Since someone doesn't know when to stop, I'm putting an end to my "Ask me stuff". I'll keep the journal until I get to drawing the rest of the answers. It's been fun, but my interests have been elsewhere and I doubt I could keep up with it. I might open it again at some point, but there are other endeavors to pursue for now.

On that note, I've been in a papercrafting zone for a good while now and I feel like I should make use of it while I can. Motivation is relatively rare with me and when it does come, it needs to be grabbed by its hair and held until it withers and turns to ash.

Sorry to be so erratic; it's how my hobbies are and I've never been much into forcing myself. Rest assured, I'll get back to drawing when its time comes again.

Just wanted to let you know that drawing, be it answers or otherwise, is postponed because of a project I've been working on since December which has a self-imposed deadline. Finishing it is important to me so it takes precedence. Time left is one and a half months at the time of posting, so please bear with me.

Just felt like sharing.

I'd like to explain why I address the gray allosaur as "myself" instead of "my character." The latter seems to be rather prevalent, yet I think it only serves as a separation from yourself and that character of yours. It's hard to claim that someone's a wolf when they separate themselves in this way.

In no way I want to claim that I am what I draw. That would be a lie. In short, it is something of a reflection of my mindset. It involves the certain connection going beyond the usual enthusiasm or interest, hence the species. I can't think of myself as feral, because I don't feel like killing things for my own survival. Raw meat does nothing to me and the constant tension of fight for my life like in pure nature is anything but pleasing.

So yes, I think there's a certain connection between myself and allosaurs, yet it's more sophisticated than simple animal instinct. That's also why the allosaur has a part of human body. It symbolizes the presence of rational thought and emotions, seemingly innate to the mankind only.

Perfect ? Hardly. But striving to be something better.
That is what I am.

Feel free to express your opinion. I will not bash you like I used to. I think it's never late to admit your faults. Every opinion is correct in certain viewpoint. This is just my view and it may or may not apply to anyone else but me.

I'd just like to let you all know how are things and figured it was a bit too important to keep to myself.

A lot of time has passed since I first came here and made my own place in the cold fuzzy sun. I pretty much built my reputation on snuff, which made me a few enemies (who made bigger fools of themselves than the others) and a rather neat audience (you know who you are).

Life is change, or so they say. And while I hate it, it happened to me as well. Not on the flip of a switch of course, shit takes time.

Long story short, I have left snuff and similar violence acts behind for the most part. Such things do not bring me enjoyment or satisfaction anymore. I won't go into details such as why, as I don't know myself. It was a part of my mind that dropped from the grid and left only traces behind.

This doesn't mean I won't accept any commissions and stuff. Just to let you know that I'm not the snuff guy like I used to be. My own ideas won't be containing it for the most part.
It would be foolish to hope to change my reputation I made here on the internet, but those who read it, please take that into account.

You get a digital copy, that means a scan. Getting the piece mailed to you is an extra service, and you pay the shipping.
The final scan is 300dpi. Higher resolutions are possible.
