It's an MFF tradition of mine, I guess I could say, that I get to the con hotel an hour or so before Opening Ceremonies on Friday and leave right after Closing Ceremonies on Sunday.

Staying at:
The con hotel, for the first time at MFF for me! 2007-2009 I was at the overflow hotel.

Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you all got lots of candy and had lots of fun. I didn't get much candy, but I had an enjoyable afternoon. I helped out at a church's youth group event at a farm that has a corn maze where I put on my fursuit, stood in the maze, and handed out candy to little kids. There were about three dozen kids that showed up, one of them was afraid of me (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3708396/), two kids tried pulling my tail, but the rest behaved themselves and enjoyed me being there in suit. I was kind of sad that I couldn't go door-to-door trick-or-treating again like last year, since the only other two local suiters moved away since last Halloween and I wasn't going to go by myself, but this event made up for it.

Ugh, I thought I was over my troubles falling asleep but they're back. Two nights ago I was up until 8am and got five hours of sleep, last night I was up until 5am and got two hours of sleep and am home now missing work because of a stupid headache. I get headaches from sleep deprivation. Ugh.

I already posted about this on MiFur and I don't want to resurrect the old topic I made to ask the same thing there again. So I'll ask here: Anybody have good strategies for falling asleep when sleep just won't seem to come easily? How can I bring an end to these sleepless nights?
