Not that anyone cares what I think in my little corner of the internet, but what else really needs to be said at this point? Not much.

So, does anyone have a favorite holiday, and why is it Halloween? For me, it's that time of the year when I go outside of my usual picture uploads, and get poor Razira/Arianna into all kinds of trouble due to various kinds of misadventures.

While she occasionally gets a good Halloween, this doesn't seem to be one of those. But we'll see.

What about you?

For those of you who have characters that you've made, or RPed, or whatever, here's a question as the year closes out:

Do your characters ever age?

For example, Razira has an actual date of birth, and when I still RPed her, she aged in real time. Yes, technically, because she was a werewolf, she was aging slower than the average person, but she still was getting older on a year to year basis.

But there's also plenty of other people I've talked to who say that their characters simply never age. So...which are you? Or some combination of both? Curious to hear what people say on this.

I've seen some others do this, so I figure I might as well do the same. Plus, I'm curious what questions people might come up with.

A few things first though:

1) The world that Razira inhabits is best described as 'real life, but with superheroes'. Everything that has happened in real life has happened in her world, too. Just a few changes have happened to allow the existence of superheroes.

2) Keep the questions SFW, please, and no creepy comments as well.

3) Beyond that, ask whatever questions you have for me, or for Razira, and I'll get back to it.

So here's a question to my watchers - where do you get inspiration for all those great varied poses of your characters that I see? That seems to be my biggest issue nowadays of getting a picture done - finding that perfect pose you know you want to see your character in.

That said, don't get me wrong - the artists I've commissioned have offered up some fantastic ones when just giving them suggestions, but I've also had those moments when I see a pose somewhere and I go, "I want that."

So...any sites out there that have that kind of thing handy? Or do you just Google Images things up and stumble upon them? Or do you just tell your artists, "Awesome action pose" and they get it right every time? I'd love to hear your thoughts here, or as Notes if you'd rather.

And thanks to those who suggested some ideas for commissions via Notes from last Journal. We'll see what happens. Anyone else have some ideas for commissions of Razira here in the same general type of pictures that you've seen so far?

First off, for my first journal entry, I just want to say hi to everyone who is watching my account. It's been fun seeing people faving my various pieces of art and posting comments here and there. Here's to more of that as I post some of my backlog of pics from in the past.

Second, and the topic of my first journal, is pretty simple: Do you, or your character(s) that you RP as in whatever form, have any New Year's Resolutions? Anything you'd like to accomplish in the coming year? Anything your character(s) would like to change or get done?

As for me personally, I'd like to interact with the community more. Which is why I'm finally uploading stuff I've had done not only via other various awesome artists in the community, but elsewhere as well. And why this journal exists.

Second, I'd like to write more. While my skills aren't anywhere near up to the quality of some other writers I know, it doesn't mean that I can't jot down mini-stories when I post pictures. Like I did with my latest upload. Not sure if I'll actually write out a full fledged story or not anytime soon, but I might at least go back to some of my previous uploads and put more down there.

Third, I'd love to get more art. It's why I finally have a proper reference picture of Raz (instead of just ingame screenshots), so it's far easier for artists to do that. I just need to not only get the money, but figure out ideas for pictures as well.

As for my character Razira, who I've seen change and grow over the many years I've RPed her over on Champions Online (come join, it's free to play!), I'd love to have her get back together again with friends of old and spend more time in the game overall. In a more in character perspective, Raz just wants to make sure that everyone survives the coming year as injure free as possible. Being a Hero is dangerous work, and more often than not she (or others) don't make it back all in one piece.
