Commissions: CLOSED
Posted a month agoWe're getting into the home stretch for my surgery, so since I've gotten a few commissions I'm going to close them a little earlier than planned. Most of the commission types I have I wouldn't be able to get done in time before the start of October.
HOWEVER, if you would like to commission me, I'm totally open to creating a waitlist. The way it would work is once I'm cleared medically to do work again, I would reach out to you to start the commission process then. That way, you're not fully commissioning me and then needing to wait around for an unknown date for me to be able to get started.
Also, if you feel so inclined to send me a little something to ease the cost of my operation, I'd super appreciate it.

HUGE UPDATES: State of the Studio [September 2025]
Posted 2 months agoI know I usually don't title things to grab your attention, but I really needed to because there are some really big things happening and I want to make sure y'all know about it.
1.) As most of y'all know, I am transgender, and if you didn't know... well, you do now. I have been planning and saving and setting up appointments for the past few years to get top surgery, so my chest tissue is getting adjusted to better fit my body and relieve me of the constant anxiety that lives in my brain about it. I'm so grateful to even have this opportunity in the first place, but I also had to rush to have this done because I'm really not sure what next year will bring as far as coverage goes and.... *gestures at the current USA Administration* I don't know if I will be able to do this or what things will look like.
This doesn't really mean too much for y'all, but it does bring me to my second point
2.) I am OPEN for commissions for the entire month of September, I have 5 open slots (which is more than usual) and these slots are *guaranteed* to be done by the end of the month. HOWEVER, I will be closed for commissions and will not open for or work on ANY AT ALL for the month of October, as I will be recovering from surgery. If you want to take advantage of my 25% off Reference Sale or get anything for Spooky Season or as a Holiday gift for someone, PLEASE CONTACT ME NOW.
https://www.businesswolfstudios.com/commissions
I can't guarantee that I'll be able to finish a holiday gift in time if you commission me when I re-open for comms in November. If you'd like to support me and lend a hand with the cost of my surgery, I'd obviously prefer to work for it and commissioning me is the best option.
3.) I won't be producing any new merch until the issues with tariffs and fees get resolved. Even if I was producing my items mostly myself, the materials to make anything are skyrocketing and the fees for shipping are outrageous. There's no way I can make new items for a reasonable amount, let alone being fair in selling them to you, so. Every single plan I had is on hold. This is honestly the worst part of my update, because I love making things and it's going to be incredibly difficult picking the pieces back up once this is all over.
I'm also honestly not sure about attending conventions for 2026, because I may not have much that I will be able to sell. Which, is also honestly a huge bummer. It's been harder and harder for me to keep up and stay social not attending, it's really sucked not getting to see all my usual friends or meet new ones. But there's not much that's in my control for that situation. I am thinking about dusting off my streaming set up for not just art but maybe playing games, too. We'll see, been trying to tackle a bunch of other things because I've gotten way behind especially with posting.
But yeah, biggest thing is upcoming surgery, if you *really* can't commission me I totally understand, but I'll throw my Ko-fi link down here along with my commission info again in case anyone wants to donate.

State of the Studio [June 2025]
Posted 5 months agoMy region is currently experiencing a heatwave, which I really, really do not do well in. Especially since my home doesn't have central air and we have a few small air conditioners but not one in every room. It was so hot today my favorite lotion bar *melted*, it is too warm to pick up it's just falling apart in my hands. Which, are pretty soft now but I would prefer for this to not have happened.
In my previous journal I announced that I'm running a 25% off sale for references (which you can see pricing and examples for here https://www.businesswolfstudios.com/commissions ) but didn't go too in depth as to why. It's my 15 year anniversary for me taking commissions AKA me starting to do artwork as a career. The sale is to celebrate that achievement and give folks an opportunity to commission me at the lowest rate ever that one of my most expensive options is. (And a sale like this I don't plan on doing again, at least not for a very long time.)
I've completed over 400 commissions over these 15 years! From people's first artwork of their characters to their most recent reference to update their designs, and everything in between. I *love* doing commission work, and I'm hoping to be doing this for another 15 years.
That being said, I also like making art for people outside of commissions and I'm definitely going to be participating in Art Fight again this year! (If you're curious it's an art event where you join one of two teams and "compete" to see which team can "attack" and make the most gift art for the other team, more info here https://artfight.net/info/faq ) I love doing this event and I have so much fun experimenting with new things and drawing characters I might not think to draw otherwise. (I'm on Team Crystals and will be posting my team card soon!)
Not too much else to report on, but I'd like to get things set up to make some video content and get back to streaming soon. But that might have to wait until Summer is over. ^^; Oh yeah, Pokemon especially the TCG has a death grip on me right now, expect some more Pokemon content from me as I cope with the ridiculously difficult to obtain cards by drawing instead of getting merch.

State of the Studio [March 2025]
Posted 8 months agoOkay, so a lot of my time not working on commissions has been devoted to renovating my office/studio space irl. I’ve been having a lot of issues finding supplies, I’ve been uncomfortably cramped at my desk, and there were several boxes and bags of items I needed to sort through and get rid of that kept getting in my way. So, with the help of my new ADHD medication, I’ve finally been able to really knuckle down and focus on getting my areas into a better state.
I have a new desk that has more space and a better layout than the old one. (I literally spent hours taking measurements, pouring over configurations, and really thinking about what I wanted and I found a really great replacement that’s now all set up.) I’ve cleared away clutter, taken out recycling, and am working hard on getting it all in order in a more optimized way. And my god, does it already feel good.
I also acquired a button making machine, so I have a way to make some merch items in house. I personally love collecting buttons and pins so having a way to make some on my own is going to help a ton, I could even bring the press along with me to conventions and make badge buttons right there at my table if I wanted, which I think would be really fun to do.
Speaking of conventions, I am not going to be doing any for 2025. The main one I wanted to attend didn’t accept me, and the others I would normally apply for are more expensive for travel and hotel stays, so I’m taking this year off as well. We’re still recovering from massive financial stress, so we’re trying to get in a better place monetarily before I start ordering merch and traveling.
There’s not too much else to report on, most of the WIPs I mentioned in my previous journal are still very much works in progress. I put a pause on streaming because of all the things we’ve had going on, but also because I needed to rearrange my office space and… to be frank, something happened between me and someone else that soured the streaming experience and it’s been hard getting back to it. I won’t go into specifics, but it was emotionally devastating and I’m still struggling with what happened.
That’s where I’m at at the moment… I need to do some more paperwork related things, still just trying to keep my head above water, still trying to figure out what to do. Thanks for listening to another ramble.

State of the Studio [December 2024]
Posted 11 months agoLet’s touch on the old business before I talk about what I’m planning for next year.
First off, streaming has been amazing! I’ve been able to keep a roughly regular schedule and I’ve been gradually building on the experience. I even have a whole ass V-Tuber model and everything and it’s a ton of fun being able to interact with all of you in a way that feels most like myself. If you’d like to join us, I’m usually live here on Sunday and Tuesday nights~
https://picarto.tv/BusinessWolf
The website updates are still a work in progress, I still haven't settled on what I want things to look like yet. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and not quite ready to really sit down and have a concept to implement. But, it’s something I have at the top of my list for the new year.
As far as the convention merch plans go, I still have specific ideas for new items, but I hit a bit of a road bump. We had massive car repairs we needed made, and the line of credit I have that’s the biggest had to get used for that instead of ordering new merch like I had planned. I still want to get the new items, but I might need to wait until I pay the balance off a bit before I can comfortably order samples and inventory.
That being said, I’d like to plug my Subscribe Star again. It’s Patreon’s NSFW friendly alternative, and subbing for just $2 a month would be a huge deal to me. There’s a ton of extra content there that I don’t post anywhere else, and I’m considering special discounted commission slots as one of the tiers.
https://subscribestar.adult/businesswolf
(You’ll get a look at the new merch items way early, and I’ll talk about the process once I get more involved with it)
There are quite a few things I need to do to help prepare for at least the next 4 years, and honestly that’s been overshadowing pretty much everything else lately. I will be posting another one of these to start a clean slate for next year and outline some goals I have. That update will hopefully be a bit more positive.
To get back to my personal life, honestly I think I’m a bit worse off than last update. I lost some friends and family unexpectedly in the past few months, the living family has been difficult, and massive expense after massive expense has been really weighing on me. I told one of my friends that I’ve felt like I’ve been drowning for so long, I’m going to just accept it and learn how to breathe water out of spite. I’m tired of frantically trying to keep above water.
I really wish I could say that things were looking up, but it’s been blow after blow and I feel spread very thin so I think I need to step back and do some damage control. I do still have big plans for next year, but while I work on patching up the holes in my boat, honestly I just appreciate the patience and kindness while I do that.

Back to business... IMPORTANT INFO
Posted a year agoHey everybody, welcome back.
I don't think it needs to be said that the cyberattack coming after Dragoneer's passing was a heinous and cowardly move while his loved ones are in the process of picking up the pieces and grieving. But I'll say it anyway. Fuck that person and everything they put all of us through.
Secondly, in case of emergency, I think this event highlights the importance of keeping tabs on your friends and favorite artists. You need to find people elsewhere. Here is my current list of accounts I plan to be active on:
https://www.businesswolfstudios.com/contact
**BOOKMARK** people's personal websites first, and then any social media/gallery site pages you want to. Make yourself a little folder of artists and friends you don't want to let go of, and try to find them in as many places as possible. You never know when policy can change, or cyberattacks, or sudden hosting company disbandings or losses can strike or what can happen. We're all seeing what's happening with Twitter, and now we've gone through this on FA. (Obviously for different reasons, but this is a MAJOR WAKEUP CALL)
Stay safe, reset your passwords if you need to, and keep supporting each other.

State of the Studio [August 2024]
Posted a year agoCommission slots are open! I’m officially offering public commissions for the first time in a few months.
If you’re interested in getting a reference before the next convention, getting a new icon for your social medias, or more Telegram stickers to bombard your friends with, I’m your guy~
https://www.businesswolfstudios.com/commissions
I will also be streaming soon! I will hopefully be able to start drawing for y’all live in mid-August, Sunday and Tuesday nights, to start off your week with a smile. I have a bunch of surprises planned, so keep your eyes peeled.
The website updates are still a work in progress, I haven’t quite settled on how I want to update it yet, hopefully the stream assets I’ve worked on give me further inspo.
As far as the convention merch plans go, I’ve narrowed down some manufacturers for a few products I think will be a unique and fun experiment and will be ordering samples around Fall when things stabilize a bit more.
Speaking of stability, it would mean the world to me if you considered joining my Subscribe Star, Patreon’s NSFW friendly alternative. There’s a ton of extra content there that I don’t post anywhere else, and I’m considering special discounted commission slots as one of the tiers.

On a personal note, healthwise we’re doing alright here. But mentally, it’s been a bit rough. Cancer treatment is extremely expensive, even with good insurance. We’ve really been feeling the squeeze, which sucks because I just got through all the anxiety about potentially losing my husband, and then keeping up with everything through the treatment. And now it’s like. Well, on to the next disaster. We’re doing what we can, but it feels like being drop kicked across a football field after already being on the floor. At least Art Fight has been really fun, you’ll all be seeing more from that soon.

State of the Studio [April 2024]
Posted a year agoI want to start giving you guys more updates regarding professional plans, site updates, and life events more frequently than I have been. Once a quarter or so going forward, I'll be posting a journal like this called "State of the Studio" where I can let y'all in on how things are going and what I have planned.
To start things off, I'm still working on updating my website to make things more interesting and to update my commission samples and types. The only thing set in stone at the moment is the pricing that I have live now. I'm going to make an announcement when things are ready to view.
I am on BlueSky and am slowly posting my work and will be updating even more regularly there as I used to on Twitter (in the Before Times). You can find me here!
https://bsky.app/profile/businesswolf.bsky.social
On the more life side of things, I want to thank you all for your response to my last journal. I was really emotionally and physically overwhelmed, and it was incredibly helpful to know how many of you I have in my corner. I'm pleased to be able to share that as of now, my husband's CT scan results are incredibly positive. There are no current tumors or nodules visible and his immune system is on the mend. He's not out of the woods just yet, but he's been moved into Observation, and doesn't need further chemo treatments. He'll be getting scans regularly to keep eyes on things and make sure nothing comes back, we've still got several years to go before he can be considered in Remission, but I am taking this huge win and running with it.
Unfortunately, plans have changed and I won't be able to attend Fursonacon this year. It's really disappointing, as it was going to be the only con of my year, but I'm going to be taking this as an opportunity to reevaluate my offerings and make some cool new shit. Cause I have tons of ideas and RND for things takes quite a bit of time, and timelines and conventions don't mix super well.
Lots to look forward to! Next update from me will be super important, new commission info will be the next thing coming so stay tuned!

A Difficult Update
Posted 2 years agoThis isn't a fun update, but it's one I feel I need to make. For the sake of transparency, but also because things are gunna be changing for commissions and conventions for the end of the year and into next. There's not really a nice way I can put this so. My husband has cancer. Some of you might know he wasn't feeling well at Fursonacon, and as soon as we got home he had surgery to remove a tumor. The tumor was cancerous, so he is now going to be going through chemo. The type of cancer it is is incredibly treatable, and we caught it decently early, so I'm not too worried in that regard.
However, chemo sucks. And the last person in my life who had it, my grandma, had an incredibly difficult time with it. It was tremendously painful to watch her go through it, and now I have to watch my partner, my best friend, go through it as well. Mentally, not doing great with that. And physically, I'm really tired. I've had to take over doing everything in regards to our home and life, as he's been unable to lift more than 10lbs and y'know, he's healing from surgery and had been in pain. He's feeling better as time goes on, but he'll essentially be trading that for chemo exhaustion and nausea. We won't be able to do much for the holidays, and to be on the safe side I don't want to do any large in person events while he's going through treatment and then recovering from that as well.
So, I don't have plans for anything through the end of this year, I don't plan on doing FurTheMore in March, and I'm not planning on AC again next Summer. Hubby's immune system just won't be back in action enough for 10,000 people. Plus, we'll need time for some financial recovery. That being said, I don't plan on fundraising or anything like that. We both still have jobs, and some protections and insurance. I won't lie, having some extra funds would be very helpful to help pay off debts so we can worry about that less and focus on his recovery, but I'm planning on taking a break from commissions so I can be hubby's "nurse". I'll also be adjusting my prices and offerings for 2024. Whew, I'm sorry that was a lot. But hopefully this clears some things up and keeps y'all in the loop. Sorry if you were looking forward to seeing me at a con next year, we'll see for Fursonacon, but I'd rather not endure additional sicknesses, or cry in public. :,D

Check out my Subscribe Star!
Posted 3 years agoWant to support me but can't afford a commission? Check out my SubStar! I share the high res versions of files there, as well as WIPs and bonus content! There's even some content there that's free to view, even without subscribing!

But seriously, it's one of the best ways for me to keep making cool extra things when I'm not getting commissioned. I have a *ton* of things I've been working on, and I can't wait to share them!

Website Overhaul and Updates
Posted 4 years agoHi there! It's been a while since I checked in. I had posted about a year ago my new website and shared some project ideas I'd been working on. All of that is being revisited and reevaluated so I wanted to do a quick update to detail what's going on.
-Complete website update: My website is currently down as I work to make something new and fresh with a new host. I had been using Squarespace, but I found their features and template to be difficult to work with and a bit annoying. (The template I was using either got retired or something happened to it, because I couldn't find it and had a lot of trouble trying to get the new features in their update to cooperate with it) So I'm switching over to Wix, which means I'll also be able to put my NSFW work there. I like it a lot better already and think it'll be a better fit long term.
-Store: I am in the process of setting up a digital goods store as well as a merch store that will be on said new website. Since Wix allows NSFW work, I can put everything in one place, which will be much easier for me to keep track of. I plan on organizing a collection of my digital work to put into a Gumroad PDF, putting up the prints and stickers I have as physical merch, and will hopefully have some clothing designs as well. Those will come last as I'm currently sourcing where and how to do them, I prefer print on demand, but quality is harder to control that way.
-Subscribe Star: While doing all of this, I'm entertaining the idea of putting work in progress and additional behind the scenes content on a Subscribe Star page, because I miss having a platform like Patreon, but Patreon's business models don't work for me. SubStar is a safer place for my work, especially the NSFW things I want to do. Keep your eyes out for that if you'd like a way to support me aside from commissions!
-Creative projects: I've decided to pause the space comic project I had in mind as I sort out some writing and behind the scenes development. In all honesty, I think shorter term projects where I do some connected illustrations will work better for me than something that requires such constant attention and planning. That being said, I am fleshing out a few different settings and characters from those different settings at the same time, just going through my catalog and updating and adding info to them and it feels better already. I am working on updating my old OCs reference's and coming up with concepts for designs I've adopted and not used yet.
I thiiiink that's most of it. Gunna try to update more frequently when I've got more ready to go. Still shaking off the funk of last year.
Cheers!

Quality of Life Update: Cons, Personal Health & Projects
Posted 5 years agoI just wanted to write a little something to be able to update you all on the state of affairs and general info about me and my business, considering the virus has really thrown a wrench into a lot of plans, and I feel like it would be good for y'all to know what's been happening behind the scenes.
*I AM GOING TO BE TALKING ABOUT UPSETTING THINGS THROUGH THIS JOURNAL, there's a lot that I'm upset about and I am going to be talking about upsetting subjects, ie. the Covid-19 outbreak.
Conventions:
Obviously, all of my conventions through the end of this year have been cancelled. No Anthrocon and no Fursonacon. As awful as it is that all events, not just those conventions or any other of my personal planned events, were cancelled or postponed, it was necessary.
Hundreds of artists are out of thousands of dollars, attendees can no longer attend their events, and cities are out millions in travel revenue. I'm gunna be honest, I'm livid. Not just for myself, but for my peers and fellow attendees as well. As upsetting as it is to not be able to leave my house, it's even more upsetting that 80,000 people have died.
So yes, as much as it sucks that I won't be going to Pittsburgh or Virginia Beach this year, I will gladly stay home and stay safe because unlike Boomers, I'm not a selfish asshole who thinks other people deserve to die so I can go get a haircut. It is difficult being separated from friends, from family, and community. It is many people's version of a personal hell. But this is a time when we need to be kind and respectful. Making sacrifices so we can survive. Check in on your friends, especially those who don't have good family environments or who are essential workers. Please, continue to love one another and stay smart and safe. Support each other where you can, even if it's just checking in to say "hi".
Personal Health:
Mentally, I've been doing alright with things that have been going on. At most, I'm just tired of how stupid people are being and how much misinformation is being spread. But I did have my own health issues that were made significantly worse because of the virus.
I was due to have my wisdom teeth extracted once I returned from FurTheMore. But because of the outbreak, my appointment kept getting delayed until it became an emergency. The first tooth to go had a massive cavity in it and was starting to become sore. That extraction went fairly well and was relatively uneventful. But this past week and weekend, my left jaw and gums became excruciatingly inflamed and I needed to go on antibiotics for a few days before they could extract the teeth.
Finally, they were able to do it and it all went well, but I was in the worst pain of my life for nearly a week and it was absolutely awful. I am now in the process of healing, but boy, do I miss eating solid food. I had to begin eating softer things because my teeth and gums were so upset. So I've been on a different diet for much longer than I was the first time. It's frustrating because it didn't need to be this way. But I have one wisdom tooth left, and with any luck, it won't give me any problems.
Projects:
Finally, this part of the journal can be positive. Needing to stay home as much as I have has given me the chance to do and catch up on things I've been needing to. I've upgraded my workspace and rearranged my office a bit, getting new shelves and a new desk unit and hopefully I'll be able to share some pics soon, cause I think it looks pretty darn good.
I completed all my commissions from FurTheMore in about a month a month and a half's worth of time when I had estimated 2-3 for completion, so that felt good.
I have two major projects currently in the works, and I'm really excited to start sharing teasers soon. I'm also going to be revamping my Patreon to be much more simple and more like an easy tip jar instead really uploading there and trying to keep up with it. The site itself is not built with artist's in mind. So I'd like to focus my efforts on keeping up more with Discord and simplifying things a bit. Not leaving Patreon yet, but I want to also get my own website up and running by the end of the year as well~
Whoo boy, that was a lot. But there's been quite a bit going on in a short period of time. Can't wait to update y'all with teasers soon, in the meantime, please stay home and keep clean.

Huge Changes Incoming
Posted 6 years agoBoy, this past month has been a lot. So many things happened really quickly.
In short: My brother moved and I helped him with that, my mother moved and I spent a week straight helping her with that, I went to a job event and then got the job, went to orientation, and I start tomorrow.
I'm now by myself in my home, starting a new job. It's pretty scary, but also really exciting. Next step is to save up for a car.
I won't be quitting art, by the way. I just don't make enough on it alone to afford now paying a mortgage. My boyfriend and I will be taking over payments for this house while we get on our feet and figure out our next steps.
I will be closing my commissions soon though and only opening once a month from now on. If there's anything you'd like to get from me, now would be an awesome time to do that.
(The biggest thing I'm worried about with all this is that I don't get paid until next Thursday, it's gunna be really tight money wise until my checks start coming in)

FurTheMore 2019!!!
Posted 6 years agoStolen from my buddy
Sarahcat
Where are you staying?
Main hotel!!
What days are you attending?
Thursday to Monday. (Miiiight need to leave Sunday night but not sure.)
How are you traveling?
My lovely boyfriend and I are driving to meet
asoulsapogee and
KeevuTheTiger, I'll be staying over, and then we're all (minus boyfriend) driving to the convention!
How is the best way to find you?
I have a table this year in the den! 45, that's the easiest place to find me (and all of my wares).
Are there any panels you might be attending?
I don't know if I'll have time to... But if something strikes my fancy, I'll try my best to make it happen.
What do you look like?
Somewhat average height guy, thin, round glasses like Harry Potter, short brown hair. Probably wearing a shirt with my studio logo and name on it.
Will you be suiting?
Not this year... As a dealer, I never have time to, so my suits are staying at home.
Do you do trades?
Not unless I know you... Had too many bad past experiences.
Do you do badges?
Yes!! I offer a variety of badges.
What is your gender?
Male, he/him/his pronouns please!
How tall are you?
5'7"
Can I talk to you?
Sure! I love having conversations!
Can I touch you?
Please don't unless you ask first, and even then, maybe just a hug or a fist bump.
Can I visit your room?
Nope, and please don't ask. I have roomies.
Can I buy you drinks?
Yeah sure! Just ask me first, I'm a little picky.
Can I give you stuff?
Sure? I dunno why you'd want to, but okay I guess.
Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Ask about hugs, no snuggling.
Are you nice?
I'm told I am, and I try my very best to be a kind, approachable person.
Do you have an artist table?
Yes! I am at table 45 in the den!
Will you be going to parties?
Noooot sure, probably not. I don't like being around drunk people, it makes me anxious and I don't want to baby sit others.
Will you be performing?
Not this year...
If I see you, how should I get your attention?
Shouting "Raya!!" "BusinessWolf!!!" or just "RAY!" is a good way.
Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Table 45 baby~ During the dealer hours.
What/where will you be eating?
Want to try some new places and go back to the Italian place close by!
Can I come with you for food/fun/etc?
Not unless I know you, sorry. And please don't invite yourself.
Can I look in your sketchbook?
I don't usually have one with me, I don't keep a sketchbook anymore. Most of my art is digital. I will be doing sketches in other people's sketchbooks though, and offering badge commissions.
Can I take your picture?
Only if I know you, since I won't be in costume I prefer not to take pictures with strangers.
What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
Sell art, meet new people, hug some fursuiters, and catch up with my friends. (I miss y'all so much. ;n;)
See you all at the con!! :D

Anthrocon 2018 Memeifying!
Posted 7 years agoWhere are you staying?
The Courtyard Marriott
What day are you getting there?
We're leaving a little early, gunna be there late Tuesday night.
Who will you be rooming with?

Who will you hang out with during the convention?
My roomies, and I'm looking forward to meeting a few friends in person I haven't met before! A very good friend of mine will be there from the UK. Super excited!
What is the best way to find you?
My work will be in the art show this year, and I'll be Sparta's assistant at his table.
Are there any panels you will be attending?
I will hopefully be entering the dance competition! Also, gunna try to make as many panels as I can, but I won't know until I get the con book, and I will be assisting Sparta as much as I can.
Are you hosting any panels?
I am not, but maybe someday that would be cool.
What do you look like?
A small, thin twig of a human with Harry Potter glasses, or a punky English Bull Terrier with a red mohawk.
Will you be suiting?
Hopefully yes! I plan on having my Darcy fursuit and I want to get in some suiting that weekend.
What is your gender?
I am a boyo, he/him/his pronouns please!
How tall are you?
5'7"
Are you mated/in a relationship?
Yes I am! Sadly Alan won't be there, but he is my boyfriend and I know he'll be cheering me on from the sidelines.
Can I talk to you?
Sure! I love to meet new people, and if we can talk about related interests I love to do so!
Can I touch you?
Hugs, high fives, and handshakes are fine SO LONG AS YOU ASK AND GET MY PERMISSION FIRST. If I say no, don't take it personally, I'm probably in a rush to go somewhere or am very hot. I don't like physical contact in hot weather.
Can I buy you drinks?
Sure! I am 22, but I don't really like most kinds of alcohol. I like hard ciders, and so long as it's a closed bottle, if ya wanna buy me a drink go for it. Oh, I also like Midori Sours.
Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Hugs are fine, snugs are only reserved for people I'm close with.
Are you nice?
I've been told so, and I strive to be, so I'd say yes!
How long are you going?
Tuesday evening to Monday morning.
Will you be going to parties?
Maybe, I'm a bit shy around new peeps, and I don't really like hanging with drunk people.
Will you be performing?
Hopefully! I'll have my suit, and I'd like to get into the dance competition this year.
If I see you, how should I get your attention?
Say HEY!, wave, or tap my shoulder gently.
Can I take your picture?
Only in suit please! Unless I know you personally. Tbh, dunno why you'd want a pic of my human face, but friends only for my human mug.
What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
Sell pieces in the art show, make the stage for the dance comp, and spend time with my friends!
Anything to add?
-DO NOT ROUGH HOUSE WITH ME, PLEASE. I am a small person who is very anxious and I bruise easily. If you rough house with me in or out of suit, it can hurt me. I also wear glasses, my vision is very poor. If my glasses break, I don't have replacements, I would be virtually blind for the rest of the con.
-Please don't hit on me either, I'm in a committed relationship and I'm not interested in anyone else.
-Please don't hog the table space. I'm Sparta's assistant this year, I'm not a dealer. If you'd like to talk to me at length and you find me at his table, we'll figure out a time to get together to talk. I will be working this con with Sparta!
-I know my voice is feminine, lol yeah I'm skinny I should eat a sandwich, I made both suits myself, there are more than two genders please don't try convincing me trans people are fake, if you don't like my tablemate's prices you can commission someone else he doesn't haggle.
That should cover everything! See you all at Anthrocon 2018!!

What day are you getting there?:
Thursday, April 19th
Who are you rooming with?:
Alan!
Who do you hang out with:
SpartaDog, KeeDot, Incorgnito, Sookta, Crazdude, and hopefully my watchers!
Gender?:
Male, he/him/his please!
How old are you?:
22
Relationship Status?:
I am in a relationship with Alan, we are very gay
How tall are you?:
5' 7"~
Where will you be most of the time during the day(s)?:
In the dealer's den, table 22!
Are you nice?:
I have been told I am, and I try my best to be understanding and friendly!
If I see you, how should I get your attention?:
Shouting "Hey Business!" or "Oi Raya!" usually does the trick! I'll be wearing a blue shirt with my logo on it most of the weekend! Look for the blue!
Do you have any fursuits?
Yes! I currently have two! One is my English Bull Terrier Darcy, the other is a WIP of my fursona Raya the wolf, who is also my business mascot.
Are you attending any panels?:
Not sure if I'll have time to, but I want to go to at least a few!
Can I talk to you?:
Yeah I love talking! So long as you're considerate of me and of others, chit chat is very enjoyable to me.
Can I give you stuff?:
I mean sure I guess. If you felt inclined to do so, I wouldn't say no. But I probably won't be able to return the favor, especially if it's completely unexpected.
Attending parties?:
Maybe, I'll have to see.
Do you dance?
Yes actually! I've even appeared in dance comps, if you saw a performer named Darcy, that was me in my English Bull Terrier suit! I won't be in the dance comp this year, but I would love to go to some dances!
Do you drink?:
Yes, but not very much. I don't like alcohol that tastes like alcohol. :P
Can I come with you for food/fun/etc?:
I'm going to be spending as much time catching up with friends as I can, so I'm gunna say no for this one. Especially if you aren't invited. The people I spent time without outside of working my table are dear friends of mine I don't get to see often. I'd like special time with them.
Anything to add:

-Please don't hit on me either, I'm in a committed relationship and I'm not interested in anyone else.
-Please don't hog my table space. I'm okay with chatting with fans and meeting new people, but if you crowd my table I can't meet anyone else. I'm going to this con for business purposes, cause business is kinda my thing. I enjoy selling my work and sharing my interests with my viewers. If you stand off to the side and don't overstay your welcome, I'm totally cool with geeking out with you. Just be respectful.
-I know my voice is feminine, lol yeah I'm skinny I should eat a sandwich, I sell pride related items because I'm gay and I like supporting my community, I made both suits myself, I'm not open for fursuit commissions yet, no you can't have my table companions they aren't for sale though I know they're super cute, there are more than two genders please don't try convincing me trans people are fake, if you don't like my prices you can commission someone else I don't haggle.
