Portfolio Sites/Update
General | Posted 8 years agoDoes anyone know of a good portfolio website that isn't a "art" site like FA, dA, artstation, weasyl, etc? i'm looking for a place to create a clean, professional portfolio to link to the average person.
Also, as an aside, I'm looking to get back to art stuff soon! I have to get my sea legs under me, and to do that, I might start trying to do a couple late-night streams. I could stream tonight to see if anyone is interested. :)

Fursona Meme / Update!
General | Posted 10 years agoI'm not doing super well right now, so I'm going to take a little time for myself to do this cute fursona meme! I'm really feeling pressured to work all the time and not spend a single cent on myself, because we just moved and neither one of us has a job yet. So I'm really relying on saving as much money as I possibly can and trying to do commissions, which leaves very little time for myself...which, for someone with my mental illness cocktail, is not good. SO, I'm trying to do at least one little thing for myself. :3
Fursona meme snagged from HeavenlyCondemned
• What is the name of your fursona?
Heorot
• Where did the name of your Fursona come from?
I researched medieval terms for deer, took the work "hart", and kind of bastardized it until I found a name that I liked.
• What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?
Sitka Black-Tailed Deer, which is a regional subspecies of Mule Deer. I just really like deer okay.
• What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eye/ect
He started out as very basic tans/browns, because I prefer nature palettes. Now he's just slightly darker and has a more reddish tint going on. His eyes are always blue though, I like eyes the really stand out against the rest of the character.
• What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your RL personality?
Rottie is somewhat more serious than I am, and more gruff and self-assertive. But he's much more shy about sexy stuff than I am. ^3^ But otherwise, we're fairly similar, with strong opinions and a really strong sense of justice/fairness. I might be a little more of a wuss than he is... XD
• What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you in RL?
His only item is his knife, which he made himself. So nothing, really.
• What is one thing you think you would say to your fursona if you could meet?
I'd probably tell him to not be such a grumpy gills, but then, he would probably tell me the same thing.
• What is one thing your fursona would say to you if you could meet?
^^^
• How has your fursona changed over the years?
Besides his small colour scheme change, pretty much not at all. He did grow his mane out. ^3^
• How long have you had this fursona?
Gosh, something like 8 years? Since 2009 I think.
• Would you like to be more like your fursona?
Definitely. Rottie is very strong, emotionally, and I'd like to be more like him.
I definitely had fun doing this! If you decide to do one, link me in a comment below so I can see!! :3
