We're heading out in the morning! i can't wait to see all of my friends there! New and old!  dago and I should be there about 11 am and will be there through Sunday night. We'll be rooming with out friends,  silentstorm and Shoyo! YAY!!! I'm almost more excited about this con than FC! ALMOST!

I really want to do a dance of female fursuiters to rival the guys at next years Furry Night live at Further Confusion 2010. I want something along the lines of Beyonce's Single Ladies, or Lady Gaga, etc. Anyone want to work on something for next year?

Only requirement is that you go to next years FC and maybe have a little bit of rhythm could help...

Dago, his friend and myself went to see Nine Inch Nails. They were also playing with Jane's Addiction. Very cool. I figured NIN would be the feature. Okay... no? They opened for Jane's Addiction. Okay, whatever.
I got these tickets for Dago because he loves them, and i thought it would be fun. I know a few NIN songs, not a ton, but enough to have a good time. Now, don't get me wrong, they played awesomely. They ROCKED, had a ton of energy, and sounded amazing. But they didn't play Closer... The "I wanna fuck you like an animal" song... the one that put them on the map in my opinion. They played Head like a hole which was one of two they played that I knew.

But is it wrong for a band not to play the song that made them famous and that everyone came there to see them play live?

I'll be honest, those tickets weren't cheap and we didn't even stay for the whole thing cause frankly, we could care less about Jane's Addiction. I'm actually a little irritated about it. A friend who also went said they never came back out to play it either. People actually booed when they left the stage because they didn't play it. It was like, What the Hell? Kind of a slap in our face. Oh well... Dago had fun and said he enjoyed himself so that's all that mattered. And we both had the whole weekend off together. I love him.

I want to know what you think though. Ever been to a concert that didn't size up to your expectations?? This was my first that did that. And I've been to a few so I don't know what to think. Help me!

As much as a dog hybrid and a human being can look alike, I think so. She's definitely based on me.

All but the bikini. I think she dresses a little nicer than I do, because she doesn't have a budget.

Yes. We both dig on our man.

Guess i could add a little pudge on her... but that's no fun... Other than that, we both wear a ponytail almost always, we hula, we're white... with blonde hair. Not much else to change!

5 – Did you work hard to develop your fursona? What is the (brief) history of your fursona?
She was meant to represent me and I think she does that very well. Like I said, we both hula dance, we both surf, and we both love hanging out with our friends.

Yes. We are seeing the same man/wolf team...

7 – Do you find yourself jealous or upset if you get paired with someone you don’t like or your partner does?
I don't really understand this question at all... no one has random sex with Bongo, or myself... nor should they...

She hulas. She pretty much loves dancing of all kinds though.

What started out to be kind of a crummy birthday turned out to be super cool. I just thought I'd let you know that I have the best boyfriend ever. None of you can have him, and I don't rent him out. Just thought I'd flaunt it in your face that I snatched him up.

Any who! Woke up early to help a friend move her stuff in to my house. Dago and another friend helped. It was kinda fun even though I pulled the girl card so i didn't have to carry much stuff. After the first round, I decided to work on cleaning the garage from Hell to help fit some stuff in while they made a few more rounds. She bought us all Mexican for lunch, yum!
After that I took a shower, had some great birthday afternoon sex and Dago and i went to the mall. He got me a gift card to my favorite store, "Torrid." (I know I know... Diva, whatever!) Didn't find anything i liked so he decided we should go to the comic store where i picked up and X-Men comic starring Rogue (my favorite!!) and he grabbed an awesome comic book called Bad Dog which we'd never heard of but are SO glad he found!

Headed home where my new roomie had got a cake for me with trick candles and everything! Super!
I got all spiffed up and looking smoking hot and went to this new sports bar where we got to sit in the VIP lounge and drink like kings. Or Queens in my case. Anyway, I got to see friends, one even got me a hula girl balloon!! Turned out to be a great birthday.
Today I get an envelope and Dago says to open it and he had my http://www.furaffinity.net/view/439979/ picture turned into a mousepad! I LOVE IT!!! I got all teary eyed. So sweet.

I'm really feeling like a lot of things are turning around in my life now and sorting things out. I'm happier and I feel better about myself. I'm really glad to have loved ones around me like Dago. Especially Dago.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who commented on my last journal and gave me such huge support. I do really appreciate it.
We have decided though to remove the vids, and keep it to ourselves from now on. I guess it was just a fun little phase that has gotten too out of control for me.

At least I know that I will always have been the first!! I will hold on to that title, but I hope it's not something I will be known solely for. Thanks again to all of my wonderful friends. I love you all, and I totally owe all of you some arts for being so darn nice to me through everything.

I've never really done this thing and I'm awful at searching for an artist to commission, so I thought maybe if anyone was interested or knows of someone who is open, I would love to pick someone to do a picture of Valentine! I have none of her and really like her as a new character. So, anyone?

So this year we decided to take a mini vacation before the con, and will be making out way to San Francisco for a couple of days. I'm so excited! We're leaving early... I mean EARLY!! In about 4 hours if I'm up for it. 2 am that is, for an 8 hour drive. I really love driving though so it's all good. I JUST finish our 2 new suits and I cannot wait to show them off. thanks to the great people here on FA, I'll be able to make my mortgage payment on time! Thank you all so much. I really cannot express my gratitude enough in words. I had no idea my plea for help would be this successful. For everyone that commissioned me, thank you not only for sending me desperately needed money, but for encouraging me to draw more. I had no idea people would pay me for my art! And also, thank you to everyone for advertising for me. I don't think you know how much that helped me out. So. Here's my predicament. I am a groomer, working for PetCo. I love my job.

My problem is, is that the manager of the store I've been working at the past 3 years is being transferred to another store. This is a problem for me because her replacement is known to be a real hard-ass. A PetCo about 4 miles away though really really wants me to work for them. I love the management and all of the groomers over there, but it's farther.

I now have to weigh the goods and bads.

Store one is closer, I enjoy the associates who are all my friends, I am close with 2 of the groomers, and I make a decent mount of money.
Store two is a larger shop, better equipped, I enjoy the management and fellow groomers, I would make a little more money.

Store one is under new management which means more stress for all, I don't always agree with how the groomers treat the dogs when no one is around, sometimes the girls make fun of me (in jest but a girl can only take so much).
Store two is farther away, I don't know any of the associates, in a not so great part of town (after dark), I would have to readjust to how they do things, I would loose most of my clientele and request customers.

So please, tell me what you would do in this situation. I'm sure many of you have been through something similar. I am sooo bad with decisions!!

Hallowen = fursuit love!

We went to my work, Petco and took pictures with a dogie and everyone liked us. Except my groomer coworker... she thought we were kinda weird.
Then we went to my friends work, (a vet clinic) and everyone really liked us there! Especially all of the puppies. The cats hated me though... so sad.

Anyway, I love Halloween!! Everyone have a good one!

No... not interested in the slightest.

I believe a woman has a right to choose what happens to her body. She can deal with the consequences of knowing that stopped a life from happening. I also think it should only be legal within the first tri-mester. If she hasn't come to a conclusion by then, she obviously doesn't want to abort and should proceed.


[04] Do you think the world would fail with a female president?

It depends on the woman. If she's better than the men she's running against, I'd vote for her.

[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?

I could be mistaken, but only seriously heinous criminals get the death penalty, right? After many appeals, and much time spent in prison. I do believe that some people deserve the death penalty.

[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?

Sure. Go for it. Will I smoke it? No. I tried it once, and really didn't like it. Maybe it'll cut back on people being interested in it though and create a safer drug.

I lost my virginity at 16. It changed me, but if I had a time machine, I wouldn't go back and stop myself. I think people need to think about what they're doing, but again, it's their choice.

Yes I do. In many different forms than the biblical God.

Absolutely. No questions.

No, but they should learn to speak English.

Ooo... good question. Well, at 12 hopefully she still lives with her parents, and if they didn't force her to abort, they should accept responsibility until she turns 18. A 12 year old can't take care of a baby on her own.

It seems like it has done well for places like Germany. So maybe it would do well here? I know I started drinking at 18 or 19, and I feel a lot more responsible because of it. Like, I wasn't starved for alcohol when I hit 21, and I knew how much I can handle.

[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?

Yes. Pull out ASAP. We've been there long enough and too many Americans have died. It's not our war anymore.

[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?

If they can think rationally, there should be a "suicide kit." Like for people with terminal illnesses. Again, I think it's their choice. Would I ever use one? No. I would choose to live.

Absolutely. Why do you think we have so many Nanny shows now? Cause people think spanking their children is wrong. I was spanked as a child. Not very many times, but there were times when I was out of control, and frankly that's all my mom could do to get me back in the real world. We have WAY too many brats running around the need to get spanked.

Yes. I don't care if it was brand new out of the package or an old thing that deserves to be burned. I love America, but with the economy as it is, I'd burn the shit out of a flag.
