Hi hi! I'm back from summer, and so excited to be back to arting! My job is fairly seasonal, and with work mostly in the summer, I tend to disappear and not get the chance to draw much. So it seems like I always come back in the fall around now XD I don't mean to, but it's funny how it works out! <3

I've missed drawing so much so I dove headfirst into doing a lot of it right now, and it feels so good! I also found a challenge I'd really like to complete for October: 31 Pinups, or Pinuptober! I borrowed the list from someone on Insta (if I can find their handle again I'll link it!) but tweaked a few entries to suit my tastes a little more.

I've already assigned some characters of my own and for my hubs and others, but have a bunch left over! SO I figured I'd open those up, and if anyone wants to snag a sketchpaint pinup, you can comment or dm me!

Each slot will be $40 if you want to claim it, and will be fullbody sketchpainted with minimal background, such as this, this, and this (though I may add more background elements or a color to fit the theme). I'll largely make up an outfit to fit them but if you have a request you can always ask! If I finish before the posting day (# is day in Oct I will post it), then I'll send it to you early, but just ask that you wait to post until after then!

Whatever isn't picked I'll still be drawing with my own characters, but I'd love to add some other fun ones in the mix! I'll keep this journal pinned to keep me accountable to that and so you can follow along if you'd like to see, and start posting them Oct 1!

Hey guys!!

I hope you're having a wonderful new year, and that you had a wonderful holiday!<3 It's been too long! I'm working hard on getting back to a good schedule until the summer rush for my job hits and even then, stay active then too! Did you guys do anything fun over the winter holidays? Do you have a new years resolution you're trying to keep?
Shak and I are trying to eat less meat and focus on only having some once or twice a month, and cut out most (but not all) dairy stuff too. He feels better when he does, and I don't mind it overmuch. Plus it lets me try some fun recipes! Occasionally it's been hard though, burgers are just so good... //drool

Clearing out the last of my overdue work in the next couple of days so if you're waiting on me, expect something shortly! I sincerely apologize for the delay but I'm back to working so it's going well; as always if you have any questions, please message me! I'm also updating my Trello as I go.

Hi everyone!! I hope you all have had a fantastic summer! I've missed seeing everybody and hanging out streaming, but the mad rush of my job's seasonal swing has died down and now I can come back to focusing on art! <3

It's been good but incredibly busy; in addition to my normal job I took on new responsibilities and essentially got promoted, which is AWESOME but definitely takes up more time. As much as I love it though, it's nice to have a break from that and commuting a lot and get to spend more time drawing and painting fun stuff XD

This week I'm focusing on getting caught up and sending the last few things out that have been on hiatus, thank you everyone for bearing with me during the summer! If you have any questions, please do DM me! Otherwise if I haven't already, I'll be messaging the couple of people who have things I'm finishing up shortly. <3 I'm going to update my Trello as well, and that will be a good place to keep an eye on things!

I wanted to do something fun since I've been gone, so I'm going to do another freebie sketch raffle! It's been too long since I've done one so I'll post that shortly, and then draw it on my next stream!

Speaking of streams, I'm going to tentatively start back up on Thursdays and Saturdays, 6-10 or therabouts! I'll make a more concrete schedule for winter as I go along but that should help. Come by and say hi if you'd like to hangout! <3

Lastly, I found some old Halloween YCHs (both pinup and SFW) that I had started and forgotten about the last couple of falls. I still like them so I'm gonna put those up in the next week too! I'm thinking I'll try these auction style and do one slot instead of several; people have asked about that so we'll see how it goes. That'll allow me to spend a little more time on each one, too!

Hi all!

I've sort of gone quiet here, it's been a busy while lately! I'm sorry for the radio silence but I'm steadily chipping away at work. I'm going to take a short break from commissions after I'm all caught up and get a better idea of what kind of queue I can take on for the summer. My dayjob started up with a force again; it's year round, but more or less heavily dependent on seasonal swings and summer through fall is the busiest time, and it got busier a good month and a half or so before it usually does. I'm not complaining! It's nice and I enjoy it, but it does make it a little more difficult to sit down and get a good amount of work done at a time haha XD

In addition, Hubs got a new job! He was going crazy after sitting at home for a long time and is happy to start something new! It seems like most of the people he works with are nice too, so I'm glad he'll be doing something he likes! <3

I should have posted about it a bit ago but I have to pull back from streaming for a week or so more before we have a set schedule now that I can work with, because his days are different from before! I'll post about it here as soon as we settle on one, and hopefully it'll be something that I can do with regularity! I always miss hanging out with everyone <3

That said, if you have any questions about your commission, I've created a Trello to help keep better track than a list in my profile! I've been updating this as I work on each one! It's out of order I'm sure at this point so I'll fix that, but you can always check that if you're curious where I'm at! Please also note or email me if you have any questions!

Hey everyone! I hope you have had a fantastic Christmas and have a wonderful holiday season! It's been crazy busy with all our family this year but so much fun <3 Baby bear's first Christmas made everything exciting!

I'm working on wrapping up the YCHs that aren't quite finished, so if you have one you can expect to see that shortly! Thank you so much for your patience during this time of year.

I wanted to post as well that this Friday, the 28th, I'm going to be streaming almost all day (hopefully for around 12 hours total, with minor breaks) and it's going to be a special event! A year-end thank you stream for all my commissioners from 2018! If you've commissioned me at all this year, you can request doodles and sketches during and I'll complete some fun things in-stream for you! I really wanted to do something special to say how much I appreciate everyone who affords me the ability to do art as a way of income. You all me a lot to me!

In addition, anyone who commissioned me this year and stops by the stream, no matter how long, will be entered to win a painted bust in January 2019! What better way to start off the new year than with free art? If you stop by the stream and want to be entered, simply whisper me in stream and mention what your commission was (so I can match you with FA names). I'll enter by FA usernames and do a drawing at the end, and announce the winner through a journal. Since I haven't done this before there may be hiccups but I'm hoping it should go smoothly.

Even if you haven't commissioned me I'd love it if you stopped by! I'll be streaming hopefully starting 12 PST or so on picarto.tv/brewbraid and going for most of the day.

Hey all!

I've decided to go ahead and open up for a couple of NSFW comms! I'm only going to take a few to make sure I can stay on top of things and get them done in a decent time, since I'm working out a schedule that works with Baby Bear. I may stream them as well, I'll post a heads up if I do!

I was wondering, for those who are interested in the YCH pinups I do, what people prefer! I've been doing them where there are three slots available for a flat fee. That way there are three opportunities for people to obtain one for a set amount. However, I know some people prefer it if the YCH is unique to their character.

Overall, which do you prefer? One opportunity for a YCH done as an auction perhaps, or multiple opportunities (but limited time) for a set price?

As an aside, I also just opened for two SFW commission slots on my main account! After I complete those, I aim to open for a few NSFW commissions, so keep an eye out!

I've posted a sketch-paint pinup I've had on the back burner for a while here! Continuing the trend of themed pinups, which I really enjoyed last time. I'm thinking I'll do another Wildcard again soon, too!

As I get back into a regular schedule (or something like it) with Little One I also plan to open back up for regular commissions. I'll make a post when I can do that for sure.

Hey all! I came up with an idea for a new type of commission which I think is kind of cool. I'm going to do a few to try it out for the month of November:
The Wildcard Pinup commission!

What are Wildcard Pinups?

Wildcard Pinups commissions are half-body (leg-up) paint-sketch commissions with a rough background for $50. This is less than I normally charge for half-body/leg-up work, because whereas for normal commissions I do rounds of revisions and the client usually has a firm vision what they would like, Wildcards are done in one sitting and are something I come up with based on your choice of prompts! They give me freedom to try and come up with something really cool for your character as a pinup, and for quite a bitless than a normal commission would be.

I have 5 slots available for November, to be completed before or by the end of the month. If you would like a Wildcard Pinup, please PM me the form below! The prompt list for this month is below the form.

EXAMPLES

This and this are good examples of the level of work you can expect, along with the other YCHs in my gallery (Halloween Pinups). While those are YCHs, your Wildcard will be 100% unique to you and your character.

PROCESS/RULES

They follow a 1-2-3 rule:
1 character
2 prompts from the list for this month
3 additional words/phrases for your character, things you would like to see included somehow (expression or mood, further prompts, props, etc)

-Any gender/species is allright, with nudity or clothed both fine. Wings are no additional cost. Please note however that these are pinup commissions, and won't contain any sex acts. At most they will be nude, which is fine.
-Because of the nature of Wildcards, there are no revisions. The exception is if the reference is conflicting or I fail to include something, I will make small corrections once for you.

With those, I will create a pinup fitting your character!

Just a heads up, planning on having a NSFW sketch commission stream Monday early afternoon PST! Got two to work on and I might take some more if I get done early on. If people are fond of the idea, I could do this weekly I think.

Decided to make an account for all my prawns, mostly because I'd like to keep the SFW separate from the NSFW (and then I can draw more of it ;D) I'll stem the tide of uploads over the next few days so as not to flood anyone, but be prepared, I've got a fair amount to put up.
