Just wanted to let everyone know that I've tested positive for COVID-19 via an at home test and a hospital test. Thank God I got the booster. This isn't really that bad, to be honest. My nose is both stuffy and runny at the same time, I have a mucousy cough, and I am pretty sleepy too; however I've had way worse ailments before this.

Please pray for my sister and baby niece, for I hugged and kissed them two days before I first started getting noticable symptoms. I had no idea I had COVID-19 and I am worried, because my niece is only 2 years old.

Thank you for your kind words and support during my covid scare. It's really helped me cope through it all. :)

I get my results of my covid test next week, but I feel 90% better today.

I feel like my symptoms were similar to the time that I had salmonella poisoning. And I did have a fruit fly infestation a week ago, which might of been the cause of salmonella if I do have that instead of covid.

And the fruit flies are gone. :) So no worries.

I got tested this morning (not fun!) and will know the results by next week.

My insurance wouldn't cover a rapid test unfortunately. :(

I have suddenly developed symptoms of the delta variant and will be tested tomorrow. I will share my results when they are ready. Love you guys and gals so much.

Edit: nevermind. Just some issues with the website. Part of the order (the part that was shipped first) was delivered today.

Do they usually take forever with shipping? For about a week the tracking said "Carrier recieved. Awaiting scan." Is this typical? I'm peeved because my uncle asked for a photo of me to frame and I also ordered a photo of my niece for me to frame.

Depression was horrible for a while, but I'm back :)

Almost 30! My birthday is on July 4th of all days (July 4th is a big deal here in the USA).

I get to have my favorite cake; chocolate cake with best creme frosting (white chocolate whipped cream frosting).

My brother said he's buying me a new game for my Switch. I can't wait! My mom and uncle are also sending me stuff. My uncle sends me a Funko Pop figurine every year, although someone has stolen the Princess Leia figurine he sent me. >:l It was a bobblehead one too!

It's crazy that I'm almost 30. It seems only yesterday it was my first day of highschool. But that was back in 2006. I was in a rebellious rocker phase then.

It's funny... I wore band tees and studded belts then, and now I wear a lot of girly dresses and skirts. My brother was right, it was just a phase!

I still listen to most of the music I liked back then though. But there are a few artists that I stopped listening to.

Anyone else close to 30? Or remember when you were turning 30 if you're older?

I feel old, even though I'm not old at all. It's so weird. I really don't mind being close to 30, it's 50 that I'm slightly scared of :P
