General | Posted 16 years agoSo lately, I've had wonderful ideas that I would like to put on paper, but I...can't?
Every time I pick up my sketchpad and pencil, I stop. It's like I have an art block, but in my hand, not my head. Could it be because it's a new sketchbook? Do sketchbooks hold curses or bad JuJu? Maybe my pencil is the wrong color?
Anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to get past this? I really wanna get some things on paper! The pictures are right there! Right on the tip of my pencil! But I can't make the pencil touch paper

The biggest thing is getting tires for my car. They are already past their estimated road life and are probably not the best for getting me to work, much less the con. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

lightstep is having a "blah" stage with her art. I'm sure there are many of us going through things. I know I have a mounting debt that I'm not sure I can wrangle.
I just wanted to let everyone know that we all go through tough times. Some times are tougher than others. Here in the US, our economy is shit right now and jobs are becoming scarce. FA looks to be a wonderful community full of many loving and dedicated furs. I know I'm here for anyone if they wanna talk, or even just vent about something. I'm sure others are available as well.
I know that
raptorc puts me in a good mood when we talk on AIM. If anybody wants to chat me up, I'm usually on AIM when I'm not at work.
Again. Times are tough all around, but I, as well as others on FA, are definitely there for anyone that needs us.
