OMG! The Dutch have done it! They beaten Brazil!
Posted 15 years agoWhat a surprise today! The Dutch have done it by beating Brazil! I have to say they earned my respect, of all the world cup teams, the Netherlands is probably the best soccer team that hasn't won the world cup, they got 2nd place twice in a row in two world cups of 1974 and 1978 and got fourth place in 1998 world cup, if you look on the rankings they're just under England which won the world cup once in 1966 making the Dutch the best team that hasn't won the world cup, without further ado I want to present this awesome Dutch 2010 soccer team commercial in their honor for beating Brazil!

Posted 15 years agoAfter much patience and determination, I finally got my new monitor from my cousin who sold it to me for $55 while I got him a DVI-HDMI cable to connect his computer with his 32in HD TV, Ahhh I'm so happy no more flickering! I'm really happy to have my new monitor.
Ah my first day of my summer semester.
Posted 15 years agoWell for one, I hate waking up early, I had to wake up at 7AM to catch the bus, in spring semester my classes didn't start till 11:30AM, so I was used to waking up at 10AM, so now I gotta to wake up three hours earlier, arghh, my hair was messy, I need to shave my whiskers, but the good news is that the class is very nice, being a computer art class, we each have a 24in imac computer monitor, and the professor is cool too, its an elective so its not that difficult, even though we're there from 8AM to 12PM, we do all our work there so no homework, as long as we show up and do our work we're fine, and he even allowed us to go on facebook! :3 So I think my first day went okay, and I told him I have a few drawings that I have and he said I can bring them in, so maybe you guys might get to see my drawings become digital!

Posted 15 years agoThe game between Germany and Australia was just awesome! The best game I've seen so far in this world cup, Germany slaughters Australia 4-0! The Germans just pounded them it was just an awesome game I had so much fun watching it, it was so one-sided that why I said metaphorically speaking the German Shepherd humped the Kangaroo sorry if that's little crude but hey that was the first thing that popped in my head after seeing Germany beat the crap out of Australia, I'm rooting for Germany to win the world cup and they've been my favorite team since the 2002 world cup, the first world cup I actually watched and remembered when I was 11 years old, by the looks of it Germany looks really strong this world cup.

Posted 15 years agoWell it seems that I have some unexpected expenses, such as replacing my monitor cause its flickering and its really annoying so I had to replace it, so maybe I can at least go to a furmeet either this month or the next, but I don't know, I think better luck next year, and hopefully I'll get a job and my driver's licence soon so it'll be a lot easier to go to a con later.

I'm taking a Computer Art Class for Summer Semester
Posted 15 years agoWell today I went to my appointment to pick my summer class, I originally wanted a Speech class but they took that and many other classes and so I found Computer Art and there was a space so I grabbed it so now I'm going to be learning computer art skills for the summer, its and elective class that can help me towards my major and it'll help me get better at my art so maybe I'll start making Digital Furry Art, and God willing I'll get better and better.
My Opinion on 'Draw Muhammad Day'
Posted 15 years ago Hi everyone well today is the day 'Draw Muhammad Day', I'm just going to put my two cents out there, in my opinion I have no problem if the Prophet Muhammad is drawn, that's not an issue to me, for me its just on how is he depicted, like I have no problem if he's drawn in a good or neutral way, I just have a problem if he's shown in a bad or derogatory way, I pretty much agree with FA on this. But not put a double-standard I'll also make it clear that I'm against a derogatory depiction of any religious figure that people hold dear doesn't matter if its Moses, Jesus, Muhammad or Buddha, religious figure are to be respected in my opinion, I don't mind them being drawn in a good or neutral way but not in a derogatory or disrespectful way, for those who do draw Muhammad or Jesus or whatever in a bad way at best I won't approve and I'll just ignore it, I'm totally against violence against people who do these cartoons even if they are offensive, we can protest our disapproval but that's it.
If any of you have any questions on Muhammad or his teachings please ask me, I'm pretty knowledgeable of it.
So in the end have no issues with the depictions of the Prophet Muhammad they are plenty of those done by Muslims especially in Persian art since they were okay with it here's an article on that issue:

Could Foxes be one day a common pet?

Calculating clean art versus mature art on FA.
Posted 15 years agoContrary to popular belief among the general population the majority of furry art is not mature even on FA, I just made a simple search of the two most popular species in the fandom: the wolf and the fox, I searched them both at first without filtering and I came up with the results fox(119,000 results) and wolf (134,000 results) and then I did it again putting the mature filter on so only showing clean art and the results were fox(88,000 results) and wolf (103,000) so I divided the two numbers with the other two and approximately 26% of fox art is mature and approximately 23% of wolf art is mature on FA. So between the two on average about a quarter of art submitted on FA is mature, therefore meaning that the other three quarters of the art on FA is clean or okay for most people. So proving that yiff is not as big in the fandom as people want to believe even though it is a significant portion about 1 in every 4 artworks submitted here on average even though it can vary widely depending on what your searching. So that's my experiment and tell me what you think.
(Note: Even though I myself do favorite mature art, I wouldn't draw it myself and I see it as a bad habit of mine, that I will eventually either reduce the number of mature favorites or quit it all together maybe sometime later on.)

Well being born with Asperger's Syrdrome a mild form of autism, at first when I was little I had a very hard time making friends and every now and then maybe a friend or two, but I've been taking therapy and I've been doing better.
2. Do you trust your friends?
For the most part yes, because I never think the worst in people, I try not to judge and I'm usually very tolerant, but I'll trust people to an extent, but I'm very honest and sincere with my close friends.

I'm pretty sure they do.
4. Do you go to your friends for advice?
Not really, but I do from time to time.
5. Are your friends there for you when you need them?

Well that depends, in Turkish, Persian, and Arab cultures its perfectly normal for two straight guys to kiss each other(usually on each cheak), hold hands and put their arms around one another, so if its like that then I have no problem with that, but for a passionate kind of kiss? No.

I have no problem going out like for a movie or cafe or something, but not a date.
18. Would you ever sleep with any of your friends?
If it means spending the night and sleeping over at their house fine, but sex? Uh NO, I'm trying to abstain till I marry, so for me no sex till I marry.
