in a little over 24 hours I'm catching a plane to Germany, going to attend Drachenfest and Mythodea (long LARPs) with a few friends, and as such I will likely not have internet access until I'm back at the 8th of August.

Oh, My, God!

I had such a great time this weekend that I havn't had in quite a while.
In the past 3 years on which I've been gone I've immersed myself into the world of LARPs and RPGs, especially WoD (World of Darkness), I now participate in one Vampire: The Masquarade and one Werewolf: The Apocalypse LARPs, each are once a month and downtime scenes happening through E-Mails.

This weekend was the Vampire's turn at Thursday, in which we quite easily dispatched of a Sabbat Pack attempting to assault our city, and suprisingly no one tried something to kill the prince, afterwards we went and ate a Pizza-burger, which was fun and tasty but ain't just it, together with a really nice chat with the others.

After that I slept at one of my friends from the LARP, and the next morning went to the market with a few other friends with which I intent to fly to Germany with next month, to a 5 day straight LARP, in order to buy things for our characters, I didn't find a lot of things that fit the character I plan on bringing, but I did get a few things:
A nice black vest thingy which will be useable out of character too for events.
A belt pouch (the old fashioned pouch things that have abelt attachment)
A small gold pouch
A pocket watch with the symbols of the 12 Zodiacs instead of the numbers.

I'm very pleased with this purchase, it will serve me good in the future to come, but thats not all!
That same friday night, after buying all of these things, I went into a pub-nonesense-LARP, what does that mean? The story happens in a pub (which was makeshifted on the spot), characters were given an amount of starting "gold" depanding on the characters, with which they can buy drinks, food or information, and characters were told of their characters, what do they strive to achieve, and what they don't want happening, other than that, there is no system, except that if you're hit twice with a weapon you're incapacitated, another hit and you're dead, at which point you're able to switch characters.
And god, this nonesense was so much fun! I was able to drink enough to get a little tipsy, but still keep myself together, but the people made that so good, I want more...

hey, I havnt' been able to draw much as my work is really physical and I return home exhausted and unable to concentrate well on drawing.
also, I will mostly be gone until sunday: I work tommorow after which I almost immidiately make my way to a larp which will be all night, and on friday I have another LARP, and busses don't run on Saturday until the late evening, so I hope to be back by saturday evening, but likely I'll be back only at Sunday.

Hello to all 16 of my watchers, however many of you are active...well..I'm more or less back, I check this every few days, so if you wanna leave a message I'm here.

secondly, I've recently gotten myself a new Wacom Tablet (by mistake, lol) and decided to take the rust off my Photoshop Skills, so, if anyone has some good, non-adult lineart they want colored (preferably inked) I'll take on that. I still don't trust my skills of drawing something fresh but...ye know.

I really don't know why, and I'm really buffled about it, but it appears some people on my watchlist blocked me, have I done something to piss people off while I was inactive? i understand if there were some promises not made due to it, but I don't remember promising anything..

Its really getting me down trying to reply to people and finding myself blocked...

Well, army ain't that bad, ya, its hard and stressed and I'm working with the scraps of human nature there (due to the nature of my job there.

The reason I didn't update is that my internet decided to completely block FA so I couldn't get into here at all.

I formatted and decided to give FA a go and VIOLA, it works, so I'll update now a little more when I have time between my shifts in the army.

Well, March 23rd is the day, I'm going to not be here a lot now, army recruitment and all that...I'll update when I can but don't expect a lot of frequent updates..

UPDATE: CHanged to 550 cause I remembered too soon and it was almost 500 like 30 mins after I posted.

So things now are getting a lot better, my mood has increased in happiness by a lot lately, I've been having a lot of fun doing all sorts of things, I have an art trade thing going with Arctic Sekai's polyanna thingy, I get things right with other things too and I am overjoyed with stuff!

and yea I'm still in a blah mood, today I was called to work, spend 105 minutes there and than was sent home, and even though I know its because there wasn't too many people so I wasn't needed I still feel people are hostile to me....except one or two of the girls there but thats another story...

this is just a journal to say why I don't draw much lately....its preety much cause I'm not happy at all, nor with my online life or the offline life....

on the offline stuff, I just found a new job, and I am doing my job quite alright, but I am being treated by everyone as dirt and its taking me down...together with that my sister is in heavy financial debts, and I can't do jack shit to help her yet...

as for the online stuff.....I do not feel my art is appriciated, even by these who watched me and saw it, while I thank you all for watching, You can't really expect me to be happy with no comments to everything I post...yes, I have a low amount of watchers, half of them inactive, but I know half that is active, and from that half I expect more...much more...

So, yes..this is a rant, a lousey one, that didn't even help my mood a tiny bit but it did manage to get it off my chest, so all in all, I'm in a Meh mood..
