By commissioning me, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these
Terms of Service in my sole and absolute discretion. It is your responsibility to review

The Process:
A Basic Outline

» If you're interested in a commission from me, I ask that you note me your references with the
commission type you're interested in. Once you've sent your references and we've agreed to the
commission (characters, content, etc...) and price, I will note you back with my paypal account.
Once I receive payment, I will start your artwork.

» For best results and faster commissions, please email me rather than note. Notes can get very unorganized, and I can provide a Comission Form at the bottom of my ToS.

Refunds:

» I don't do refunds. I'm sorry, but the money will be used to pay off important situations like college funds and moving funds.

» It's best to wait until I give the okay or I have room in my queue to reduce risk of incompletion of commissions. I do get lazy, especially over dull, boring characters, and art blocks WILL happen.

» I will only work from CLEAR image references. They may be photographs,
drawings, or other digital media, however I prefer not to work with screen capped images (from
SecondLife, World of Warcraft, etc.) as these are often hard to work from. If your reference is not
clear, I may ask you for additional references or may even decline the commission. I cannot be
held responsible for any errors resulting from an unclear reference.

» I prefer not to work from verbal references, however if your reference image does not
include all pertinent information (example: paw pad color, inner mouth color, etc.) you may give
me a clear written description; however I will not be responsible for any errors resulting from
unclear descriptions. Because of this, it is helpful to always try and find an image of what you are
talking about. (Example: If you want a specific piece of jewelry or pattern, find another image that
comes as close as possible to what you are describing.)

Q: How long does it take you to complete a picture?
A: Depending on what you ask of me, it usually takes me at least a day and a half to two days, and that's generally for a full picture. I usually work at a fast pace with nice results, but to be paid to draw something in particular, I'll slow down and buff out any flaws along the way.


Q: What would you consider to be your strengths/weaknesses?
A: I consider myself to be a developing artist, so it's hard for me to
pin-point exactly what any of my weaknesses (or strengths for that matter) are. I'm used to drawing canids, and have
a lot of practice doing static, posing images, but I have yet to work on a lot of action
heavy, 'candid' images. Also, dynamic perspectives are something I aim to work on but
haven't had much experience with at this point in time. There are a lot of things I haven't drawn, but I'm quite willing.


Q: I've commissioned you, may I re-post the picture?
A: If you are indeed my client, you are more than welcome to re-post the
completed commission to your account; however, please do not alter the image nor remove
my signature/watermark from said image. Links in the description back to my page are
appreciated.

An exception to this rule is if you wish to make an
icon out of the completed commission, but this is reserved for the client only.

It will be shared, both of our commissioning fund will be sent to that one account, and the money will most likely be used to help out her family. <3

They're in the process of getting ready to move, due to family issues, she's getting ready to go to college, her brother's trying to get a job (dropout) and mom gets a teaching job in August. B) Things are really looking up for her.

Anyways. I've been thinking about what I should do in the meantime.
So I've been working on a commission price guide thing.
I started trying to write it all out, but that wasn't working. For what I can offer, I had to create a spreadsheet.
And now, I'm trying to work that into a few separate sheets.

A general sheet: for different types of art/coloring, such as sketches, linearts, flat coloring, full coloring
A major sheet: for character sketch sheets and reference sheets
A specials sheet: for upcoming things such as 'Eye'cons, Noodles, Adorables, and Lyrics
And maybe and extras sheet for everything else or more examples.

Prices will stay relatively cheap; higher priced things such as Sketch sheets and Reference sheets are due to time and amount of work put into them.
Cheaper things are the way they are simply because they're easy for me and I enjoy doing them, such as refined sketches and line arts.

Prices range from $2 (rough sketch) up to $30+ (reference sheet)

Long journal is long. Sorry 'bout that.

Well. After last night... with my dad and all... kinda afraid to face everybody so soon.
May or may not stream today.

Still gotta mow the lawn; front, back, and poolside (est. 2.5 hrs),
Wash dishes (est. .5 hr.),
and take care of minor duties around the house; straighten up room, clean catbox, shower...

Besides. I'm trying to figure things out.... and the stress of the FA/Furocity almostbutnotreally-merger... Geeze, I read about 5 forum pages of debate and assholery. Took a toll in itself.

And. Working to see if  sh0tty and I can establish setting up a pay-pal account... Would help out greatly with her college funds and family situation. And I do plan on having most of to all of any profit I make go directly to that.

So. All that's been on my mind today.
That, and my bed's still broken... Think I'm gonna just have to remove the basket that's supporting it (and getting all kinds of bent up) as well as the belt, and ah... Had the amazing  sh0tty over for these past few days and nights... and they were amazing, indeed. All in all, we only acquired 6 hours of sleep. =w= So. I'm pretty tired. This is my last time for yet another while that I will be able to pull off an all-nighter... and then I go back home... Ugh.

Really wanted to stay up and draw with her, but... Sitchiashuns.
Had trouble eating when me and my Grandpa went out to Mickey D's today, had her on my mind... So bad... Like. The nervous excited sad stomach-churning-ness that doesn't let food go down so easily... Gah.

I, uh... Kinda broke down before she left... I mean.. My dad kinda interrupted with a stupid phone call and kept asking me stupid questions and stuff and I had to put clothes on. B(

So yes. Some tears were shed, some weight was lost, and some love was shared... And some vicious SLAPs were consumed... Happily. Minus the minty frost one. Reminds me of that disgusting liquid NyQuil. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF-- Yuck. But. It did have an awesome and familiar flavor to it. And smell. Just the minty aftertaste it leaves ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THINE STOMACH.
