Yeah, I actually got the new scanner working now, nice to be able to mput some stuff up again. I'll have to try finishing some more stuff to make use of it now. For now I inked up a sketch I made of an extinct crocodilian called Armadillosuchus which I decided to have a go at drawing as I found it an interesting creature.

What can I say? has it been 2 years already since my last post? I guess all I can say is life has been, eventful, over the last few years. I've managed a few drawings during this time, though my mood often hasn't been right for it. But my scanner stopped working at some point during that time so it's hard to update my site right now. Going to try and get hold of a new one soon and try and have something new up here for a change.

Well I got another drawing finished, admitedly this one is actually an old one I started and then left due to depression. But I have others I'm working on too, so at least I think I can keep posting new stuff after this one, well as long as I don't have any unexpected crisis get in my way.

Ever had an ATM crash when you tried to withdraw your money? That happened to me today. Most annoying, had to walk all the way to my bank, report the card lost, order a replacement and then go through a load of security questions to get some money from the cashier in the bank. I think I'll go do the food shopping tomorrow, my feet are too sore to consider doing it today.

Well I didn't expect it'd be this long before I posted again. I've not had a good year really. got some jobs, lost them again for one reason or other. been reading a lot and playing games. but lately I've started getting the urge to do artwork again, I've posted the first nearly finished new drawing I've done in over 6 months, and I'm planning on making more. I've got a number of abandoned drawings from before the slump to clear too, but I expect I'll put out a mix of new and old rather than doing all them first before starting any new ones. I just prefer sketching to finishing. :)

Really need to get some more artwork done now, and on that subject I hope to have my new updated power armour design up shortly as I finally finished the rough design today. Just got to do the neat copy, then ink it before I post. Main reasons for the inactivity has been being recomended silent hunter 3, which I got TOTALLY addicted to for over a month, only to then get tied up in the Spore Debacle.
Doesn't EA have ANY clue on releasing patches that WORK any more?
Anyhow, once this armour design is done I'll try and finally finish my next batch of trooopers. Got about 8 pages lined up but want to finish the scene before the long weary days of inking (I HATE editing artwork, even my own, mostly because I'm not much good at it so it takes ages).
Anyhow, damn late here now so I'll conclude by saying.

What a day, trying to get a referance at work for a new job with better hours feels like getting blood out of a large slab of sedementry substrate. Still, been reading Don Callander's Dragon rescue since I got back so at least I'm entertained.
