I am so sorry for being gone for so long. Alot of life stuff happened.


 donnykatt and I got married in July. It was a LOVELY ceremony in our back yard and thank you to those who were there physically and there in spirit.

After the wedding I ended up getting surgery on my feet and we also found out I am diabetic so a bunch of life changes had to happen there. We also got a puppy, a Black Lab mix named Jackson who is right now in his rebellious stage.


BUT!!

I am alive and kicking and I am back, better than ever (I hope)!

I have started a YouTube channel of How Tos, Lets Draws, and other things. It is jut getting started so please be a bit easy on me and give me all the suggestions you can of video ideas, and improvements!

Holy crap on a cracker! Its been OVER A YEAR since I've done a journal!
Small personal update before we get into this special art bonanza. Donny an I are finally getting married this year. We got a house together and have 2 cats and its just so amazing I cant even describe how amazing this is, being with him, together with our boys....
... ok thats enough mushy stuffs....

Just having a really good time right now.

Got a promotion at work today. Does wonders for my mood!

Well, it has almost bin a year since i wrote one of these! Boy how the time flys!

So, Lucas is over a year old now, and now he has a little brother named Jasmine (yes, Jasmine is a boy). Jasmine is 7 months old now and they love each other very much. Other than that, nothing much has happened. I left my old job at Wal-Mart to work at a small restaurant. That seems to have been a good idea. Currently Donny and I are thinking about going to a con later this year, though were not really sure what con to go to.

Other than that, nothing much has been going on. I haven't been doing much art but I really should so, commissions are open again. All prices are like the ones on my gallery, though those are going to change soon so be prepared.

So after dealing with the loss of my cat,  donnykatt (formally  madykatt ) and i have got a new kitten. His name is Lucas and he is the most adorible little hyper fuzzball you could ever meet.

Brierose, my kitty who ive used as my art name for almost 10 years now, was just diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. She has only a few weeks left, with treatment. I wont be drawing any time soon... Theres no way for me to see her because she is in California and i have no money to get down there.


So, im not drawing for a while... sorry...

So, work has been getting in the way of art (who knew walmart could be so hard sometimes?!), so there is delays in posting artwork. Slowly but surly, some stuff is coming up but man... this is kinda hard x.x

I was in a hit and run accident earlier today.

I'm alright, just have a headache and possibly some mild whiplash. The car is drivable but dosnt look pretty... well.. it didnt look that pretty in the first place...

Im going to try and post some stuff, i know ive been slow on it anyways but i might be a bit slower the next few days. Luckly i dont work again until tuesday...

So... i turn 23 today... Unfortunatly i woke up with a horrible headach, cramps, and other bodily problems you probably dont want to know about...
it was bad enough i had a 9 hour shift on my birthday... but now i dont even have that since i feel so much like shit.... im going to curl up in my bed and drug myself with vitimans and soup... accept we only have ramen... uuugh....

Once last thing regarding a journal that i wrote several months ago regarding my stollen dog.

The story behind it is my friend was trying to make things work for the sake of her 7 year old son between her and his father, so her son could have his dad in his life. Basically, shit went to hell 5 months after she moved in with him. This is after she got a puppy for her son. She had given me the puppy after she was forced to become homeless with her son. Unfortunately i was unable to pick the dog up from the apt right away due to getting really sick. The puppy was left in the front yard, with a dog house, huge water bowl and food bowl an the gat was padlocked. The dog was literally in the yard a day and a half when i was well enough to pick up the dog. When i got there, the dog was gone along with his dog house and food bowls.

After 2 months of looking for the dog and getting the run around from the apt owner and the neighbors, my friend gets in contact with me again. Apparently, her sons father stole the dog and killed it to hurt my friend and her son. The guy tells her this in fron of a judge during a custody battle for her son. His excuse? He said that the puppy contracted rabies and had to be put down. THIS WAS A LIE. I personally drove my friend to the vet when the puppy got his shots, including his rabies shots. This poor innocent puppy was killed because of one asshole and his goal of hurting what should be his family.

Im posting this late, weeks after it happened. I just realized i never let anyone know what had happened. Admittedly, i am still really upset about this because i feel a little like it was my fault that this happened to that poor puppy. If i had not been sick and just got the puppy right away, he would be alive. The dog was in fact given to me to take care of unti my friend and her son had a place where they could have the dog... im really sad that she had to tell her son that his first pet ever was killed by his father, for the sole propose to hurt him...

Rose has alot of things on her to do list. Not all are yet paid for and not all yet started. Even the stuff not paid for/started is staying on the list. So the 10 items are all that needs to be finished.

The idea behind this, is that after she gets a new laptop and is all caught up, we will be getting things together to post a banner ad. Likely just run a one month banner ad with our current prices. After the banner ad sale, the prices WILL be going up.

When the banner ad goes live, there will need to be absolutely no straggling projects. The success of the banner ad is going to rely heavily on planning and prep. Any support will be nice, but no further commissions/requests for the time being.

As many already know, her commission prices are far lower then they should rightly be. The quality you get is worth far more, but being an unknown kinda hurts like that...

Rose's laptop is a huge pos and is needing a hammer thru it replaced. And on top of it it is kinda different having to deal with two people in this household...

I HATE MY LAPTOP!

I dont know what the fuck happened, but somehow in the middle of moving something fucked up my computer. My wifi works only half the time and only for like 3 minutes, it overheats like you wouldn't believe! UGH! I HATE THIS THING! I mean, yes, i loved the time that ive had it for but COME ON! Its like, 5 years old! And it wasn't a really good computer in the first place, it just did what i needed it to do... kinda...


So... I wont be able stream any work for future clients for a while. Mady and I are looking into getting me a new laptop, but have to get a paycheck first. Wont know my schedule until later this week, after i pick up my uniform. Thank goodness Babe's computer has photoshop... even though i use Sai now XD

So, im with  madykatt now and its amazing. Cleaned most of the apartment yesterday as well has landing a job (only was here for 27 hours and was hired!) Did orientation today. Have to get shoes and pick up my uniform next week. Really hope those pants fit cause i got some hips on me and the lady told me to get a size up and sometimes i need to go 2 sizes up, depending on the cut. Well, we will find out on tuesday. Will be setting up laptop either tonight or tomorrow to start back on commissions. I will still be doing commissions while working. (currently using babys laptop)

Also, i work at McDonalds =)

I leave in about 30 minutes for the bus. Wont be able to get on the computer until Wednesday. That is if  madykatt will let me get out of bed XD

So, i leave in 3 days for my 2nd 35 hour bus trip to  madykatt s place. But this time, i have 2-3 suitcases full of my stuff and ill be staying there permanently. Its about time to. She is so excited she even has a coutdown to it hehe.


Well, that being said im going to be closing commissions until i get settled so probably about a week. My adoptables are still available and i might be doing more, some dragon hybrids i think.
