I'm afraid I am closing my commissions a little earlier then expected. This lovely spring weather keeps pulling me outside away from my art and I have been getting a lot more shifts at my other job. For those currently commissioning me your commissions will be finished but I am accepting no new commissions.

So my art computer has gotten a bad virus. Currently I can't open any programs and have no access to any of my artwork, pictures or music. Hopefully I can save everything. I am sending my computer to my dad to fix and if anyone can fix it he can. But until then don't expect to see any art from me.

Alright, I personally don't have much extra cash laying around to donate to Japan so I've decided to donate what i can, that being my drawings.
I am going to open up 10 spaces for cheap sketches and everything I make on them will be donated to the Red Cross. I am even willing to post my receipt once i donate the money to prove that I did indeed donate it and didn't just keep it.
They will be 10$ for a single character, 15$ for two characters. you're welcome to donate more, as I said everything I make on these sketches will go to the Red Cross.

Don't worry, not right away :)

But a couple days ago I bought my ticket to Dusseldorf, Germany to start my 6 month backpacking trip around Europe! I am leaving June 5th.
Obviously while I am away I won't be able to do commissions, so if you were thinking you wanted something better get it quick! I will stop accepting commissions May 1st and probably slow down 1/2 way through April.
Currently I am saving up for my trip, so any commissions now are much appreciated. :)

Also, I am planning to couch surf to save on some costs, if any of you are on the couch surfing website, in Europe and wouldn't mind hosting me for a night or two then send me a note. :)
For safety reasons I won't stay at anyone's house who isn't on that site and who doesn't have a lot of good reviews.

Woke up Sunday morning to find my home(I live in a basement suite) flooded >.> Luckily very little was damaged. I have temporarily lost internet on my art computer so there is going to be a bit of a delay in commissions. I can work on them but have no way of getting them online.

So, since I am not working as much at the horse carriages anymore I am going to be doing more commissions. If you were ever thinking of getting a commission from me now is the prime time! As I have the spare time to finish them quickly and not leave you waiting for months. I also might cut you a deal depending what you're looking for. ;)

I am also willing to do traditional pieces, which will be a little more expensive then the digital art, but in the end you get something concrete to hold onto.
For the next two weeks (until the 26th of October) I will do sketches (like those I just uploaded) for 15$ and 7$ per extra character. and an extra $5 to have it shipped to you if you're within North America, and 10$ if you're not.

So I've been doing some research online for a good quality scanner in the 100-200$ range and am having some trouble. Has anyone here got a scanner that they got for that price which works awesome and they would recommend, or do you know a good website that does accurate reviews for those types of scanners?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

edit: I am leaning towards the Canon CanoScan 8800F Flatbed Scanner, it has awesome reviews, anyone personally worked with this? I also have windows vista 64 bit, and it seems this scanner is compatible with it.

So those of you that have followed me for a while probably remember back in 2006/2007 when I used to make a lot of adult artwork, and do a lot of adult commissions.
You probably then remember when I decided to be a difficult little so and so and deleted all my work and declared that I would never touch yiff again.

And then I got bored of that BS and started doing porn again, BUT I never did re-upload all of that delicious porn I had previously done. Well, I finally got my life together and have started uploading my older artwork onto VCL. I considered uploading it here, but I didn't want to spam everyone's inbox with shit-tons of crappy old artwork.

I am working on a picture right now of a draft stallion and a petite petite stallion having some fun.

Originally I was just going to make them random genetic ponies, but what I thought would be fun is if I make the two stallions someone else characters, like a sort of gift art thing.
So if you want to maybe have your stallion featured in one of my pictures getting a little dirty with another lovely stallion leave a link to his character sheet and I will have a look and see if I like him. :)

If I do choose your stallion keep in mind that I still reserve the rights to reproduce and sell it, if it turns into something I want to print, or even sell the original.
