First Encounter Assault Recon (I prefer Fuck Everything And Run. Not my take on acronym of course). It's a horror-based FPS game where you are this typical Ageless-Faceless-Gender-Neutral-Culturally-Ambiguous-Adventure-Person with an interesting ability to slow down time to help with aiming. You get cool guns, shoot bad guys in cool uniforms, and shit your pants as you navigate creepy hallways with crazy shadows that shows absolutely no compromise between what's lit and what's completely black (At least the first game anyway. The shadows do improve slightly in sequels).

And did I mention the whole series is available for PC for $10? If you are living in US, then go get it (It's also Steam-compatible)! If not... well, I'm terribly sorry. I do believe that Amazon downloads is US only due to region hoo-ahs.

At times like this I wish I had a computer setup capable of video recording, or livestreaming current-gen titles. I got some pretty darn good freak outs playing the first game and screaming my balls off (yet again) playing the first expansion.

But hey, Blacklight: Retribution is a pretty cool F2P game out for Steam. Great default starting rifle, rather dapper players (So far. Don't count me on that) and an overwhelming weapon customization options (Although I admit, you won't be seeing most of the cooler gadgets for a very long time unless you drop in some cash. Even then the early levels do give some very classy weapons to help start which specialty you're going for). Just... try to focus on having fun and doing silly things (Like clubbing enemies who clearly deserve to be clubbed after chasing them for 30 seconds undetected) rather than winning, okay?

That aside, going to head down to somewhere few hours away this weekend to help move in all the stuff into the new home and finally grab my stuff that was supposed to be sent to my apartment two weeks ago. Oh, and it appears I'll be getting a new tablet since my sister prefers my old Intuos3 for some reason. The tablet's drawing pad is starting to wear out after six years, but it has served me without fail. I only wish more devices were this sturdy these days, instead of breaking or requiring replacement in a matter of months.

Hopefully I can post the updated commission info when I come back. Gonna be making some few changes around and make it easier to read.

After about 40 minutes of troubleshooting including the non-responding procaster surviving task/process manager and actually preventing any means of OS restart short of forced shut down, almost causing the wireless adapter to fail, and reinstalling the program three times, I shall attempt to venture into a world no cactus has ever gone before.

And I already forgot when I had this channel. Gonna try and see if I can finish the Nature Walk pic before something irritatingly interesting happens.

I sort of miss playing Spiral Knights. I should get that account issue resolved this coming weekend.

I got a summer job.

TIME FOR A VACATION FOREVER

So, I just noticed that I broke 100-watcher milestone a long time ago. I remember when I thought this was a big deal back when I was a young'un, but I can say it still put a smile on my face. But I do realize that my watcher-watching ratio is a bit on the sad side. I need to fix that up.

So I give my thanks, and hope that I don't disappear yet another time for several months. Unless it's something catastrophic like Ukrainian mutant boxing bacons breaking loose. That would be bad.

So, I saw Redline the other day. Possibly the most outrageously outlandish anime film I have ever seen. Essentially combine Gurren Lagann's action and Initial D's racing and you got some of the most unpredictable racing animes ever conceived. The soundtrack's quite tasty as well.

Also, dat hair.

In any case, I finally got my muse back. Well, it was a while ago and I've been wanting to draw some machines lately. Along with posing/character practices. Hopefully I'll be able to get started on the groundwork for something I always wanted to do.

Looks like Paint Tool SAI doesn't want to work either. Fortunately I can still save in any other format besides .sai extension. Strange.

Of course I'd be mysteriously productive during midterms week. There are no limits to what you can accomplish when you are supposed to be doing something else. Like eating lunch. It's already nearing 3PM. I've been split on which brand of noodles to drown my sorrows in for hours. By the time I decide it may as well be a midnight snack.

I intended to post a follow-up journal since I was pretty darn tired when typing up that last one... but I guess I got sidetracked a bit.

So yeah, I should mention that I got an Inkbunny account. There's nothing up there yet as I thinker with the settings, but I plan to use it to upload higher-resolution (Or the resolution I originally worked on, particularly paper scans) pics alongside e621.

And again I apologize for not replying back to messages and new watches and faves. I keep contemplating whether I should send out ty messages or not, but I do appreciate it. :>

Disregard my last journal. I derped and hit create a bit too early. Boy am I tired.

Last two months have been rather uneventful. Passed final, bomb final along with copious amount of instantly regretful decisions beforehand. And then the break. Went to places, tried to piece my motivation together and all. I tried not to dwell too much on the whole fiasco that almost wrecked me last semester.

For the first time I came up with absolutely zero new pictures whatsoever for one full month, through entire winter break. Buuuut, I finally broke through yesterday with a sketch. At least it brought me some long-needed satisfaction. Sorry again for neglecting commissions. I've made a dart board with a picture of me to throw darts on as a reminder. I should consider applying for Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy.

Also, Spiral Knights is a fun game. Except for obvious pay-to-win aspects. But I have to say, it's the fairest one I've came across yet.

Anyways, I set the plan in motion to switch my checking card to somewhere that won't try to, oh you know, break me into pieces. Not sure what that will do with my Paypal account, but I intend to find a suitable Credit Union before closing my Wells Fuck-all, or soon after. It won't affect commissions whatsoever, since things still haven't gotten better. I'm getting things done, but holy crap does it have to take 10,000 years to get anywhere nowadays? Now, I still want to draw (Really, really badly!) and get the commissions done, but all these events are making it impossible to concentrate.

To start off, it's not too hard to guess what's keeping me inactive around here (School). It would be better to speak about what I've been doing about it.

There's been some major developments that demanded my attention throughout the past few months, couple of days of depression, followed by couple of days of socializing, and bashing my head with a frozen carton of orange juice (To be fair, this time it was an accident) followed by quiet "fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu-" since my roommate was still sleeping. One thing's clear: Frozen orange juice hurts just as much as frozen milk.

Point is, I've been swinging about on changing my major. Pretty much the entire absence was spent on figuring out what the hell to do and speaking with various persons of interest. And now everything's settled down (Still got to tie up some... loose ends), I figured I'd at least let others know where I've disappeared off to when there are commissions to be done. It's been hard trying to pick up the pen again after all that's happened, but I'll get them before succumbing to ninja cars.

Anyways, class registration's pretty much over with... for now. Looks like others have eaten up the other classes before I could even register again. Bastards.
