New Commission Set-KAMA SUTRA PAINTINGS AND/OR LINEART
General | Posted 16 years ago****Just out of curious, how many of you would be interested in commissioning me for-the first time-a kama sutra painting or line art of your characters? Now, I don't intend to make it explicit with genitals revealed at all-like you see everywhere among this site-but instead a more passionate relationship between characters? I've purchased a few kama sutra books for pose reference and I'll put them in a bg of your description/liking.
I've never done any adult illustrations before because I've had no interest in the vulgarity depicted everywhere. But kama sutra is rather beautiful. SO. If any of you are interested, note me.
Paintings will be $100 and Linework will be $60.
I intend to post an example of each upon the first two commissioners requesting one of each. If there are any interested.

Progress Update

****Just updating a bit after being gone for quite a while. Had no time to do any personal illustrations or much commissions due to being caught up in school work and work in general. I'll be going on winter break in two weeks and from there, I will begin completing all the commissions I owe, -thank you all for your patience, I haven't forgotten about you-. In the meantime, I open to offer another batch of commission to pay off a big bill at the end of the month. Anyone interested in purchasing something for $100 or $50 please note me, I have the time soon enough to work on them for you and it would be a big help.

****Still pretty busy with school and assignments, I'm trying to finish up whatever commissions I have left. But, if possible, I'm offering this quick, possibly one time deal to earn quick cash. Seeing as how I've been interested, for the longest time, in the concept of humans wearing animal masks and viceversa, I've also begun a series of paintings of this for a particular class. SO, I'll be making quick doll-like figures of your characters as their human selves formally dressed wearing a mask of their "designed" self. If your character has wings and/or a tail, I'll add in "fake" wings and tails if you wish. These are going for $10 each, and are quite simple but are good for figure reference if you will. I'll send you a large .PNG file for you to use however, where ever.

Just updating my status for now.
Been really busy lately so I've been doing commissions during my free time. The list is sloowly getting shorter.
Speaking of commissions, I've decided to also update the commission price list. I've upped the price a little because I've been told time again that I spend way too much time on one piece for too little and I really can't do it anymore. So hopefully this will help a bit. I also simplified the category-with links to samples-for our sake. It's just easier.
I've also put up a new package list because I need extra cash to help payoff a bill at the end of the month. Not that you should care, but money does go to important situations. Nevertheless, if any of you are interested, please note me. I think I'll take in 5 at once and payment is either upfront or in halfs and only by paypal. Info for the packages are towards the bottom of this journal.

--Ok everyone, I'm back and I'm sorry it's taken me about 2 months to update my status...but yeah, I left off taking in a bunch of commissions-icon ones in particular-with the thought of having free time to work on them all, but stuff happened and it came at me quickly and unexpectedly. I wasn't able to work on anything until now. Even with my job I now have the available time to work on your commissions. Which comes to the two points I wish to talk about..
***First off, the icon batch. I have FINALLY completed all of those who've paid me, SO I please ask that all of you send me your email so that I may send your icons to you at once and clean the list up a bit. I know I'm a pain to those of you who have commissioned me multiple times when I say I always need you to keep sending me your emails...but it's just easier for me to deal with rather than memorize them all. XD Now, for those of you who HAVEN'T paid me yet, whether you wish to still have an icon or not, please let me know. I also ask-being that now I'm in dire need of cash (this will bring me to my second point) I would ask that you either pay half now half later, or in full up front. I generally don't care about when payment is due for icons because they are miniscule to me...but this is a different case for now.
****Second thing, I have run into a bit of a problem and need help from who ever can do this offer. Thing is, I have to pay off two bills in 3 weeks and my job alone isn't cutting it. I need to make up at least $800 bucks fast. SO, I've decided to put my $200 packages into action. I know I have a list of commissions yet to complete, but I am working on those slowly. Now, with these packages, I ask that those of you who are SERIOUSLY interested in them, please pay in full upfront or half now, half later. (depending on how many people are interested, I may need it upfront). I promise to work on these immediately and give them to you as quickly as possible with the best effort put into the artwork of course. $200 is a lot of money and I generally don't like asking for that much from you guys...but this IS an emergency. I'm not asking for donations-I don't believe in receiving money for free if I didn't earn it. SO..here are the packages--

--I'm sorry to those of you who've paid me for your icons and are still waiting patiently for them-I will get them to you as soon as I can but it will take longer than I have expected. Things have suddenly come up and ALL the time I thought I had and could have had, is no longer there. SO, for those of you that have already paid me, please, be a bit more patient for I AM working on them little by little with the-well-little time I have. As for those of you have not yet paid me, don't expect your icons to be done any time soon. *****A WARNING/NOTICE TO ALL COMMISSIONERS******
To all those who wish to get big commissions-paintings and such, be warned that if you don't pay in a decent amount of time after I have said it's complete and in waiting, there is a chance your file will be wiped out by my computer that LOVES to crash unexpectedly to the point of forceful recovery and a COMPLETE loss of all data on it. This has happened to me more times than I can count, but this time happened to hurt the most because not only did I have a decent amount of commissions on there in waiting but I also lost a lot of homework for class that is shortly due and took forever to make. SO. Just know, that if your going to commission me, MAKE SURE you have the cash on you away somewhere to pay for later. Otherwise don't bother to wait until I'm done and THEN go looking for the cash months later. I know I'm slow in giving you your work, but that's because 1. I don't have a lot of spare time like I used 2. I spend a lot of time on each commission to make sure it's as perfect as I can get it for MY satisfaction. (which won't count later cuz I hate everything in the end). Unless you all desire crap and want it fast.
I'm fed up with being extremely disappointed at watching all the TIME and effort spent on each shit I produce get destroyed in an instant and no memory of it to be spared.
I'm slowly working on getting a new PC through my job and the little commissions I get done to actually have work that won't disappear a few months later. It seems that every 4yrs I need a new one. v__v
This goes out to any and all commissioners-I will take in any commission, I will take my time on it so that it is good. SO, you will be waiting a while, which SHOULD be enough time for you to gather your cash together. I will also, from this point on be changing the way payments are made.
**All paintings/sketches/inks/specials will be charged half upfront and half in the end.
**All icons can be paid either upfront or afterward being that they are minute and not as bad if I happen to lose them I can do them over again--I'll just be mega pissed.
**I'm not to keen on money orders or hidden cash anymore being as to the fact that I've been getting the run-around lately by a few of you and it's irritating, only because I know sometimes I don't receive shit in the mail coming from other states. LAME. I'm generally patient...but I also have a limit.
IN other news, been pumped on work and school lately that it'll take time for you guys to get your icons, so please be patient and thank you to those who've paid already.

~As I have been working on these commissions, I have also been working on a side set of commissions for quick money and little time. The commissions on this list I take forever doing and at this point I won't get what I need fast enough, therefor, I am requesting 50 characters from anyone who is willing to pay $10 for a sketch commission. I have all the information for you in my livejournal post. (as dead as that site is it still proved pretty useless in this situation). I'll be grateful for any commissions I receive-and to those of you on this list, please don't feel like your put aside, I just take more time on your work than these ones. I don't like receiving payment before the work is done for many reasons.

~As I have been working on these commissions, I have also been working on a side set of commissions for quick money and little time. The commissions on this list I take forever doing and at this point I won't get what I need fast enough, therefor, I am requesting 50 characters from anyone who is willing to pay $10 for a sketch commission. I have all the information for you in my livejournal post. (as dead as that site is it still proved pretty useless in this situation). I'll be grateful for any commissions I receive-and to those of you on this list, please don't feel like your put aside, I just take more time on your work than these ones. I don't like receiving payment before the work is done for many reasons.

*****SO, as it be. I turn 20...today. heh. Another year on this glorious planet. I shall now celebrate it by sleeping...which I hate. v.v
P.S No new art for quite a while because I haven't even the time to work on commissions let alone shit for myself. On top of that, I've been fully inspired through a few new artists I've come about while walking through a comic shop downtown with a friend. I plan to learn from them-their techniques, rendering and methods so I can incorporate it into my "art". Also known as crap.
OH, and btw, I'm curious to know, if anyone out there owns a copy or is willing to give away a copy of Clocktower 1-3 I will BE SO GRATEFUL!! I will even give you art in return-example of what it would be is one colored character with a texture bg-like the Kcravenyote commission in my gallery.
I'm only asking because I've wanted that AND Parasite Eve YEARS ago but never got the chance to get them. Friends and I where have a discussion about Clocktower the other day and mentioned how crazy it is..AND I WANT IT!!
So please...if there is anyone interested in this offer-note me.

***OMG, MY DAD TOTALLY GOT ME A MAC DESKTOP FOR MY B-DAY!!
I'm so happy and..shocked. XD
It came early (b-day is September 23rd) and he just wanted to give it to me now knowing that I'm currently having a difficult time working with the laptop I'm using at this very moment. It's pretty much..dieing. With all the files, programs and images I've deleted-DOZENS of them, going through several virus scans, even defragmentation-my computer is still running UBER slow and crashes more than half the time, it's running on 22% memory. It's pretty pathetic.
it is also a reason why it's taking me forever to get these sketches done. The programs are responding really slowly.
I'm gonna try to get the desktop set up with him soon, that way I can get work done faster.

**OK, SO, I saw The Dark Knight today...and I must say, that it was HILARIOUS. I mean..the Joker..was THE SHIT. If I had actually placed a bet for cash on if Heath Ledger would pass or fail as a good Joker, I would so have lost, and would probably slap myself for thinking so. He was BRILLIANT. He indeed, was the movie. I understand now, why so many joker fans out there went crazy. XD
I've been a fan of the joker, but till now, I've only loved Jack Nicholson. So..uber props to Heath for doing an amazing job in taking on that role.
In honor of the movie, I shall do some crazy Joker fan arts too, when I have the time. I may also take on my own version of how Harley might look like if she were part of this.."more serious" version of Batman. It's a discussion that my brother's girlfriend and I had after watching it.
