As far as coming back to post art here, I’m not sure, I feel like I hardly post my art much in general anymore (been slow on the art front, sorry) but maybe if there’s something I particularly want people to see? I dunno man. Kinda miss having a bigger reach but at the same time I’ve felt burnt out and in an anxious little bubble for a long long time. (Which is funny to say considering I’m going to a big furry convention next month and hoping to make connections again 😅)

i'm going to go see slayer/lamb of god/anthrax next month in san antonio \m/ i've seen lamb of god quite a few times live!!! they're fucking good. never seen slayer before tho so i'm mega stoked to see them!!! they're fucking classic and i feel super lucky to have a chance to see them live! on their last tour too!!! wow!

how's it been? man i really havn't been active on fa in a while x_x so sorry about that.

yeah, i'm doing fine. the hurricane ended up hitting more towards the northeast of where i live. most damage here was downed power lines, trees knocked down (even a few uprooted!) and stuff of that sort. stuff that's a lot easier to repair than the damage caused to other cities. ;___; my heart goes out to them. it did hit pretty close to home so i've been pretty saddened by this all.

i really wanna take on some commissions and stuff to donate to those towns that need it. .___. even if you don't want anything from me, please donate! or let me know if you've been helping. :) it just makes me happy to see people out there caring.

and i know irma is gonna cause some damage too. to those in that hurricane's path, please stay safe. evacuate if you need to, please. stock up on things you need and take what you can. i love you all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ my thoughts are with you.

OH. i just realized i didn't mention how it went for me and my family. we did end up evacuating! from that friday to sunday. we really didn't plan anything out so it was kind of hard to find a hotel to stay at the first night x_x

luckily the next day we found an inn we stayed at the rest of the time.

it was pretty rainy so we stayed in the whole time. not to mention when we got home our power was out all week and my family legit wanted to sit around most of the time waiting for the power to come back.

boy, by the end of the week we were all getting pretty stir crazy. it was hot af, and our generator was also being kinda wonky and would go out at times...

i wish i could go back and have spent that time going out and doing some stuff outside or whatever instead of just playing the waiting game :T i mean, i did still get out but not as much as i could have. i guess i was just really drained and didn't even have much energy to want to go out and spend time away from home.

you should really go check out  spikedkanine and  kitratre ! both have been friends of mine for some years now. they both have pretty shitty living conditions, but they try making the best of it. it still saddens me though, they both bearly have any money to eat.

they're both planning to move from their families but have to do one thing a step at a time, you know? but it would still be cool if you'd check them out and help out with atleast getting them some extra food money. <3

 salkitten oh gosh...this is one of my most favorite newer artists i started following! i dunno why it took me so long to find them, but wow...their style is amazing. from cute and toony to full blown detailed paintings, their stuff is always wonderful to lay eyes on. the way they sketch and doodle is so fun and inspiring to me. i could go on..

 polartoons damn if i dont love everything they draw either! their characters are so interesting and cool, very neat designs. and such a wonderful art style! they draw lots and lots of expressions, which are always so nice to see! they inspire me to try practicing expressions more~ go give them a watch please!! you won't be disappointed!

 willingandabel such a sweet and cool pal! their ocs are super neato! they do both great traditional and digital watercolors! and they really love to draw, so you should go commission them and give em a watch! tell them i sent ya. ;)
