Hello 2025!
Posted 10 months agoI hope that the New Year has thusfar been kind to those reading. How about a few updates, eh?
I began a garden last year, and couldn't be looking forward to digging back in once the earth is soft enough more. My family always had a garden growing up, as did more of our relatives than not. It's invigorating to now have that space of my own! I feel like I've learned so much already, and couldn't be looking forward to furthered learning more. Now that all of my old bushcrafting spots are on lockdown, its cathartic to have another in-the-mud project. Aiming for expansion this year! Started a compost pile rather early in the prior year, and hoping that some of it will be ready by the time Spring hits. Turning frequently! Last year I grew green bell peppers, a few kinds of carrots, bush peas, two varieties of tomatoes, turnips, radishes, beets, hoards of cucumbers, lettuce, sugarbaby watermelons, and put in two blueberry bushes and some rhubarb a ways out from the main garden.
This year, I'll be planting may queen lettuce, giant red celery, Japanese white eggplant, Lillian's caseload peas, purple podded pole beans, ancash market cucumbers, lemon cukes, kuttiger carrots, conovers colossal asparagus, leelanu sweetglo watermelons (switchin it up!!), three varieites of tomatoes, and two varieties of strawberries. There may or may be more food-centric art to come in tandem~!
On the art note- Five years on furaffinity now! Wow! The time has really flown by. I'm so thankful for all of the friends that I've met thusfar in my time here, and the different ways in which I've been motivated to push my skills. Thank you for sticking around, everybody :) I've got a lot of wips in the fire that I'm eager to share~!
I'd like to throw out a question! Is there anything in particular you'd be interested in seeing regarding Aster, Dimas, or Blue? I've got plenty of ideas (and wips, heh) for them myself, but I'd really like to cast out the net and see what everyone else is thinking!

New Computer!
Posted 2 years agoHello everyone! Happy to be back! My computer broke a few months back, and I've been in an unplanned hiatus since then. However... The hiatus is ending! I've got a new computer! I'm so excited to get back into the swing of things. I've got plenty of ideas rolling around and stacks of wips to burn through~! And on the non-art front, dear god the specs on this one are so much better. I don't think I've ever had a computer that could run games this smoothly, let alone such recent ones @w@ Much testing will be in store. The weather is getting colder, and I've gotten a haircut. Probably not the best time for it, but I've been enjoying feeling the breeze on my neck again. See you all soon!
200 Submissions Milestone and Kiriban
Posted 2 years agoWow! Three years, 200 submissions. What a mark to hit! I'm so happy with how far I've come in this time, and all the friends I've made throughout the years that I've been here. I honestly wish I'd made an account earlier haha, but I'm so glad that I ended up doing it when I did. I've seriously loved my time here. I've been so motivated lately too! Do people still do kiribans? I considered doing one for 1500 page views, but wasn't sure if they were still in fashion heh. I'll set one for... 2000 pageviews! If someone catches that number exactly and leaves a comment, I'll do a fullbody digitally colored solo character drawing for them <3 I've got a lot more art in the works, and many things planned for down the line. I plan on delving more into fetish-oriented content, though I won't be doing it exclusively- I've just got plenty of ideas rolling around at the moment, and I'm excited to share them with the folks here :3 Thank all for the support throughout the years, and I promise that I'll continue loving what I do and working to improve!
A year on FA!
Posted 4 years agoIts been over a year now since I've joined FA and really finally entered the furry community, and I couldn't be happier. My art has improved drastically in the past year, I've made friends, and I'm finally getting myself out there! I'm so thankful for this fandom and what its allowed me to do. I can't wait to see what the future has to hold. Lets see where things go! As for now, I'm going to keep drawing and working on developing as an artist and person! Thank you to everyone who has given me a watch, favorite, or request in the past year- without your support, I wouldn't have nearly as much motivation as I do. I appreciate you all so much (:
Artist's Cramp
Posted 5 years agoI haven’t had artist’s cramp this strong in years. Of course, I haven’t drawn this much on a daily basis in years either. It’s a good feeling to tell you the truth. I used to have it every day and the ache brings back fond memories. I’m happy to be drawing more. Developing my skills, exploring new ideas, and letting the creativity flow, I feel more like myself than I have in quite some time as well. Dedicating solid chunks of time to things that I care about isn’t something that I really did while I was using. It’s a good way to stay sober- if I’m too fucked up, I’ll never get a sketch down, if I’m too fucked up, my lineart will be jagged, if I’m too fucked up, I won’t be able to come up with good ideas. If I’m fucked up at /all/- I won’t be able to create to my full potential.
Weed is different of course, but I think you can understand what I’m getting at. Coming back to sobriety (clean save for green) and coming back to myself, and in turn to my passions and my art. I’m happy to be able to feel, to feel pain, to remember good times and to create new ones. A little cramp wouldn’t have meant nearly as much to me while I was using. But now, it does.

All things new
Posted 5 years agoI've finally come on out and made a furaffinity account! I'm really excited to get started on here. It's already motivating me to draw a lot more than I have in a long time. I very much look forward to improving bit by bit with my art, doing art trades, and making friends. I've never really had any friends who were furries- I've always kept it to myself, which I'd guess is the case for a lot of other people too. Feeling good about this and motivated.
