Im back~ COMMISSIONS OPEN AGAIN
Posted 13 years agoSo, im back from Arizona. My grandpa looks alot better than we thought he would. Hes lost a bunch of weight and he gets tired easily but he still looks really good for having stage 4 cancer. He started cemo yesterday so, we will see how this works.
Well, anyways, my first plushie didn't come out looking so good. Ill post an image once its all done. Ill hopefully have another prototype later today. the body is a bit long, the arms are short, and one leg is longer than the other XD. I guess that's what happens when you don't pay attention to your pattern! hehe.

So, while im gone im gonna work on some things. I got my tablet back!
madykatt did an AWESOME job fixing it!! But she says if i brake it again she wont fix it T^T. Oh well, just means i have to take beter care of it.
Well ill be working on art and... plushies!!! Thats right, im gonna try plushies hehe. Ill have an example up when i finish but if anyone wants in on it, please note me!! I need willing guineapigs.

He was stolen from my friends hard after she was evicted and forced into a homeless shelter with her 7 year old son. The yard was padlocked by the landlord with the dog STILL IN THE YARD. When i went down to get the dog, the neighbors said that Animal Control had come and got the dog but when i called them, they stated that they have not been to the location since 2009.
SOMEONE is lieing. That dog was stolen from the yard. There is NO WAY he could have jumped the fence.
He is a RED TERRIER/BEAGLE MIX WITH A EXTREAMLY NOTICEABLE UNDER BITE. HE WAS LAST SEEN IN YUCAIPA BUT CAN BE ANYWHERE NOW. HE GOES BY THE NAME OF ADAM AND HE IS NOT NUTERED, BUT THAT COULD BE CHANGED NOW. HE IS ABOUT 1 YEARS OLD. MOST LIKELY VERY CLINGY TO CHILDREN SINCE HE GREW UP WITH A 7 YEAR OLD CHILD.

Posted 13 years agoI need to go back to the doctor and get more tests done. I have a horrible cough that i cant get ride of and it feels like stuff is in my chest...
I dont have any money at all to go to the doctor... everything we have was to get food and get my mom to work. Ive been eating alot of chicken and rice cause that is basicly all we have. No money for me to see the doctor again...
So... im forced to asked you guys... can any of u donate any money for me to go to the doctor?? Anyone who doneates will get a picture, regardless of howmuch was donated. Anything will help... it will have to be traditional untill i get my tablet fixed... which if there is any leftover money it will go to that. Once my tablet is fixed ill draw the picture digitaly.

Posted 13 years agoOk guys, this is how its gonna work. Since im doing traditional stuff right now and i don't really have allot of traditional stuff in my gallery im offering creating 5 characters for 5 lucky people.
Another thing, these are BLIND pics. Meaning, i will be creating a character for you. I have a animal encyclopedia and i want to use it to do practice. YOU get to keep the character and pic the gender. Male, Female, or Trans. You also pic up to 6 colors for coloration.

So, after that last journal, my damn laptop blue screened on me. I had to have my mother look at it (she is a tech professional) and she repaired some things but i don't know how long its going to last.
My tablet is currently not working. I need to get some more electrical tape and see if that can fix it, otherwise commissions might be put on hold, unless i already have the lineart done. Than i will only be able to do cell shading, not dynamic shading.
If my tablet still one work, than i will be doing TRADITIONAL DRAWINGS for a while. Ill try and post some examples if that happens.....
If i do a traditional, i MIGHT be able to do a digital version of it AFTER i get my tablet working or a new one.

Im going to see my one and only madykatt in the flesh~ I leave tomorrow morning to get on a bus for a 30 hour bus ride, corssing 3 (possibly 4 depending on the route) states along the way. Bad news..... THAN ITS GOOD!!!!..... than bad again
Posted 13 years agoSo... my eldest kitty, Merryweather (boy) went to the vet yesterday because he had a cut on his eye we thought was getting infected. Well, it turns out, he DOSE have a cut on his eye, but the discharge was because of a horribly infected tooth that had a pocket so big, he had puss coming out of his nose and tear dukts. Its horrible. What the estimate yesterday was anywhere between $560-$900! For a simple tooth extraction!!
So, we went for a second estimate today. This vet, omg. It almost makes me forget why i stopped going there! (almost). not only did they give me a FLAT price ($415.94), they also gave me alternative payment methods~
And that was the bad and good news, now for the bad again. I now have a credit card that can only be used at hospitals and vet offices (not bad really) but i have to find some way to pay it off with little to no income.
I was terrified that we would have to put him down, he IS 17, but i dont want to put him down for some stupid reason like "I cant afford to get his tooth pulled". Its fucking stupid. When its his time, its his time, but it aint now. He is just in pain, he is still full of life and zest (he had a stroke last jan and he STILL fucking races up and down the hall, although he cant use his back legs that well)
So.... in an attempt to try and get money to pay this off, im going to be doing adoptables. Dont know if anyone will buy them (god i hope so, its for a good cause!) If anyone has ideas let me know (doing anthro mystical beasts first) than from there... well... i need some ideas. Also, ill be doing discounts on my artwork, maybe some auctions. IDK but i need to find some way to pay this off....
Sorry for the rant guys. Im all ears for ideas!! These adoptables are ADORABLE!!! OMG ~>w<~

Posted 13 years agoSo, i double checked the prices for my vacation and... its horrilbe DX I have to find a way to get at least 400 bucks.. i didnt relize that when i put in the dates and stuff for travel, i forgot to select round trip. So instead of only needing about 150-175, i now need like 400-425...

Anyways, for the time being i will be accepting commissions again (have one that got canceled because of my stupid RL >_<)
Here is something i want to make clear though, i will NOT accept payments until your artwork is FINISHED and you have a FINISHED PREVIEW. Its a personal thing. If life happens, like it did before, i have no idea how long i will away. I don't want to have the issue of you payed in advance because chances are, i needed the money and used it for books or school supply. Or, in the previous issue, fixing my truck.
But, alas, this is how my life treats me. No ones fault but my own so.... >.<

Ive been a acting interpreter while im with her and i couldn't connect to the internet. Just found out today how. Anyways, my van is in the shop. Why, you may ask. Well, some dickhead hit me in the parking lot and drove off. Thats right, he backed up, hit my passenger door on the drivers side, then drove away. I had to write a report. I wasn't in the van, it was parked in the parking lot at school while i was in the cafeteria hanging out with friends. Well, Burta (the van) is now in the shop getting repaired, and i get to drive a rental. Im drivin a Jetta` I is mad and happy.
Anyways, Fursona being updated. Will show you eventually =)
