How I Feel...
General | Posted 14 years agoFirst off, I just want to apologize again; I'm sorry to all of you who put up with my drama and have to hear my bitching when I can't contain it anymore.
I don't know how a lot of you approach hardship or obstruction, but I often feel like life is out to get me. A combination of things recently have led to my recent journal and a lot of it stems from this feeling that it doesn't matter what I do, in the end someone or something is going out of its way to keep me down. I understand that it's probably all my fault, but it just feels like I have bad luck sometimes and what normally doesn't happen to others, happens often to me. I keep thinking of a joke from the old animated show, "The Critic" where the main character (who seems to get stepped on by life over and over) blurts out a statement, "Oh, my shrink was right; God does hate me!"
I always get a chuckle out of that for the obvious reason that a psychiatrist would make that kind of a statement to a patient and also because I feel sympathetic. I often rally around less that perfect characters and even those who are in fact jerks. Though, the idea behind why they are jerks is because it's a bitterness and frustration of life kicking them down and kicking them while they are down. Sometimes it's deserved, other times it just seems cruel. I know these are fictional characters designed like this, but I still sympathize with them. I often feel like things are against me and it makes me bitter sometimes and lash out.
Another problem I have is often saying irrelevant or so obscure that people don't get what I'm trying to say. I also tend to speak before thinking (or my thoughts come off wrong) and I look stupid and ignorant. I sometimes get that impression when so few people comment or reply to my own posts. Like those who do are just being nice to me. Of course all this may just be coming off as ignorant and idiotic as well, so if it does just ignore me.
I'm having a tough time right now and while it could be worse, I always feel like no matter what I do it's never going to get better beyond a certain point. I'm always going to be single, I'm always going to be a virgin (yes, I am), I'm never going to move out of my parents house, I'm never going to have a good paying job, and my life is going to be one long, dragged out bit of mediocrity. And the sad part is that it's probably all because of me.
I'll stop my "oh, woe is me" melodrama so you guys don't have to hear it, but you might not be hearing as much from me or at least not hearing as much from a happy me as you used to. I want to apologize again for all of this and I'm sorry to dump my problems on all of you like this. I just feel like I'm not even getting a fair chance and that I keep running into a wall and have to go back and start over every few years, getting me no where. And I'm not getting any younger either.

General | Posted 14 years agoSo, I imagine most of you have heard about the web wide protest that is going on tomorrow. The protest is in response to two bills that are being decided on called SOPA and PIPA. You can get more information here about the bills and the protest against them: http://americancensorship.org/
Basically, it's meant to be used to censor the internet and prevent people from using, linking or potentially even commenting on copyrighted material. The bills were brought about to stop internet piracy, but the way the bills approach the subject is like using a flame thrower to trim a tree or remove weeds from a garden. There's also a very good chance these bills will limit how much information we will all get to access, thus controlling the flow of information and sifting out anything that would make people with wealth and power (government, big businesses) look bad, even if it factual and accurate information. Imperialism to a fault.
So, I imagine sites like this one will be down for all of tomorrow and even if it isn't I will personally be avoiding the us of the internet. I'll probably use the time to focus on writing or doing some chores around the house. I only hope that we can get through to the people who will be deciding the fate of these bills and see that they aren't the way to dealing with the piracy problem here on the internet and that they are going to cause more problems than we already have and that they intend to fix.
You know, little by little it feels like the people with all the wealth and all the power are doing their best to try and take what rights and freedoms we have left and use them as incentives to get us all to do what they want. It sometimes feels like they want to turn our population into a zombie-like (voodoo zombies, not movie zombies) race of slaves who are told what to do, think and feel without being able to do, think and feel for ourselves. It's so hard to believe since this country was founded because of tyranny like this where a disconnected, arrogant and ignorant spoiled brat felt he knew what was best for everyone even though he knew nothing about working hard and earning a living or having to fight for survival. Of course it was a lesson we never truly learned with all the injustices that followed after our independence was claimed. More than 200 years later we still struggle with people being oppressed and having their rights suppressed just because of their class, race, skin color, gender, sexuality and creed. I'll admit it does sound funny that someone who enjoys being "kidnapped", "held captive" and "enslaved" is so into freedoms and rights. All my interest in bondage and BDSM is meant for fun and sexual enjoyment. At the end of the day, we all shake hands (or hug and/or kiss), go home and have a good night's sleep. Real slavery is no joke and nothing fun at all. Yesterday was the celebration of the civil rights activist, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the celebration of the long road African Americans as well as many other Americans have had to travel just to get some kind of equality for themselves. It would be a real slap in the face of everything they have fought for if we let the freedoms we all enjoy and sometimes take for granted were taken from us and sold back to us at 99.99/hour. I will stand up for those rights and those freedoms. Even if I am bound, gagged and blindfolded, I will find a way to stand up for those rights and freedoms.

General | Posted 14 years agoNow before I mini-rant here, I will confess that I am guilty of this too and I've been working to correct it, but I've noticed my good friend 
Scarlett-the-Red doesn't get a whole lot of love in terms of comments. I've noticed the same myself with my own profile and galleries by extension. I'm sure plenty of you have noticed this as well for your own galleries. Now, I can understand that if you favorite A LOT of submissions that it can get tiresome to comment on everyone. But even a simple, "Nice work" or "Good job" is better than nothing. If I don't have a lot to say, I try to keep it simple.
But if you have any questions or thoughts about the piece itself, feel free to comment. I'm sure the artists encourage any thoughts or questions about their style or content. Part of becoming a better artist is learning and developing. One of my favorite artists, TCPolecat (http://tcpolecat7.deviantart.com/) always makes a comment in the descriptions of all of his work about what he could have done better or how difficult it was to draw a certain part of the submission.
And really, if nothing else, some interesting conversations can be started through comments. Now, personally, I'm hardly fazed by anything. There is very little that offends me, though even I feel some things are just inappropriate. I can handle it though. I'm pretty sure Scarlett is the same. So, if you have something naughty on your mind and want to say it, you have my permission to say it on my profile on gallery. ^_^
You'll have to check with Scarlett personally or if Scarlett could help us out and leave a comment here about it...
I just want to encourage everyone to show a little more love when we favorite a picture or a story or whatever, to leave a comment of some kind. I love any feedback I get about my characters and my stories. TCPolecat has even been helping me out with my stories with regards to sentence structure, continuity in my writing and helping the story make sense. XD
Without his comments, I would be feeling like my writing is improving and my stories are getting better. So, a shout out to TC and to everyone who has commented with ideas and criticisms on my work or my characters. Thank you all! ^.~
So, just imagine who you could be helping or even just encouraging with a comment now and then. ^_^
Think of it like a live show, a concert, a sporting event, etc. People get involved with the show by either applauding and showing approval, booing and showing disapproval, interacting with the people whom you are watching (when it's appropriate :P) and feeding off of each other. The best bands get the crowds involved. Some of the best teams have fans who are loud and energetic, especially in key moments of the game. We feed off of each other. So, let's interact! :D
Don't be a fart, comment on art. ...Yeah, I couldn't think of a PSA slogan better than that. :P
And I thought I'd also take this time to show a little love for Scarlett-the-red for all the art she's been drawing for me lately and just in general. She's really helped me to shape Jessie and his overall look and style and how hot he looks, especially bound and gagged. ^_^

Still out of work right now, but I'm looking. The only trouble is I'm not really sure what to apply for beyond work in the same field I was in and places my friends are suggesting. So far no luck. :(
Still using my older laptop, which with a new keyboard is working well right now. I might get back to writing Furry Fantasy, but for the moment I want to focus on getting some kind of an income first.

General | Posted 14 years agoFirst off, I want to thank everyone who has either been able to donate some money to help me with my computer problem or at least were able to give some kind words of encouragement. *hugs* ^_^
First the bad news:
A friend of mine came through for me and was able to take a look at my laptop. He says something similar, but I might just have to reboot the computer and potentially lose all my data. Much of it I can lose, but things like Furry Fantasy and a number of videos I bought online will be lost and those are hard to replace, especially the story. And other things like music and videos that took so long to download will take a while to get back too. Like the last time when I had to buy that laptop I may have to start over again.
The good news:
The old laptop that I broke last time, prompting the purchase of the new one that just crapped out on me still works! I took a shot at booting it up again and for now, she's running. Not quite as smoothly as before and certainly not as smoothly as the one that just broke, but it's better than nothing. The keyboard is still fragged so I have to borrow one. I plan to buy a new one for about $10 or so. The mouse works still. I'm kind of surprised, but pleasantly surprised. This is temporary as I don't know if it will crap out on me and I want to get the use of my more recent one back again. But this does allow me to try and get back some notes, stories, videos, music, etc. that I wasn't able to get back before. We'll see if the burner still works. Sucks it's just a CD burner so I'll be burning less data and using more discs, but I can live with it.
To those who have donated money to me, for now I might still need it for fixing my more recent computer, but if by chance I don't I will return the money to you if so desired. I could still use it for the contest, that's STILL going on. I mostly need to resolve the best costume votes as there was a 3 or 4 way tie and I need to get 3 winners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place to finally end the contest so if you haven't voted yet, the details are here:

I just can't catch a break!
General | Posted 14 years agoBarely a week after losing my job my computer bails on me. Called the tech and it seems that my files are corrupted and I need a tech to come out to fix it. It's going to set me back $150! About half of what I have left right now. I just might be able to squeeze that much, but I also need an external hardrive to back pup all my files onto and I know THAT alone is going to set me back $100 for the size of memory I need. If I do all this I'll pretty much be broke! You ever feel like someone is out to get you and they just won't let up? Yeah, God hates me.
Anyway, I'm pretty screwed until I can find a new job and even then it will be a month before I can do something about this. But that's IF I can find a job. So, if anyone can give me a hand here, whether it be a couple bucks or someone you know who lives in my area who can do the same thing the technician needs to do, but cheaper it would be appreciated. Otherwise I'm not going to be around much for awhile. I certainly won't be able to post anything.

So, I have a big announcement I need to make to everyone as it affects current things and possibly things to come.
I am no longer employed. :(
I don't want to get into details because it's all kind of silly really. I'm actually kind of glad to get out of there since it hasn't been a fun place to work in the past year or so. I see this as an opportunity to move on to something better. Only problem is I don't really know where to go from here. I'm glad for the opportunity, but scared as to what to do now. It's been almost 4 years since I've had to find another job again. Hopefully, something will come to me and I'll figure out what to do.
Needless to say, that money is going to be super tight now. I can't afford to spend any money except on food and the few bills that I have. Good thing I like playing games I've already played a dozen times before. XP
So, you probably won't be seeing much new art from me for awhile unless someone is generous enough to pay for a commission for me or draw something as gift for me. :P
As for the Costume Contest...
I want to finish it. If nothing else to give the winners their due. And don't intend to just end the contest outright since we've come so far with it already. I also still want to give the winners their prizes, but that may have to wait until I find another job. Right now, I really have to focus on myself and getting my priorities in order before I can worry about handing out prizes. I hope all of you understand. Again, I want to resolve this contest and eventually give the winners their prizes. It's going to take some time. Speaking of, the final winners still are not set yet. It seems like whenever a tie is broken another tie takes it's place. I guess you could say I'm "all tied up" and once I get free I just get tied up again. ;)

It's been almost 4 years since I've had to find another job again. Hopefully, something will come to me and I'll figure out what to do.
Needless to say, that money is going to be super tight now. I can't afford to spend any money except on food and the few bills that I have. Good thing I like playing games I've already played a dozen times before. XP
So, you probably won't be seeing much new art from me for awhile unless someone is generous enough to pay for a commission for me or draw something as gift for me. :P
As for the Costume Contest...
I want to finish it. If nothing else to give the winners their due. And don't intend to just end the contest outright since we've come so far with it already. I also still want to give the winners their prizes, but that may have to wait until I find another job. Right now, I really have to focus on myself and getting my priorities in order before I can worry about handing out prizes. I hope all of you understand. Again, I want to resolve this contest and eventually give the winners their prizes. It's going to take some time. Speaking of, the final winners still are not set yet. It seems like whenever a tie is broken another tie takes it's place. I guess you could say I'm "all tied up" and once I get free I just get tied up again. ;)

You will send me a note with your vote (heehee...note your vote...). You will be voting on two things:
-Best costume:
You can only vote on one costume or group if the group has a consistent theme (vampires, superheroes, former presidents, etc.). Not the person wearing the costume, not the pic or the scene, just the costume.
You will state which costume or group costume you are voting on.
AND
-Best Pic:
You will vote on the pic itself. Whatever reason you have to vote for it is your discretion and you don't have to explain it to anyone. You can vote on a pic because you like the quality of the art, you like it's theme, you like the scene it's depicting, you like the artist, you like the characters, etc. Whatever your reason is, it's yours.
You will state the name of the artist or contestant who submitted the pic that you are voting for.
Important notes:
-If you submitted an entry or you are the artist of the pic (if you're not the one who submitted the entry) you CANNOT vote for your pic. You must vote for someone else's. I'm trying to promote good sportsmanship as well as prevent the possibility of multiple ties in the odd case that only the contestants vote on the entries and they all vote for themselves.

C'mon, everyone! It's only 17 more days until Halloween and so far we only have 2 entries for the contest. It's still early, but I'd like to see more entries coming in soon. Pleeeeeaaaasssseeee? ^.~

You will have until the week before Halloween (Oct. 23 to be exact) to enter in a single piece of art featuring either one of my characters, one of your characters, someone else's characters (with their permission of course) or any combination of the three. Your pic can feature any number of characters, but they must all be in costume and their costumes can be anything:
-Classics: Witch/Wizard, Vampire, Clown, Cop, King/Queen
-Movie Characters
-Videogame Characters
-Anime/Manga Characters
-Comic Book/Graphic Novel Characters
-TV Show Characters
-Literature Characters
-Celebrities/Real People
-Anything else you can think of (BE CREATIVE! :D)
All I ask is that you be reasonable, respectable and tasteful with your choices. Something that's fun and most people can appreciate would be a good idea. After all, people will be voting on these pics/costumes.
The pic can be drawn by you or by someone else if you can convince them to draw it for you (as a gift or commission, doesn't matter).
As mentioned your, pic can feature any number of characters, but only one is going to voted on for their costume unless it's a group theme. I want to give everyone a fair chance, so whether there's one person in costume or a dozen, you have an equal chance at winning.
When the contest ends no more entries will be accepted and everyone will vote on the contestants.
Votes will be sent to me via notes and each person will vote once for each of the following categories:
-Best Costume/Group Costume (If applicable)
-Best Pic
It is possible for someone to win both of these categories.
It is important to note that you CANNOT vote for your own entry. You MUST vote for someone else. The idea is that if only the people who entered pics ended up voting and everyone only voted for themselves, we'd have a tie. There will be no ties! I have spoken!
Voting will end the night before Halloween. The winners will be announced on the day of Halloween with the top three costumes and best pic receiving prizes including:
Best Costume/Group Costume:

-Horror scenarios are fine so long as they revolve around the theme of a Halloween party like a group of friends get jumped by vampires or the zombie apocalypse breaks out. Keep the violence and gore to minimum. Think PG-13.
-You may submit your own entry into the contest even if you have drawn an entry for someone else. However, in the event that more than one entry was drawn by a given artist only one of those pictures can be voted on. Artist's choice.
-Finally, all entries MUST be made specifically for this contest or at least were not made before this contest began.

This person, who wishes to remain anonymous, wanted to write a story of their own based around the story I wrote. I gave this budding writer the O.K. and the result is a sexy first person tale of the same events in my story through Jessie's point of view:

This brought up and interesting idea I just had. I'm always happy to see someone wanting to draw my characters and see how they are portrayed by the artist. This also applies to stories. So, I'd like to see more people come up with stories based around the art in my gallery. Much how I come up with a story based on the scene unfolding in the pic, I'd like to see what you come up with.
Now, this is more of something to do for fun as I may more may not be interested in posting your story in my gallery on your behalf as I did with the writer of the story linked just above. Still, I'm curious to see what you envisioned for the scene. For example I thought of an alternate story for the same pic based on the idea that they're just in costume as apposed to being actual students. You might come up with something far different than what I imagined for any of my pics.

I'm really excited to do this again! I was very happy with all the support the first contest got last year. There were quite a few good pics that were entered in and many excellent costumes.

Voting will end the night before Halloween. The winners will be announced on the day of Halloween with the top three costumes and best pic receiving prizes including:

-1st Prize: $75 - $100 towards a commission or commissions from the artist or artists of your choice
-2nd Prize: $50 -$75 towards a commission or commissions from the artist or artists of your choice
-3rd Prize: $30 - $50 towards a commission or commissions from the arist or artists of your choice
Best Pic receives $30 - $50 to use as they see fit. Putting it towards a commission would be prefered. ;)
Notice how there is a price range for the prizes? This is based on two factors:
1.) What my funds are like for the coming weeks and how much I can save up to distribute to the winners.
2.) If your commission features at least one of my characters. (I'm happy to shell out a little more if you want to do a pic with one of my OC's ^_^)

-Even though bondage and mature themes are featured quite heavily in my gallery I'd like to keep nudity and adult themes out of the contest. -Bondage themes are limited to light bondage

-Horror scenarios are fine so long as they revolve around the theme of a Halloween party like a group of friends get jumped by vampires or the zombie apocalypse breaks out. Keep the violence and gore to minimum. Think PG-13.

I'm really excited to do this again! I was very happy with all the support the first contest got last year. There were quite a few good pics that were entered in and many excellent costumes.

I Need A Damsel...

A spanking of the butt (yours and/or mine ;) ) to anyone who guesses who sang this classic song to which I have parodied and which movie it first appeared in.
I'll also throw in a hug and a kiss to whoever guesses two other movies the song was featured in. ^_^
Is it me or is the classic damsel in distress scenario in films and television a dying art? While it's not uncommon to see an attractive young woman in distress, waiting to be rescued by her hero, it's so rare to see said "damsel" in any kind of classic distress. Where's the deadly trap for the hero with the damsel as the bait? Where's the elaborate device or classic setup that puts the damsel in some kind of slowly progressing danger? More importantly: where the hell is the bondage?! Lois Lane must be pretty upset to see all these young damsels not having to earn their "stripes" (rope burns) the way she had to with of lots of binding ropes and mouth filling gags. I'd love to see a pic of Lois Lane putting some well known modern day heroines who've never been properly distressed through a kind of bondage boot camp. That would be wonderful! ^_^
It seems that villains of become PC when it comes to kidnapping their damsels and keeping them captive.
"Let's keep her unrestrained and free to move around and potentially make some kind of a daring escape."
It's like the joke in the first Austin Powers movie when Dr. Evil says something to the effect of, "I leave them in a slow building and overly elaborate trap that they can easily escape from and assume all goes according to plan." Of course if Dr. Evil had restrained the two the might not have escaped. ;P
You hardly ever see the heroine/hero's love interest tied up in any shape or form. One would think that she would be easier to handle if she can hardly fight back or resist her captors. And if it would hard for her to escape with the hero if she's thoroughly tied up. And with her restrained and potentially in some kind of peril it makes the hero's job much more difficult for now while dealing with the villain(s) he has to save her from certain doom. Plus the obligatory tossing of the damsel aside into some kind of peril usually allows the villain to escape and scheme another day as the hero must choose to either rescue her or take down the villain and we all know the hero isn't going to let her come to harm or even worse, die. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for strong women. I'm actually turned on by strong and intelligent women. Being bound and gagged by one really gets my heart racing. ;)
I just hate the way the walking stereotype is rammed down out throats sometimes. One of the reasons I was so happy to not see Keira Knightly in the recent Pirates movie, just as an example. :P
Anyway, take Tron Legacy for example:
Yes, when Quorra gets captured she's restrained with a pair of futuristic handcuffs (which looked quite good on her BTW), but later on she was able to help Sam best Rinsler because her legs were free to kick him. Now who's to say the outcome would have been any different if she was properly restrained. It would have been more entertaining though, if not at least on a suspenseful level. And who says you can't have a strong, independent woman who gets all tied up at least once and either manages to escape or get rescued? Wonder Woman used to get tied up all the time, but managed to save the day by the last panel in the end.
It leaves me wondering what some "damsel" moments might have fared if the heroine had been properly restrained and was genuinely helpless.

And I had a wonderful time Friday night catching a rock concert (my second) out in the city and what a show it was! I'm totally in love with Volbeat now! And the singer himself is actually pretty cute! Makes me wish I was looking like my OC in a skimpy leather outfit. ;P
I'd like to state once again that I would LOVE to have Jessie depicted in some kind of a pic with him as a groupie or rocking with the band he's seeing or something. Whether it bondage related or not. I totally want to see it! Anyone want to draw this up? Please!
Anyway, if you like some heavy metal with a classic rock/blues sound with influences from Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley I highly recommend them. :D
Funny how a band out of Denmark knows more about rock and roll then most of the bands that come from here in America. :P

Group Cosplay Ideas and FF
General | Posted 14 years agoFirst off, the next installment of Furry Fantasy is on the way. I got quite a few pages done last night, but there's still a few more to go. =P
So, while I was disappointed with Sucker Punch I was still inspired to have my characters dress up as the gals from the movie. It brought up an interesting idea: What other group cosplay could my characters do?
Ideas! Need ideas! Actually, I have a few of my own, but I'd like to hear yours. So comment with a series/movie/comic/etc and which characters could everyone dress up as. There's Jessie, Aria, Jenet, Lupe and a soon to be added character: Lana, a sexy science nerd mousie. ^_^
You could even include someone like Nwuer, from Furry Fantasy (even though he hasn't been introduced) or one of your characters or...someone... XP

As Jessie I'd like to thank everyone for following all my kinky exploits and all my adventures being bound and gagged. It's been so much fun and of course, there's more to come. ^_^
As some of you have noticed I've been asking everyone to vote on what one of my next bondage commissions will be and I'm really happy with the participation and how diverse everyone's interest in bondage is. It's fun to see some of these polls come down to just a couple votes between each other. I'd like to take this time to see what else you all would like to see in the future regarding Jessie, his adventures and his friends. I'm curious to hear (technically read =P) what everyone has to say. From the outfits Jessie wears, the kind bondage he gets into, the scenarios and adventures he gets into, his current and potential future friends, etc. Just leave me a comment and we'll see what comes of it. ^.~
