My life has slowly settled back down again.

Heart meds are working well, I'm not likely to have a heart attack any time soon, and Dad's cancer treatments are almost done.

As a result, I now have some time to work on commissions! If anyone would like one, hit me up here or on discord/telegram as bpanthress. I'm still busy, but I'm finding a little time most days to work.

I'm now on meds for my heart. They are working, but...creating depression on top of the clinical depression I already have. I just got some new meds that hopefully won't do that, but we'll see what they do, instead. It's going to take forever to get testing done to find out what's wrong, because medicaid denied my nuclear stress test. The doc is fighting it, but seems to think it wise to do a simple stress test because chances are good we won't get it approved. So I can find out IF my heart is functioning, I just won't know HOW MUCH. And my sonagram to see if there are blockages is all the way out to July.
Add to that dad's cancer (we now know it's stage 4), the weather constantly messing with me body and mind, and politics...my mind exists in a state of constant worry and often fear.
I won't stop fighting but...I could really use a vacation.

Well. It can never happen to you...until it does.

I'm now wearing a heart monitor with full live monitoring, and am scheduled for ALL THE TESTS as soon as possible. Now I have a clue as to why I've been so tired and out of breath lately. This sure puts a kink in my plans!

So...yeah.

My life has always been busy, ever since i had kids. Now...it's insane.

Trying to:

a. keep up with chores daily (i.e. feeding, watering, milking, gathering eggs, watering garden, weeding)
b. plant a garden in a frantic rush to get it done at the right time
c. laundry/cleaning weekly (thank goodness hubby does dishes!)
d. harvesting critters and processing for freezer/canned goods/dried
e. being a mom and wife
f. arts (the easiest and most lucrative part)
g. continuing farm projects that have to be done as soon as possible
h. manage medical calls/scheduling/trips to docs for my Mom, Dad (just diagnosed with cancer), Me, hubby, and kids.
i. trying constantly to both be aware of the hell our "great leader" is creating, and avoiding thought/mention/sight of it as much as possible at the same time

*pant pant pant* I'm...overwhelmed. Like...really. Overhwelmed. Even my "time off" is fishing, where I'm seriously trying to catch enough to put in the freezer/canned so we have more food in the house.

But I can't put anything down right now. I'm scared sh*tless for the future. I'm exhausted. But I'm a mom and will NOT stop trying to make sure they're properly fed and supported no matter what!

So thank you guys so much for your patience as I fight through the bramble thicket that is my life so I can make the peaceful, fun arts for you guys!

After over 2 weeks of having no time, and then nearly a week of trying to figure out why Zbrush wouldn't save a pic as a jpeg (had to make a specific exception for Zbrush in bitdefender)...I'm finally able to work on arts again. Well...if farm and family allow. It's spring time, so babies and seedlings abound!

I can't believe it. I just purchased a milk cow. Well, she's a heifer right now, as she hasn't had a baby, yet, but she's pregnant, and will have one some time this summer. My farm is now more complete than I ever planned when I started this farm project!
Speaking of, though...I need MONIES! Gimme commissions! That animal was not cheap, and neither was the electric fencing required to keep her from squashing down my goat fencing! Give me work! <3 <3 <3!

I can't believe it. I'm only 3 years away from being 50! Talk about being a graymuzzle! If I wasn't so blonde, my gray would be loud, I'm sure. As it is, it kinda blends in and hides. LOL

Commissions have slowed drastically for a few days because farm work suddenly had to happen a lot, very fast. Yesterday, I prepped a field to be an orchard. Today, I travelled for hours to acquire 2 new milk goats and some ducklings with their mama. (ADORBS!)
Tomorrow...I have to plant the fruit trees and hopefully have enough energy left over to fix the broken water pump that lets me water my animals. Otherwise, that will have to wait until Monday and I'll get to haul a LOT of water tomorrow.
I will try to work on arts while I'm resting between jobs, but I'm often just forced to lay down and groan in pain cause my back says so.
Thanks for your patience, customers! I'm still plugging on! Just slowly, and probably won't be streaming for a few days.

My wacom tablet is now defunct. The newest drivers killed it because it's "no longer supported". Rolling the drivers back is not an option. Great.
Went to town to get a new one and they didn't have one. Sooooo have to wait until Monday when one should be delivered.

Common guys, I'm out of commissions again! I do everything from $20 head shots (or other body part), to ref sheets and even badges for cons! My new printer and laminator are sad!
Extreme, as you can tell, is not a problem for me. There's very little I won't do.
And if you want your commission private, I can skip the streaming, and send updates as I get it done. I always ask permission to post before putting it up on SF/FA, and always post a smaller image than the original.

I finally got a printer to make con badges! I can now make 3D models for you ($20 for a head shot, $80 for a full body), and print it into a nice 2D badge to sport wherever you go! My queue is presently empty, so jump on in!

I'm finally back on the comp after 2 months of missing out on everything! So glad the builder was able to take time out of his schedule to fix my baby!
In the meantime...31 baby bunnies and 27 baby goats were born on my farm! Holy BABIES!!! I LOVE spring!!!!!!

I have admitted that no matter how fast I earn money, I can't earn it fast enough to get the kids' art shed built without help. It seems like every time I save a little, it's yanked away by surprise bills.

I've been trying since my children were born to give them every option possible for future occupations.
Well, both have been focused on art for years, without fail, and both are showing absolutely amazing talent that outstrips mine 100%. I am insanely proud, but also have a problem. While I work on the computer, they both want to do other mediums, and that requires space and materials.
I've been trying to save to build an art shed for years. Every time I think I'm getting somewhere, something rips the money back out of my hands. I'm finally admitting I just can't do this alone.
So please, if you can toss a few bucks toward my gofund me, I would be forever grateful. My kids deserve a place to work! (Right now they have one tiny room with no room for well...anything.)
