I am accepting one commission. So far, I'm getting them done within just a few days, so let's see if it continues!

I am looking for a commission or two to work on, between farm work and family. I'm hoping to get them done quickly, but patience is a virtue, just the same. Note me if you're interested!

It's been a rough winter, but I think my brain is finally starting to get over it's seasonal issues. I did an adopt to warm myself up, and as soon as I can, I'm getting back to work on the commissions I owe. Here's hoping this upward slope continues!

My apologies to all my customers at this time for being so slow. We're building a shed and it's being very hard on me, so I come home just exhausted each night and crash instead of working on art. I'm hoping this changes in the next few days, as we're almost done. I was able to work on a little art today thanks to rain slowing things down some.

In other news, the exterior fence is finally finished on my farm! Now for the interior fence and the tool shed. Working hard here, definitely not hardly working!

In other news, the farm is doing well. The new chickens have a new hen house, and the fencing is hopefully going to be done by the end of the week. Then I get to tackle building a 12x14 shed. Anyone wanna help? LOL.
As usual, I'm working outside all I can, and then arting when I'm stuck indoors thanks to heat or rain. As a result, art is moving fairly slowly, but I'm still plugging right along. Thanks so much for your patience!

I've been working for a long time to get where I am now. I'm still working to improve, both myself and my situation, but I'm actually achieving things, and that sure helps a lot.
When I started this journey, more than 7 years ago, now, (can't possibly have been that long!), I wanted a farm, security for my kids, a decent house, and other things.
Now, I have that little farm, with a record crop of kids and still several does yet to give birth. Chickens are on their way again in March (blasted predators!), and I can't wait for their rainbow of eggs. I just hope I can find enough customers to sell them all!
My garden will be small this year, because I am currently upgrading the fence around the farm, building a chicken shed, a storage outbuilding, and who knows what else.
I still want my art shop, but thanks to you guys, I have the money to do it. I'm just waiting on the hubby to decide where it's going to go, since he's the one that will be wiring it up. A greenhouse is in sight.
And most importantly, so far, my head is finally holding together. I've been knocking out commissions faster than I've been getting them, and am aggressively searching for more customers to help me earn the money to build a larger house, so my kids can have their own rooms instead of sharing a tiny little room barely big enough for bunk beds, a dresser, and table.
Both kids are showing excellent talent in the artistic realm, which makes me proud as punch, and drives me even harder to do all I can to give them a way to earn their living when they're older. They're already furries! One, at least, may even lean toward making fursuits! Or gem/wire trees, or cosplay costumes, or all the above and more. lol

So thanks, everyone, for your support, and keep throwing those commissions my way! I've got bills to pay!

OMG I finally got a new computer! My 7 yr old beast had finally started giving more trouble than it was worth, so here I am, typing on a totally new, even better beast!

I'm working on a collection for my shapeways shop. I'm doing both pendants and coins, for those that want to collect a batch of gold or silver!

Slowly working on arts, still, a few minutes at a time most days. Trying to finish a sculpture right now, before I finish the digital commission I'm on. I keep trying to work on both, but I suppose I should feel lucky I'm working on one. This time of year, it's always so difficult to make my brain want to art at all.
But I'm getting there! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Well happy Halloween guys! I'd hoped I'd be in good enough shape to do some fun stuff this year, but guess it'll have to wait, again. I'm more likely to observe some Samhain traditions. They feel much more natural to a person who craves tons of food and hibernation at this time of year. *chuckle*

In other news, like I didn't have enough of a list of things that need money... My bathtub, you know, one of those plastic ones, has a crack through the bottom of it, now.
Which means getting a new one. (It's been changing color for years, now, so it was only a matter of time before the plastic degraded too much.)

I'm fighting with all I have to get a commission done here and there, but my head is screwing with me as usual, and no matter how hard I try, I just can't get more than an hour or two of work done in a day, 3 if I'm really lucky. None if I'm not lucky at all.

So, still doing the commission thing, just moving slow. Sure could use a win on the lottery right now. Even a small one would help a ton.

So... I feel the urge to make fun little pets for fursonas. I have no clue why, but it just sounds like fun, so I made a 'petshop' account for adoptables. I only have one little rough sketched skull pet so far, but I'm guessing I'll be adding more regularly, so feel free to watch to see what I come up with! Some will be cheap, some will be more expensive, but you'll get what you pay for, whatever it is!
