I'mma be in and out of the house today, so I won't have time to sit down and work on digital stuff. But my sketchbook is portable and I need traditional practice anyway. :P

Two options this time!

You can get as many as you want, but I'll only do 2 max together in a single drawing. Overall, I choose the pose, though you can request things for couples such as kissing, hugging, that kind of vague thing.

uhh I think that's all I needed to say. It always feels simultaneously like I'm rambling too much and forgetting important things.

Commissions are currently closed (as it says in my profile info) and full color commissions will probably not be available for quite some time, like mooonths (although this excludes some repeat customers).
I might offer sketch commissions or headshot doodles or something sometime after I finish my current queue of work, but that will depend on how hectic my life is at that time.

Which brings me to the life update!
My husband is in the Air Force, and he got orders for a PCS to Japan. Which means we will be moving to Japan in a few months for the next 2-4 years. Which is not something I've been eagerly anticipating but it's looking like it's really actually for real going to happen.
So there's a lot to get done in order for that to happen, and I will be increasingly busy in the coming months.
I will not be going over my estimated turn-around time (2 months max, from day of payment, fyi) for any of my commissions, but after I get those done, I may disappear completely for a while. (Not only because I will be super busy, but also because I don't even draw much at all outside of commissions, sadly.)

So there's that. Apologies in advance for my almost certain hiatus in the near future, and thank you to everyone for always being so cool and patient with me.

I still have quite a few mystery commissions on dA to do (only 2 buyers, but they ordered muuuuultiple commissions), buuuut...

Hello everyone!
So I sort of lied again... Techically not, since I'm not opening commissions, APrettyLittleTragedy is!

But this is for a good cause. We're just trying to raise a little money so Val can get a new tablet! I think our current goal is approximately $50 maybe? Idk something like that. (paypal only for these)

Val will be doing the sketches (traditionally) and I'm doin' the digitalizin'.
So you get 's cute style and poses, and my ~totally intense~ coloring.

Now I do have one last (already paid) commission to work on, and a 5 piece website project with a deadline, so those will take priority for me..
but since Val is doing the sketches, I got it easy on these collab commissions, and I can work on them while waiting for feedback on those other drawings, or when I need a little break from them!

SO I lied. Not going to be opening commissions back up again. I am going to take a break for a little while! After I get my queue done of course.

Taking a break. Which is exciting! I feel excited. I reeeeeeeaaally want to do more personal art (and GIFTSSSS and things with/for friends) which is really hard for me lately. I just haven't been inspired/motivated. I stare at a lot of blank paper OTL
and I want to PRACTICE practice practice and improve more and stuff. and even more ambitiously, I want to get back into writing!! aj;lslkdjfl;sdlfjs;kl probably my only "dream" is to someday have a novel or few under my belt... even if they're not published.. *waves noodle arms*

I am hoping 2013 will be
The Year of Art... and Money

I really want to improve myself on taking less time to do art. Which means taking on less tasks at a time. Less slacking.. Although I can't control feeling uninspired or unmotivated by subject matter/complexity, which is a big problem for me. So I guess that means being more selective in the projects I take on, and more realistic with what I can/can't/won't do... idk

I also want to improve my art in general lol and develop a... cute, attractive style.
So! Hopefully, if I can improve myself/art enough, more people will want to pay me to draw things. _{Because actually all I really want is money so I won't feel so bad about myself because I am too scared to be a real person and go get a job and deal with people and stuff.}

Anyway, come 2013, I would really like for me to get my shit together. Make my profiles on various sites look all nice and organized... Be more consistent with my art and posting and stuff like that.. Idk. There's a lot of stuff I'd like to do, to be more organized and professional-y and whatnot.
Probably won't get any of it done HAHA I SUCK also I have no concept of time
I'd also like to eventually raise my commissions because by all standards I'm underselling myself? but, I need to keep improving my turn around rate first, and also... garner interest and customers..

As for trades, please be patient with me. :c I often can't decide what I want for you to draw, and I'm often kind of busy, so I won't reply for a long time. I'm really sorry! I don't have many good references for my characters, so that plays a factor as well (I need to work on that!)all my trades have turned into me just drawing a gift for whoever i was trading with because i suck!

And as for art in general, also please be patient. I can only work on stuff with the ebb and flow of my inspiration and motivation! Stuff can take anywhere from a few hours, to months for me to complete! (I'm also really sorry for that!)
