Sorry it's been so long since I've last made one of these. Couple of years can really fly by on ya, huh? I'm actually trying to publish a bit of a back log I have goin' on here, given the fact that I've got a lotta comms that haven't ended up on FA at all yet, and that's mainly due to some negligence on my part!

But I figure there's a few burnin' questions that might need some attention given to 'em, so I figure I hand out some answers.


What happened to Frat Party?

Gosh... it's been a real long time since I last wrote anything in Quest. To be honest, Frat Party's source code was lost on a hard drive I had two computers ago, and unfortunately said hard drive did not make it. The only way I could rebuild Frat Party without it is just to completely start from scratch, and given what content was there, it'd be a lot of work to redo everything. So, all I can say is that the current version of Frat Party is the last version that will be up on the net.

Will you ever make another interactive?

I'm not certain, unfortunately. A part of me wants to say yes, but I know another part of me isn't so sure. I'm pretty close to graduating from college here, and once I do I think I might have more free time. How I spend that free time could be all sorts of things. Maybe I'd be more interested in trying to pursue more in-depth game development? Or maybe I'll just return to my roots? We'll see. My creative side has been pretty shot motivation wise, but I'd like to rekindle that soon!

Are there any written works coming up?

H-Hahaha... like I said, I'm kinda shot with my creative side right now. My answer to this is pretty similar to the earlier question, where once I graduate college I might be able to see about figuring out if I wanna try to see how else I can make use of my free time when I'm off work.


What I can tell ya though, is that I'm gonna be making good use of this new character I got, Dex. He'll be showing up in some more commissions I might get, and if I do get that writer's urge back-- maybe a story or two? We'll just have to see what the future holds! For now though, you can still expect more content from whatever I might commission at least!

Hey guys-- it's been a minute since I've talked here. Got some things I'd like to hash out! First things first.

I am... SO out of sorts. Full on brain splatted against a wall sorta feeling. Can barely force myself to do my college work let alone leisure writing nowadays, so it's been difficult to get the ball rolling. For a multitude of reasons, emotional reasons earlier this summer, then college happened-- and now I have a new computer and I have to get the old text adventure files onto this one sooner or later. This is the exact reason why I didn't open a patreon either, 'cause I'd feel bad if I suddenly can't mentally force myself to work on things no matter how hard I try to prep up for it. It's something I need to fix about myself and I need to work on.

So... here's the plan. I'm gonna try and start smaller from scratch sooner or later-- hopefully here in these upcoming months. I will be back to trying to upload small little stories, probably with a random canon character and either it be POV or with my mouse, ect... just anything, to rebuild motivation. We'll see if my college work and actual job work doesn't kill my creativity before hand.

I am really sorry to make you guys wait so long, but I hope you guys at least enjoy what I can put out until more things happen.

Hey guys! For those interested in my text adventure, I have some good news.

Today I'd like to let you guys know that the next update I release will be V. 0.3.5! I can't give you an exact date, but I am about halfway done with it. I was going for V. 0.4 but due to a friend's character being added to the mix, I kinda wanted to push a public update sooner.

So what does this mean?

V. 0.3.5 will contain 3 new characters, and about 11~12 new endings I believe? I haven't written it all out, but I have a general game plan.

This means I can push this content out to you, then after for V. 0.4 I will be focusing on the DND Session bit alone, because the scope of it that I'm planning will end up making you have to wait much longer for a chance to experience these new characters.

Thanks again for the interest you guys have been putting into! I'm trying my best to keep myself from being burnt out while I do this, so I can enjoy what I'm writing for a better overall quality, and still get it out to you all at a decent pace. Stay tuned!

Alright fellas, here's the lowdown. With the stress of finals soon ending, I'm happy to report I'll be having more time to focus on writing and my text adventure. Here's a little preview on my current plans!

-- Frat Party v 0.4:

I want this to be my biggest update yet since the initial release. I don't quite know how yet, but I want to introduce an interaction that would be required to get a 'good ending' in sense. That and I wanna really get involved with these next few characters + scenes so hahah... I won't be taking commissions this update and I can't give you an ETA, but know that big things are planned!

-- Stories:

I think as soon as I get through this next two weeks I would like to return to writing more micro/macro one offs. I know I would absolutely like to write one for my favorite Conductor soon... but I'd also like to write some one offs based off endings in Frat Party. After Party stories have been very alluring to me but I just haven't had the time yet hahah.

-- Writing.... commissions???:

I've done a few for a friend so the idea isn't totally alien to me, but still. I've been letting it simmer in my head, and I kinda wouldn't mind doing writing commissions. My main concern is my interests are mainly pretty skewered, and I can have a hard time writing things I'm not usually writing or personally into unless it's for someone I trust.

Though if I do writing commissions, I'd probably price them at 15 bucks per 1000k words. Any left over words would be rounded up by 1 cent. So for example, if I wrote 2356 words.... That'd be 33.56 bucks total, ect. It's experimental, I'm still not certain, but who knows. I'd not mind you commenting if you think you'd be interested in something like that sometime.


That's all I got for now though, I got a lotta things I wanna do, so hopefully I don't end up zoning out for a while and then 3 months roll by without me realizing it!

I went ahead and finally sat down to write a quick walkthrough for Frat Party in order to help you guys reach every ending. I hope this can help you guys out!! I tried to keep it minimal and clear so you can find everything easily and experience it without too many problems. Let me know if you believe I might of forgotten something, I wouldn't be surprised if I did haha.

-Updated the starting page to reflect that it's 0.3 instead of 0.2
-Fixed the fact the timer for Dragonien's foot related scene didn't actually start

Sorry for the radio silence on Frat Party, but I am working on it! So far dug in a deep 5200k words in this next update, but I'm not quite content to release it until I get a bit more stuff in there. Personally, I'd say I'm around 1/3rd of the way done with this next update? Maybe?

Sorry for the slowness of updates, I'm back in the groove with College and Work and I do this for a lil' bit of a hobby when I'm not writing elsewhere, so it can be a little slow between updates.

But I like making you guys happy. And so far the reception's been really cool, better than I could have hoped!

I don't like to set deadlines because I'm very, very bad at them-- but I'd like to think I should have 0.2 out sometime this month!

They're on alright. Not required at all, but super absolutely 100% appreciated if you like my content. Speaking of content! I'm actually in the midst of writing something right now. I have plans to get at least two stories out before May ends.

Sorry for those who like my writing, I haven't really done much in a bit! But I wanna pick up again here shortly.

I'm not sure how many folks actually do enjoy reading my little smut fics but I do wanna continue them. I ran into a roadblock with the last one I was working on and it kinda sucked the motivation outta me, so I haven't really gotten a chance to sit back down and write in word for a bit.

So! Here's the plan. I'm out of town starting the 16th through the 20th, but after I'd like to pick up writing again. I'd be really interested in writing a part two of that Kicks fic one day, and there's a couple of other characters I'd be interested in getting something done with.

Though that depends on what you guys would want-- would you rather see me stick with something I've already done or keep doing fics with different characters? I like one shots but it's fun to self indulge a bit with Kicks, so either's good with me.

Either way, I'd love to hear your guys' input. I write these for fun but seeing what you all think of them is what inspires me to make more content! So absolutely if you got a suggestion let me know!
