So my wife and I woke up this morning to our (newly outfitted) bike having been stolen, and the busted lock dropped in a nearby alley.
Other than a 2-hour walk each way, that's my wife's only reasonable way to get to her job. That, in addition to recent sightings of two separate cougars in the area (like a block away from our place) means it's either taxi or.... ???
I hate hate hate asking for anything, but if I can get my hands on another bike from a family member I just need the extra cash to get it re-outfitted with everything we'd just bought for the old bike.
Comms are open, they'll take priority over all artfight attacks right now.

As stated, things are NOT urgent yet but the cost of living here is bonkers (our 1300/mo place is considered A Good Deal, etc) so I'd rather build a safety net now rather than wait until it's too late.
