Care to go flying?
Posted 14 years agoI ask because
scales4sales is putting together a collage of folks and their various methods of flight. This is a great way to come up with something creative and entry is a mere $5 (less if you make a journal and your friends join the collage based on it). Plus, she's a great artist that could really use some more recognition, so be sure to check out your gallery while you're checking her journal here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2572753/

Argonians need your support!
Posted 14 years agoOn their Facebook page, Bethesda is polling players on what type of character to post the next screenshot of. Currently, Argonians are in third place, behind Nords and Dark Elves. They've already shown tons of pics of Nords and Dark Elves look relatively the same in every game, however Argonians always look radically different. So show Argonians some support so we can see how they're going to look this time around!
Here's a link to the poll: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk.....&qa_ref=qd

Character's You'd Go Furry For?
Posted 15 years agoKind of a pointless question for anyone reading this journal, but here's GamesRadar's list or the one's they would. All I have to say is: If they had to pick one character from the Final Fantasy games, Freya Crescent > Fran.
Here's the list:

As The J. Geils Band so eloquently put it...
Posted 15 years agoLove Stinks.
But I suppose that's what I get for trying to play the long distance angle, even if "long distance" is only a 4-5 hour drive, given traffic and weather conditions. It was sweet while it lasted and about as fun as it was frustrating. Will I do it again? Who am I kidding? Of course I will. I've yet to meet another fur and would be convinced there were none in my area if I had actually put more effort into finding some first. However, if you live in Effingham or Mattoon, IL or anywhere in the surrounding area and would like to prove me wrong, by all means respond here or send me a PM or something. This is a case where I'd certainly love to be proven wrong.
That said, once I get my college work caught up (a financial aid flub left me blocked from my classes for the first two weeks of the term, so I'll have to play a little catch up), I'll have a nice big amount of free time that I can actually put toward writing, and thus my watchers (that's right, all two of you!) may actually get some payoff. I'm looking at you Ssvanti and Arkandor! Just stick with me awhile longer and pressing that little watch button may actually feel worthwhile. Or you'll be sorely disappointed. Either way, you get something, right?
