Better Brace Myself
Posted 13 years agoWell to all of you who have a snaggle tooth I'll let you knoew that I'm planning to get myself sme braces and fix the problem. Why am I so interested in getting my teeth braced and deal with the mockery and nicknames that comes with them? Let me explain something that happens to me a bit too often: I bite my lips hard and open up a gash because of my damn tooth! I'm talking about one of my front bottom teeth and it has been causing me this problem for a while so I'm gonna fix it. Hopefully, I'll get them screwed on during the winter vacation. Let's just hope no complications comes from wearing braces except the fact that I won't be allowed to eat a few specific things!

Posted 13 years agoYup, this is the last night of summer vacation I'll have this year because tomorrow I'm going back to college... damn!
Oh well, at least I did a few good things this summer like: published many levels in Little Big Planet 2, wrote an entire chspter of my fic and I'm still working on another, made commissions, met furries IRL and I finally turned 21 so I'm an official adult in every country now (I think). Let's not forget that I yiffed a lot!
Well, I hope all of you enjoyed your summer and wish me luck please, my classes are hard as hell!

The Smash version for Playstation
Posted 13 years agoTo those of you familiar with the Super Smash Bro. franchise, here come a new one but for the Playstastion console: "Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale", where the most popular and iconic playstation characters will unite and duke it out. With playable characters like: Parrapa the Rapper, Needled Kane (Twisted Metal), the Fat Princess, Sly Cooper (probably), Kratos from God of War, hopefully, Ratchet and Clank and many others, fighting in special arenas based on iconic places from playstation games (I noticed a Patapon world). I'm really excited about this game and I can't wait to play it till my eyes bleed!

My day as a Caco Douchebag
Posted 13 years agoYesterday I was in a little play for an English literature class about Puertorrican stereotypes and I got to play the stereotypical "caco" and if anyone of you knows me well, you should know that I'm not a caco I am quite the opposite. Days before the presentation I trained with some of my friend's caco friends on how to walk, pose and talk caco-like. It was rather hard, however, someone did say this to me: "Dude, be happy about because the compliment you can get from a woman is that you don't qualify for a caco". I guess that's a good thing but not in this situation. I asked my brother-in-law if he could lend me some clothes that represented caco so he asked a good friend of his and I recieve the most stereotypical caco shirt, cap and bling.
The day of the play came and I was no longer the quiet guy that stands out in a corner but I was a caco through and through. It was the biggest surprise of the whole play, even more than the guy who crossed dressed. Overall, I think it turned out well, however, I cannot get rid of the caco walk for some reason, it's stuck or something, I guess it's suppose to go away on its own.
And that was my day as a caco douchebag.

Posted 13 years agoTo those who are interested in knowing I have been thinking lately of drawing myself a fursona. Yes, he'll be a lion and he will have a physical resemblance to me. I haven't thought of a name for him yet nor what he will be wearing. Maybe pants, shorts, a speedo, I don't know.
Yes, I do have characters of my own but they are not me in a sense of a word, except maybe Arc who is kind of based on me but more child-like and he is the reason why I called myself Bowtie Lion but I want a character that is me. I just need to draw him.

New Year Hopes
Posted 14 years agoAs of 41 minutes ago, it's a brand new year. 2011 had its ups and downs like: getting my driver's liscense (that's good) and losing a loved one (the bad thing).
I hope that in 2012 I achive different goals and surpass certain obstacles that seem to hold me back. I hope I'm able to lose my shyness enough for me to finally ask someone out (I don't want to stay single for the rest of my life). I hope to better myself in my studies. I also want to be able to have time to indulge in other activities besides college work, like socialize with my friends, have fun, maybe if I become less nervous about asking someone out then maybe I could go on a date (my very first one!).
There are so many things one would wish to accomplish in life but for this year all I'm asking i that, that and good health, the wellbeing of my loved one and for everyone to be happy.
Happy New Year, everyone!

Got Away with It!
Posted 14 years agoToday I had a class debate, the entire class was divided into five groups of six, the names of the groups were chosen by the members of those groups but it needed to have something to do with the class or the topic of the current class, The Iliad. I was in the group Achilles. Why is this debate so important? The winning group atomattically gets a 100 in the test! So everyone in there was out for blood!

One Hellish Week
Posted 14 years agoHurricane, tons of rain, harsh winds, no electricity, no running water, a tornado, severe floods and sharks swiming in those severe floods!
That was exactly everything that occured here in Puerto Rico this whole week. First Hurricane Irene came knocking by and took out the electricity... so yeah, no TV nor a stove to cook food. Somehow, like every time a storms goes through the island, the water stops coming. The next day I heard new that there was a tornado in the same town I live in and had no idea of it... I'm just glad it didn't came anywhere near my house. The heavy rain cause floods but the most noticeble one was in the southern region of the island and, believe it or not, a shark was swiming through the flooded streets. I know, that is scaryand wierd at the same time! Unfortunately, I life was lost in the flood, an elderly women who was driving and the river overflowed and it swept her car along with her. May she rest in peace! And I heard there was an earthquake somewhere in New York but that's not Puerto Rico but I still think it's worth mentioning. Classes were canceled for three straight days and that will only make the semester longer... damnit!
I just hope that is well and safe cause he lives in the town that is flooded and I wish that help comes along to those who need it fast.
At least things are starting to look up so I guess what we all need to do is take one step at a time and one day at a time. Hope everyone is okay!

Here's a funny story of my birth: The day before I was born my mom, she was nine months pregnant at the time, was on a car accident and the scare itself caused her to give an early birth so because of that I was born a Cancer and not the Leo I was destined to be... sorry, I was having a fit.
Whatever, I'm here and everyone is invited to celebrate with me the special occassion, exept haters, take a hike!
Here's a list of the things I would like to receive, hope some of you are kind enough to bring me something of the following: a brand new sport's car, an XBox 360, cash, expensive clothing (shirt size adult small, waist adult 29), a digital camera, a gold watch, new shoes, video games and anything else that's worth a lot.
I'm kidding, you don't have to get me anything!
Seriously, let's celebrate! I'm here, alive and healthy and I hope you are as well! Party!

Nervous wreck today hoping tomorrow no car wrecks
Posted 14 years agoNo need to be nervous (I'm talking to myself).
Tomorrow I'll take my driving exam so I can finally get my driver's license and I think I'm ready to pass cause if I fail I'll blame it all on you for not praying hard enough for me.
No pressure right? My learner's permit expires in a few days so if I fail I'll have to redo everything again such as take the learner's permit exam and wait to get another date for the driver's exam. Yeah, no pressure!
If you're wondering why I haven't gotten my driver's license that would be because of my busy schedule so this summer I finally have free time to do so.
Now remember, Pray for me or face the consequences.

3) What is the name of the lagest family in the angiosperms?
4) How many limbs do tetrapods have?
5) Translate this taxonomic name of a specific species into its english meaning: Panthera tigris
Come on, compared to what I could have put these are easy questions.
Times up! Here are the answers:
1) Exactly what Nievelion answered: Phylum Mollusca. The radula is this convejor belt of tiny teeth that can be found only in molluscs, such as Gastropod (snails, slugs).
2) The answer is Benzoquinone. When a fruit gets punctured, bacteria are able to enter that is why the fruit releases the substrate Cathecol and the enzime Cathecol oxidase in order to produce the medicine better known as Benzoquinone to kill the bacteria, that is why when you cut an apple the white area turns brownish because there is Benzoquinone there and where it turns black it means that there are dead bacteria in that spot.
3) The largest family in the angiosperm is the Orchidaceae family, or or the orchid family. Just so you know, angiosperm means that the plant produces flowers.
4) Tetrapods have four limbs. Tetra=four, pod=leg... enough said.

Posted 14 years agoThe system of my college finally posted the grades and I passed each one with a great grade average!
I'm so fucking happy!
Each of those classes were a hellish expirience but very interesting at the same time and now that I passed them with flying colors I won't have to repeat them in the future!
I know, it's kind of late to be telling the students if they passed or not but whatever.
I'm so happy I want to yiff with someone right now!
Everyone lets celebrate all night long!

I Survived (Time to Relax)
Posted 14 years agoYes! I made it through two intense weeks.
Why is that so impresive? That would be because of everything that occured during these last two weeks: I had to study for many exams as well as the finals, which by the way were hard as hell. Once the first of the last two weeks of college was over I had to go to a natural reserve on Saturday and then go on a roadtrip with other of my fellow students to a zoo. For the record, that was the day of the Rapture... so yeah, I survived that as well. On Sunday I needed to study for the finals and as the good role model student that I am I decided to go to ComicCon, wearing my Organization XIII robe. It was so much fun... don't look at me like that! Even nerds such as myself need to layback once in a while.
Then the last week came, finals week. There was one exam every single day and I had an oral report on Wendsday, twice the work on one day! But at last, today, Friday May 27, 2011, I took my final exam and I think I did pretty good. After that I went and saw the much anticipated Kung Fu Panda 2. I won't spoil the movie but it did left so many unanswered questions like the first but at least with this one we know what the third will be about.
I'm a free man and I get to relax for the entire summer, unless a spot clears up for a summer class I want (well actually, need) to take. But, nevertheless, I have free time to do other things like art work I've been wanting to finish.
So yes, I went through a lot more crap than what I just mentioned but it's not that important, what is important is that my summer vacations started today.

Feeling better; Need to brace myself
Posted 14 years agoI'm feeling great and healthy so everyone who was worried about me from the desease I had a couple of days ago can breath easily knowing that I'm okay.
And I seriously can't think of a better time to be fully well than the last two weeks of the college semester, when all the finals come out to fight. You might not here from me for awhile because I have to study my ass off in order to pass these exams.
In just two weeks my summer vacation starts... hell yeah! But I'll see if I can take a summer class in order to get more credits faster. I'll also be able to finish art pieces I've been wanting to do for some time now but haven't had the chance cause of my tight schedule.
I would also like to wish everyone good luck in their finals cause we are all going to need it.
