Hi All

I am in Austria until July 4th so updates will be slow. Once I am back in the UK I'll gain a lot of traction! Apologies for the delay of anything I've promised. I have my list all laid out and I will still be producing some stuff while I am away :).

Because for some reason it isn't here!

Why do you separate chibis from your other commissions?
Because I consider them experimental still and thus sandwich them between other works and do them in short "sprints" until I get something I am consistently happy with, the price may rise once I am out of this phase with them but they will be a lot more polished.

Your lists look awfully long:
Let me worry about that! My art schedule is regular and I update commissioners on the status of their commission via my list. I also check descriptions if there has been more than a month wait time between commissioning and me starting. My turn around time is between 4 and 8 weeks generally depending on how my list looks in terms of simple vs detailed pieces. I keep my lists between 8 and 10 spots long, I guess I'm a human art factory?

If I am struggling with your commission (which is very rare) I will contact you rather than let it fall by the wayside. Importantly: I've yet to fail on delivering something in the past 3 - 4 years. My list is always long. Short lists prevent me getting motivated. I see long lists as a constant up-hill motivator, if I was down to 1 or 2 spots I'd never get them done.

$10 Chibi experiment commissions - open spots!

So I love doing chibis! Turn-around time is roughly one month maximum if it isn't done by the month mark I will keep you regularly updated. I have a huge track record of commissions being fulfilled and I'm not planning on ruining that now! I do like to have a pay first kind of deal but will happily accept payment after I have completed a finished sketch.

Payment and Refund Policy

I require payment before I begin, or at least half of the commission paid for before beginning, and the full amount paid after a sketch is delivered to you. Usually you should receive your piece within 30 days of commissioning me, on average I finish a commission within a week after a sketch has been agreed on. I will inform you of any expected delays and if while informing you of a delay in your piece I believe it may be over 30 days you will have to wait I will happily offer a refund. After waiting 30 days, if you wish I will refund you fully if I have not started the piece. To date I have not had to make a refund for a late commission in over two years.

For $25, they come with transparent backgrounds, and are uploaded to FA with a background for quality reasons. I ask for full payment in advanced but this can be negotiated. If I cannot fulfill the commissions in a reasonable length of time I will give a full refund with no objections.**

My reasonable length of time policy**

I deem it reasonable to be given 30 days to begin (i.e. sketch) your commission. A sketch will be sent to you within 30 days of you commissioning a piece from me. 

If I do not complete the commission within the week after the sketch has been sent to you and agreed upon by you that it is suitable, please feel free to open a paypal dispute or request I refund you. There will be no hard feelings.
