It was awesome, I just wish I could have been less drunk, but the beer was so good. Once it hits your lips, it's so good.
3. We slept in again and missed the Pride parade. We went anyway and we bumped into Fritz and Zin along with a few others. After about two hours we decided to head out and after a pointless trip where keys were forgotten we decided to just take a bus instead since we can ride for free anyway (student and soldier). We took the light rail too just for shits and giggles. The walk seemed kind of long but the Phó afterwards was worth it.
4. Since I don't start my shift until 1:30p I was able to spend the night in Denver. I woke up that morning and had to get Cian up. He really didn't want to because he knew that afterwards we wouldn't be able to see each other again for five days. So after a while we finally went to Village Inn and got some breakfast before he went to school and I left for Fort Carson. I can't wait for block leave so I can get a real taste of what it will be like to live with him, if only for 16 days.

VA, and other things
Posted 13 years agoI saw the VA on Monday. I gave a list of several things that I want to claim on disability. The guy said that from this point I could be out of the army in four to twelve months. Lets hope it doesn't take too long. ^_^
I have been keeping track of the number of laps I do when I am swimming (one hour). Monday was 21 laps and today was 27! I was at 12.5 laps at the halfway point (30 minutes). It is very rewarding to see an improvement so quickly. I also noticed that I was able to keep my legs kicking the entire time.
Yesterday I did a chest and triceps workout. Tomorrow I will focus on my back. Any suggestions? Any Fort Carson or Colorado Springs fur want to be my workout buddy?
Either next week or the week after, I will start working at Waller Gym. I will be working from 1330-2200 (1:30p-10p), which is kind of cool and sucks all at the same time. I might be able to spend sunday nights with my mate and drive down on Monday, but I don't know yet. We'll see.

Posted 13 years agoI was able to get off early on Friday and went with cianthefur to his campus for a few things. While there I got a call from the VA saying my appointment for them is on Monday! The MedBoard thing is going pretty fast. :Ð
After that we went to Castle Rock and hiked the rock and cuddled at the top. Then we went to my friend's house and waited for him to arrive so we could go to Foxtrot. I made a slideshow with pictures from all of the previous Foxtrots and gave them to
taofox. I also introduced my friend to jaketwolf and they talked for the rest of the night. Something about flashlights. xÞ
The next day I helped Cian move some of his stuff to a friends place that he will be moving into next month. There was a new first for our relationship, but I won't go into anymore details. ^_^
Sunday was pretty chill. We slept in and had a late breakfast, eggs in a basket. The rest of the day was spent hanging out and whatnot. Fun stuff. ^_^
