Hey all. Obviously I'm still without a proper work station. The laptop I bought ended up dying from a manufacturing defect. RIGHT when I was working on art for a few of you, so BAM! Lost everything again. Granted it was only three things, but I still screeched like a banshee.

Anyway, I've entered a little agreement with a friend, doing house work and cooking and a few odd jobs in his shop, so I'll be able to buy a cheapish tower, use his old monitor, and be set!

So please bare with me and continue to hold on as I hopefully, hopefully get things in proper order. Honestly it's been killing me not to paint, and to not hear from you guys.
I hope you're all doing well, at least. Anyone making any spring or summer plans?

So, hey. How have you guys been these past few months?
Things got pretty terrible for me and I suppose I've been pouring along with doing my best to take all of the situations in hand and work through them. My trip to Fl got canceled, which wasn't a big deal, but I drove at the end of October to louisville to see Ghost B.C. only to get massively sick the day of the concert. I wasnt able to go which I can't express how sad I was, but I wasn't going to go and potentially barf while sitting in the front row. Not attractive. BUT the main thing that's thrown me is that my laptop died.
I did my best to try and see if I could salvage anything but the driver wouldn't respond. I decided to spend money I didn't have to send it off to see if anyone that specialized in driver repair could get anything off of it. Nope. Nothing. So everything I've done this past year in terms of art is completely gone. I had some rather nice things I had been picking away at for those of you who have stuck with me and been so helpful. So I apologize for being gone and essentially I'll have to start over. I hope you all are doing wonderfully well though and will continue to support me.

Internet is back and the new laptop cable came, so everything is good to go!

I tend to say it a lot in conversations, especially if I know the person I'm talking to is busy or we haven't spoken in awhile. Recently I had someone absolutely lose it and accuse me of being emotionally manipulative because I said this in a text.

So I was wondering if anyone else casually says this?

Would hearing that make you think the person you're having a convo with is emotionally manipulative?

Thursday, June 21, my aunt in RI went missing. She never showed up for work, and didn't respond to calls or emails, texts.
My Aunt, grandma and grandpa contacted the authorities and began contacting anyone that she knew, trying to find her.
This morning a person driving down a remote area saw the tail end of her car barely sticking out of a ditch, in a very wooded area.
She wasn't wearing her seat belt.
They pronounced her dead on the scene. She had been there since Thursday.
My only hope is that she didn't feel it. That she didn't linger on in the woods, in pain, waiting for help.
The image of her suffering is stuck in my head. She was only 45.
I'm really torn up about this, guys. My grandmother that passed last December had been ill. It wasn't necessarily a surprise when she passed.
Kim was healthy. She was fun. She was determined. She was a HBIC. She took me to NY and opened my eyes to new experiences and people when I was young.

Please. PLEASE wear your seat belts.

Anyway, recently I stumbled across buster2918's submission detailing the ordeal they're currently suffering through with their sick puppy.
I encourage you to take the time to read about it on their post.
Last March I lost my cat to something very similar. We had no money to fund the surgery and had to make the heart-breaking and difficult decision to put him down so he would no longer be suffering.

My Grandmother passed away yesterday after a long and painful battle with Alzheimers.

I just wanted to give an update as to why I've been so slow with art; I've been fighting off pneumonia.
It's left me pretty weak and exhausted, but I hope to be well enough to get back into the swing of things shortly.

First I want to say THANK YOU! Thank you all so much! The response you've all given me has been amazing, and I appreciate every single watch and fav. I keep saying it, but you guys are the best! Also thanks so much to for being so nice and promoting me!

Second, I want to apologize for being so slow with art this month. I've been battling a nasty cold that keeps getting aggravated by the change in weather and I just cant seem to shake it. I'm pushing through though and have a few things to put up soon.

And lastly, I was wondering what you guys would like to see. Would you mind if I posted fan art or should this strictly be kept for furry art and the like? And any other suggestions are absolutely welcome.
