I've discovered that I have a small issue when it comes to drawing. my background lines come out cleaner than anything, and if I go any further, I screw the drawing up!
If you're on either Telegram or Discord with me, you might have already heard me complain about this. I want to figure out how to do either lines or something to make my drawings come together without compromising the form and making everything look flat.

However, I could still work on forms though. If I do upload any base-sketches, anyone is welcome to use them as long as I get some credit for doing the forms.

I've got a few already sketched that I goofed up on somewhere down the line, but I'm considering throwing them into my scraps for others to use since I've likely abandoned them.

Also, does anyone know a decent guide to lining? I have Paint Tool SAI and GIMP that I usually use. I'm honestly considering looking for ways to get around lining in general, as my strokes are often short in comparison to others who can just swipe their hand and make a perfect curve for the situation.

I graduated a few weeks back. Most of you already know this due to various chat rooms...

There is an issue now though... What do I do to fill the gap?

I live to design and create, but I have been unsatisfied by lackluster attempts at art.
I have the materials needed to draw, but I don't want to force art.
I just seem to not have the will...

I love CAD, but I do not have any software for it... I will upload a few images of 3D that
I have done to show this later on. (I even have the .stl files in case anyone wants them)

I lack physical inspiration, the materials to actually create with, and the means to actually create.

Without those things, I have no clue what I should be doing with myself...
Chores suck, and I don't think that I can bust a habit for my whole family, which leaves our house a mess.
I can't use my knowledge to better my surroundings due to lack of materials and stubborn parents.
(They don't take particularly kindly when I reorganize the whole livingroom to my standards)

I think I will try to do some Raspberry PI projects, maybe pick up an Arduino...

I know this might sound like a crazy list that confuses you all, but it is more for me

This year for my birthday and christmas from my parents, i gots a Raspberry pi 2 (including an enclosure, microSD with NOOBS preloaded, and a USB Wifi adapter), kingdom Hearts 2, Skylanders Giants (3DS and Wii), Skylanders Swap Force for the Wi, assorted DVDs and $40!


First off: I'm assuming that there was a sale on assorted skylanders merchandise.

Secondly; I didn't get k9 off of my computer, and my parents wont let me be on while i live here still.

this was a great Christmas overall in terms of gifts, but i still had lots of fun hanging around with my family! ;3

Two weeks are down! I have a safety class, AP Statistics, back to back engineering classes, AP Physics, Economics, and AP Literature and composition.

Usually, I'm best with math and science but am okay with so Hal studies stuff and language or literature... This year though, I think I'm going to actually enjoy economics, making my senior year a comfortable experience actually... So far, I have aced everything that has been sent my way and just need to keep it that way! :3

I think that all of the signs are pointing towards me not being able to chat for a while, though. Furst off is the third strike I got a while back which was just my mom catching me chatting again. Second off is the fact that I can't download colloquy on my iPod any ore and all the other clients I can get stink.... I am toying with my dad's old android phone as well, but my mom will probably be monitoring that device even more closely than she would be monitoring my iPod. Anyways, I think a safe bet would be to lay somewhat low until December, then I will pull some strings to get K9 off of my lappy and redownload my client in order to chat with you guys again :3

Also.... I have been getting a bunch of electronic components by asking my grandma for them on eBay... And now my collection consists of a breadboard, resistors, capacitors, potentiometers, diodes, LEDs, transistors, 2 IC555s, and an IC4017 :3

I like annoying people with this buzzer I make~ and I don't get in trouble with it either x3

Watching something on Netflix with my headphones on... Didnt notice my mom coming out of the room... She catches me stashing my iPod as I realize and suddenly "let me see it"

Was only chatting, but I was still given a talk about chatrooms. She said she was gonna ground me and take my iPod, but I think I may have found a way to keep my iPod. I will probably still chat and such, but I will have to be much more careful

I was once again the only top ten person at my school.… but to make up for the lack of representation, I placed in the top 5 in two different competitions

Technical sketching and application: 4th place
- this year, I kept up my trend of rising through the ranks of the technical sketching competition... But I fell just short of getting a money prize and the opportunity to go to nationals.
Electrical applications: 5th place
- I am surprised by this one actually. I was up against guys who actually knew what the circuit we were building did and why it did it. Apparently my guess was good enough to be right x3
(At least they didn't notice the backwards transistor....)

I got t keep the electrical kit too! :D

Next year, I'm gonna aim even higher... And push my knowledge of electricity well past the level that they used here as well as improving my drafting abilities to be faster and neater :O

First off, Technology Student Association for those who were thinking otherwise.

This year, I competed in two competitions though not dragster this year.
The two competitions I competed in:
-Technical Sketching and Application - take a test on drafting practices and the top twelve go on to the challenge of drawing a multiview of an extremely complicated shape and the kicker: it had to be done freehand on graph paper.
-Electrical Applications - take a test on electricity with concepts ranging from the simple basics to transistor logic, ICs, and other complicated stuff. The top twelve to on to build a circuit based on a diagram and explain the design to judges.

I know it sounds kinda mean to wish family members would go away, but 8 people in a 2 bedroom trailer was just too much... They are in the process of moving into a friends house right now

I can only see positive results from this though
1. I don't have to conform to the strict schedule that I was held to because my cousins had to follow it.
2. My aunt might be able to get onto her children herself for once.

Here, she had to go through her own mother, who tries to intervene and do her job of getting onto her children for her; my father, caught in a stalemate with her because he wants to keep order within his own house without hurting her feelings and she just wants to stay out of her way; and lastly, me. I was one of the roadblocks to her authority because she didn't control me and her kids wanted my treatment of things.(my mother eventually decreased the effect of this as shown in number one)

All should work out for the better here :3

Also, half of the people residing in my house leaving means that I can finally get privacy! Some TV time! Even possibly five minutes of silence that I have been waiting for for about the past year...

Anyways, if I could get an iPod cord, I could more safely get on irc... And I don't like covering my tracks on a device that shouldn't even been on here. Also, the privacy increase means that I might be able to doodle some finally...

*flops into his bed and sighs with relief*

Today, I was getting some more practice driving in with my father by going on little odd jobs with him as usual... He told me that we would be going to my Kindergarten teachers assistant's(I think that's what the title "para pro" equates to) house to do some work over there...

We did a bit of work like sealing up their door with a little strip underneath (to keep the electric bill down from the wasted electricity that would be used to heat a house with the heat going outside) and I moved 3 fifty pounds bags of chicken food to a building all by myself :3 (the lady is retired now)

Mainly though, we just talked about how time had passed and my year in kindergarten... It was a nice feeling to talk about it too...

Apparently, because of my ectodermal dysplasia making me look different (missing hair, long-ish fingernails, and I believe just seven teeth at the time) from the other kids, all of the other kids were afraid of me... But that didn't stop me, and after getting to know people, I used my looks to my advantage and played around, acting like some sort of monster, and we all had fun and got along happily :3
Als because of the ectodermal dysplasia, she always had a wet rag with her to make sure that I didn't overheat... And I usually didn't unless I was really, really hot... I always had someone nice to look after me to make sure that I was okay out there.
Also as I am today, apparently I was a huge knowledge sponge, and kept her busy trying to keep me occupied hehe... I'm not sure, but I think she said I was reading 4th grade level too! But I don't think I was that high! ...I thought I was only slightly ahead... She probably remembers better though... (I scored 12.9+ in fourth grade though hehe... I jumped most of the system then because the library was based on dots that represented certain grade levels)
And then there was a gross moment when apparently I blew a blood clot out of my nose onto a napkin... Then asked her what to do with it... "Go ask Mrs Perry" was her response...

Overall, she said she didn't remember many students unless they were really, really good or really, really bad... I was on her good side enough that she remembers me to this day :3

Kindergarten was a really good time for me, and it was a really nice chat we had today.... *sighs from the nostalgic feeling*

I just had a fun friday night playing Magic :D

The thing that made tonight so different: I wasn't the only student from my school to be there!

Two of my friends I was expecting to come were there... Along with one of my other friends that had already graduated but I haven't seen for a while!
Also strangely... The guy I sit beside in my dual enrolment class was there and playing tonight... Now I know and I might bring either my Abzan/life-gain deck or my mono-white devotion/token spawn deck t play against him with :3

Anyways, I did my best ---EVER--- In the draft tonight!

I came in fifth out of fifteenth place with a predominantly green Abzan deck that had odds against it because I sat next to a guy focused on black and red (my graduated friend) and a guy trying to use jeskai to his advantage (the guy in my dual enrollment class)

This meant no typhoid rats or good white cards for me a

I wound up with the following results:
Round 1: 1-1 tie with one of my best friends
Round 2: 0-2 slaughter... I didn't draw any land either game... 16 out of 40 were land too
Round 3: 2-0 against the guy I sit by in that class
Round 4: 2-0 against one of my buddies that I play there who knows what I can do with a deck when given the chance...

When drafting, I actually was PASSED 2 fetch lands... Needless to say, my draft was paid for... X3

Though i am unsure of the outcome, I had an idea in my mind so I decided to start writing a little story on my tablet...

It might take a while and I'll try and upload it in small pieces on here if I can...

Basically, it is about sibling rivalry. Brian, a 9 year old male arctic fox kit, has a knack for playing tricks and setting little harmless traps around his room, mostly intended for his older sister if she happens to stumble in. This sister, though, has been trying to learn magic from some friends of hers, and brian always seems to want to joke around about this fact when she comes back home and still doesn't know a single spell...

What happens when the score hits 15 to 0 and she seeks revenge out of a spell book borrowed from a friend?

So... The other day at my school during the announcements, they were announcing names of people who get to do this writing competition thing..

There were two shocked faces in the room... The one kid who is great at them and always competes at this one every year... And me... The name that was called to represent the guys in the 11th grade... Apparently the English teachers didnt know that my strong point was --MATH-- and thought I might do good...

I hope the writing part of this will be as easy as the math part was in my middle school days... (I placed in top 3 three years in a row and one was first place for that math test x3))

A surprising turn has happened... My mommy gave my iPod back because she was sick of carrying it in her purse and she trusts me not to get on anything anymore... (Really leaves a good mark on your conscience to do something like this then huh?) ...this time, I'm not going to be caught... I only have access to journals here and irc through colloquy, but I have figured that keeping colloquy would only lead to more trouble, so unless I have a miracle day alone, I won't be getting on irc on a decent client... DAmn mobile apparently got taken out of he App Store, meaning that I sadly won't be chatting with TCC until I turn 18 still.

Anyways, all of that just means that I have the ability to use my iPod but only safely to get on here... And I'll be able to post pics then :3


Away from that topic, most of my day has been spent playing OmegaRuby on my new 3DSXL as well as super smash brothers :3

so, a few weeks ago, i seemed to have 1. misplaced my dsi, 2. put my charger somewhere weird, and 3. not have the motivation to get it back until just a while ago x3

anyways, for the past half month i have been undergoing the most strenuous time... work, dual enrollment, and AP classes... i am not ading anything else until at least the end of the month x3 ...i have 2 weeks of homework already set out for me x3

well, at work, i have a great time... imagine getting to freak people out... and get paid for it! i can honestly say that i love what i do... and i should be getting a 3DS once i get paid :3

this is just a quick summary, if you wanna know more, just ask :3

I'm getting pretty well on track with my AP classes, other than the fact that on practices for the AP Tests, i seem to be a miserable failure... its not my fault that the teacher didnt explain what she wanted for a comparative essay on zoroastrianism and judaism, and its definitely not my fault that the AP language test had at least 27 words that havent been used for the past millinea. Other than the fact that i am severely out of practice with analytical skills and what-not, i am actually keeping up pretty well.
I have been accepted to dual enroll, and starting next tuesday, ill be learning soldering :3

anyone who uses furnet and is my buddy knows that i am also usin homework as a deliberate excuse to chat, and im semi-active there most everyday...

the best part about all of this is that my parents have absolutely no clue that i still communicate with you all... The downside is that my DSi internet constantly messes up and in order to get it working, i have to reset the router... which seems to be pretty suspicious...

and lastly, it is almost 4 AM and im about to crash, nini everyfur :3

This year is going to be exhausting.
on Thursday night, i was literally working on homework for -FIVE HOURS- straight... and i still didnt get everything done... AP Classes are very strenuous... 2 classes in one week gave me the equivalent of probably all of the homework i was required to do last year...

The worst part about it is that my current situation at home isnt really suited to this amount off homework... with my cousins here, the living room is never quiet, my mother is usually sleeping, my dad told me to try and keep the air in his building off to conserve electricity which makes it constantly too hot for me...
summary of this: i wont be able to effectively handle this course load until my cousins go back home...
The major part that this affects though is the fact that my teachers are firmer in their stance, whereas my previous teachers had been rather lenient...
"if you cant handle the courseload, you shouldnt have signed up for the class" -my AP Language teacher

also, i didnt get scheduled for an engineering class this year even though i was hoping to... but i have decided that finishing this one carreer pathway would be worth it, so im taking 2 business tech classes, (Computer Applications 2 (Excel) and Business Communication (powerpoint and communication skills) Even through this though, i plan on running for treasurer for my school's TSA Chapter and competing in as many competitions as i can keep up with (technical sketchin and application as well as dragster design)

To add on top of all of this so far, i will be dual enrolling at the local technical college and taking a class for mobile electronics, where you get to learn how to work on car stereos... class one of this is soldering, which actually is what the third level engineering class would have been mostly comprised of. this class would get me out of the house on tuesdays and thursdays, actually giving me a place where i could work on the vast amount of homework from the AP class

school starts back in a week, and this will most definitely be the toughest school year of my life... 11th grade with 2 AP classes and dual enrollment at the vocational college for the course "mobile electronics"

im hoping that i will be prepared for it... wish me luck!



in other news... after 2 hours of reluctance, i had my blood drawn... (blood testing) and i wasnt grounded this time! ...either it was a miracle or a dream... who knows x3 ...my mother owes me a pack of magic cards because of that! (shouldnt be too happy about that though... she offered 4 at the beginning... i acted kind of like a fussy cub because i did not want it to happen x3)

i also picked up a fat pack of magic cards x3 (so many cards huh?) i also am now winning half of the games that i play at the tournaments now :3 ...sure sign that i am getting better right?

well, i'll be offline almost constantly when school gets back, so im making sure that i tell everyone in advance x3
i might try and drop in from time to time though if i have the time x3

well then, i've got my laptop back, and my mother installed that program on it as i expected... it is a major nuissance... and now i've discovered something new...

the method that i was given on how to temporarily disable it has failed....

and now my dsi is giving a whole new error... 052010... i looked it up, and now i guess i have to input all of the data into my dsi before connecting again... 3/4 of my connection opportunities are failing, and now i'm left with my grandmother's old computer with the noisy keyboard >.<

time to find a plan B i guess huh? x.x

okay then, first off, i wish that i knew why my dsi internet connection is steadily switching from working to broken... i can at least connect because of enabling WPS setup, but that doesn't explain why my connection drops while everryone else is doing just fine x.x

it does go back to working eventually at least x3

okay, next thing, at the beginning of next month, i might be able to obtain a cheap smartphone, which will allow me to upload stuff again hopefully.. (i've actually done more doodles that look good in the past 24 hours than i have in the past 6 months x3)

laptop status: still have to wait for a while
ipod status: dead and in my mother's possession
general internet status: until my cousins leave (i was told that they would do so at the veryy end of this month) i have only my dsi orr maybe a produuctive few minutes on my father's lappy when no one is looking

boredom is quickly setting in though, after 5 consecutive wins against the elite 4 in pokemon platinum, i think i need to find something else to do :/

on an unrelated note, i went to a magic tournamrnt onfriday, and almost won a match! ....if only i would have mulliganed... then i would have won... i run a boros deck (red-white), and drew 4 plains, no mountains, and everything i had required red mana to play >.<


everything is turning out pretty much okay i guess... other than the fact that i can't find my glasses, which is postponing my obtaining of a drivers license...

okay, the appointment turned out okay i think...

i went out and told her everything in hopes that she will understand, and i volunteered to let her see my chat logs, hoping to show her that i am sure of my current position... things went pretty well i think, but now, i have to wait 2 weeks for the next appointment...

she seems to be leaning towards fully monitored internet though x.x

i think windows 8 has irc apps though, my mother might let me use deviantart under her supervision, and i might be able to use furaffinity and everything else through a proxy or whatever it is called...

i do not know much about how things are truly going to play out for me, but it all seems to rest upon the opinion of the therapist... the appointment is on thursday, and im just going to have to wait until then to know annything...

luckily im not the type of person with a history of self-destructive tendencies, so my opinion should hold considerable weight in her mind...

lets just hope that she understands...

ive seen her before luckily, and she knows that i am really smart, so i hope she treats me like my decisions are just my own...

This might be leading up to the best Summer i've had in years...

first off, i should be practicing parallel parking soon...

when i get this practiced enough, i should be able to take my driving test :O ...then i'll have my license!!!
(and for all of my babyfur friends, this might mean that i might be able to pick up some padding :O)

I won't overheat without a fight this summer either... i now have a cooling vest! (one of those vests with icepacks in them :O)

I'll probably have a bit of money flowing to me too, since as soon as i'll be able to drive, i'll be trying to work with my dad by doing parts runs for him out of town :3

i'll have free time, a driver's license, a cooling method, and even possibly pick up a social life irl for once! ...currently, i'm just the nerd who knows everything but never studies, and aces tests because he can x3 ...as soon as i can move about freely on my own, i'll have so many doors open to me :3

you can blame it this time on the fact i forgot a paper in school... for a week... got a 27 on it because i couldn't scribble down the answers in time.... and my mother found out about it...

I MADE 5TH PLACE AT THE TSA STATE CONFERENCE!!!! wootwoot!! tech sketch! (Technical Sketching and Application)
In that competition, I had to take a test about drafting techniques, materials, and oddball facts about technical drafting. After I did that, i placed within the top 12 and made it to the semifinals, where i had to draw
an orthographic projection of this thing and even dimension it, all within a hour.
This was hard, but apparently my drawing was great since i placed 5th with both of these things combined!

Also, in my engineering class, we are working with the VEX robot kits... and i'm the first person to successfully use the remote controls! I'm so far ahead of everyone in there that i'm actually working with the teacher to make goals for the rest of the class for the year :P ...in other words, i'm the guinea pig that has to do whatever the teacher says. xP

I have a A+ average on my report card, and i'm excited, happy, and pumped to try and do something awesome!!

also, i have a few awesome doodles that need to be scanned... but now i only need a scanner that works... well, guess i can wait a little while.~~~

If anyone wants a doodle from me, shoot me the message and i'll try and do it :3 ...i can't promise it'll be complex, colored, or even good! i'll try if you send it though :3 (nothing too complex though plz >.> ...i am not a master yet :P)
