If you own a tufty and your name isn't in the description of the tufty you own, please post here or on my journal on deviantART: http://bricu.deviantart.com/journal.....E-x2-521585318
Please include a screenshot or link to proof that you bought/traded for/etc the tufty in question just so I can confirm.
I'm hoping that this way, people will find it easier to avoid scams and theft of their adoptable!

sammpai!! Lucent Alley will be a little marketplace where you can find all sorts of lavish adoptable wares. ;D They all have super awesome adoptable species, check out lil's satyrs and Onnie's rotroots. *3* I'll be posting some aderpts there when I get a chance! Probably tufties and some kemonos~

Terms of Service ~ Original Species
Posted 11 years agoBe aware that when you purchase an adoptable design of one of my original species, you are agreeing to this TOS. Please review these carefully before you purchase an adoptable from me. I reserve the right to reject your purchase if you have not read this.
☆ Payment ☆
-I accept $USD via Paypal only.
-Please do not send payment directly to me. I will invoice you via Paypal. If you pay me any other way than via the invoice, I will refund you.
-If you claim a design or a custom slot and cannot pay within 24 hours, you will lose the design/slot.
-For premade designs, there are no refunds. For custom designs, if you request a refund before work has begun you will receive a refund minus the Paypal fees.
☆ Copyright / Usage ☆
-When you purchase an adoptable design of one of my original species, you are buying partial rights to the design. These rights include the ability to use the individual design as a character, name the character, and to make minor alterations to the design as you see fit. Wholesale alterations of the design are prohibited. If there is any question, please contact me.
-You may trade the design for other designs, or resell the design for equal or lesser to what you originally paid. The exception to this rule is if there is additional artwork of the character-- then you may increase the price.
-You may not use the image or character(species) for any commercial project under any circumstance.
-I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property of the character, but I will not reuse or resell the design once I have sold it.
-I retain the copyright, including the rights to reproduce the image, distribute/repost the image elsewhere and use it in my portfolio/for self-promotion.
-You may repost the image elsewhere as long as I am credited as the artist and owner of the species, and a link back to my gallery is included.
☆ Customs ☆
-I will not begin work until payment is received in full.
-If you are displeased with the result, I will allow one round of changes without additional charge. Any changes beyond that will incur a $5 fee per change. If there is a mistake made as a result of my own error, such as overlooking a detail in the original form, there will be no additional charge for the correction.
I reserve the right to alter these terms at any time and to any extent without notice. I reserve the right to make exceptions to these terms at my own discretion.

-I will invoice you via PayPal; you do not send payment to me until I have sent you an invoice. I will refund you if you send me payment any way aside from paying my invoice.
-I will not begin work until I have received payment in full.
-I will issue a refund if I cancel the commission, or if you cancel the commission prior to work beginning (minus Paypal fees). Once I have begun work on the commission I will not refund you.
