OKAY while I’m still working on previous commissions due to terrible schedule, I am once again in a high level of crap. So hear me out:

Two or three quick coloured drawing for 15 bucks would greatly help me carrying on until my pay. If you’re interested, please throw me a message! I just gotta be able to go to work two days in a row (which costs me 25 per day, thanks to train ticket prices 🥲), and my bank account is already starving. If you know someone who could be interested, it would mean a lot to me that you could pass the message.

For the commissions I didn’t complete yet, fear not: they’re in progress, I just have a rough time finding the right schedule to complete in less sessions… but I’m very close to finishing them, gonna shoot a message to all of you very soon.

As you can read in the title, there's a bunch of stuff going on here.

Firstly, a rebrand.

I worked a lot on my style outside of furry art this past year, and I reached a point where my old art makes me cringe. I developped a style, a vibe, a theme that doesn't match the rest of my work anymore. That means I'll delete (Or at least archive somewhere) my old art. I'll start fresh again. Just so you don't freak out going on my account and see that it is barren.

Secondly, the character sales.

Rebranding means changing a few things, including my usual lineup. I'll make a big file with all the characters I'll sell and post it as art, and whoever is interested in one of them will be able to purchase one or more. I'll make a reference sheet for each of them as they get bought, in that new style. If you're already interested in a character (On this account it means all of them except Jorge and Fioretto), please hit me up. Some have art, some don't, but it won't change their price. The reference sheets will be modifiable if you want to change some things on their design. Consider the starting price to be $50, the price of a commission. It'll all come in time.

Last but not least, The commissions.

It doesn't mean a drastic change in pricing, but a change in what I offer.
I think you understood by now that my job takes a lot of time, but barely pays. That means that my capacity to draw is impacted. Luckily, the way my art evolved allows me to go faster, and more easily. I'll update everything on the commission page so that it fits everything better, including now reference sheets, icons, and even badges to print at home. I really can't wait to show it all to you.

A word for the end, primo, my current commissions are still ongoing but I have a slot left. They all abide by the old commission rules and style. Unless asked for early on, commissions in the new style will start on september 25. Secundo, thank you so so much for carrying me like that since I started. I may not be that chatty, forget to reply, look a bit isolated sometimes, but yall mean the world to me. I'm so glad to be a part of a community like ours. I love you all.

I’m in a downward spiral these times. About my art.

I’m just not pleased enough by my work, I feel like what I do is not good enough. Not in the sense that I don’t have skills, but rather that I can’t bring myself to put all the efforts I should into it. And I don’t know how to do that.

I keep looking at other artists and think fuck, I wish I drew like that. But that’s not how it works, I have to build my own style. But nothing seems to work the way I want. So I just sit there contemplating what the fuck should I do about that self loathing over some doodles. If you read this far, damn, you must be bored as hell lol. I don’t know what else to say so uh… buh bye <3

I have a really cool thing I want to share with y’all today:
I have a job! Not just the apprenticeship thing, I finally have a real job with a real pay that allows me to live, and I’m not even at 100% which means I finally have time to draw more regularly! Well, the arrangement with my boss also states that I work at 100% during spring (garden center, explains itself) but it still allows me to have time to relax and do things I like… and commission people!!!
It’s been two months now, it’s not the best place (shitty colleagues and far from where I live) but it’s definitely a huge improvement :] next step is the apartment lol that won’t be as easy but I’ll do it.

Gotta say, thank you so fucking much to everyone who stuck with me and helped me in all my financial lows. So glad I can finally see the end of it and be able to now give the same in return to the next one in need <3

The reason is simple: I wanna take a friend to a festival and I need money. Not that I’m short on cash but I want to avoid being poor because of it so I’m looking for commissions to reach the money goal of 220CHF (around 250USD) which would be the price for both of us. The whole thing is on the 19th of august (Rock The Lake in Switzerland, who knows who I will meet there ahah) so I hope I’ll cover the price by then :)

Sooooo life has been kinda shit lately. Old stuff catching up on me and being off antidepressants for two weeks now because my prescription is expired and I can’t get an appointment to make a new one until april, and also the curse of final year of apprenticeship which makes everything stressful on top of it… well it just sucks that’s all you need to know lmao

It’s pretty much why I was inactive and didn’t reply to people (and I’m sorry about that too because I kept thinking I would answer once I have time but I would instantly spiral whenever I wasn’t busy with work :[)
I’m gonna try to make some YCH to the best of my abilities and maybe take a commission or two to finish the month with a bit of money, but don’t raise your expectations too high because they might just be sketch stuff due to lack of time and energy :[ but at least it will change my mind in the meantime because drawing is my escape and it helps me avoid bad thoughts. I’ll try to answer to everyone I owe replies to as well and maybe try to, like, hang out a bit more with fellow furries because I realised I may be invested in this, but not communicating much and it feels like I’m lacking socialisation sometimes

Okay so I realised only now that my telegram wasn’t working. Like, at all. It’s not that I wasn’t being contacted, but it seems that I received nothing, I had plenty of empty convos started with unknown people. And now that I put it back on my new phone I have no conversations left, not even the ones I had before. So!! I think I bothered people here far enough to owe good news about my debt problem.

My next salary (on the 25th) is going to be my first senior year salary, it’s a big one. After calculations, if I pay my debts in priority with 2/3 of it, I’ll clear all of them by January. November if I manage to make a little more money one the side. And guess what? I might have found a second job that could help me not starve while fixing my problem. It’s in a bar, Saturday night shifts, and since I already work at 100% I could get in trouble if I have a second employer. BUT!! Said bar manages itself through volunteering. We are not counted as paid employees. But we are paid nonetheless. Combining this with commissions, I might be able to get rid of my debts faster than I thought.

Which means,,, I’m gonna make more YCH and open regular commissions. They’re not emergency commissions, but it would truly help me if I manage to get a few already since the next months are going to be rough for me (but for a great outcome) and so I need to save up a little to survive.
