One of my friends started a group for struggling artists to help each other out. So please boost the signal for her.

Because my roommates threw out all my food.

Little backstory, we need to clean out our shared apartment because the owners will check on it soon. So while I am away, getting cleaning supplies, they are cleaning out the food shelves. And in the process throw out all my canned food, which, besides a half a loaf of toast, is all I have for eating.

So of course, I ask why the fuck they did that, especially considering the food was brand new, shiny new cans, with a Best Before Date of like...2015.

Answer? They didn't knew who it belonged to, came to the conclusion it doesnt belongs to either of them, so it belongs to no one. Throw it out.

They didn't even THINK for a fucking second it could belong to THE THIRD PERSON LIVING IN THIS GODDAMN APARTMENT.

So of course I am rightfully pissed. This was all the food I had, and I am unemployed right now so my budget for buying new one is near null. So I ask him to repay me for the food he threw out.

He gets up and pissed, asking me why I am bothering him over a few cans of soup and canned pasta. "Its just food."

I swear to god, I can't wait for that fucker to move out of here.

And even though I will miss her, I am not sad. Months ago, when her health problems began with several heart attacks and a brain aneurism, I prayed to god to leave her with us for a little longer. He granted me that wish. We didn't put her into a retirement home, despite how bad her dementia got and how hard it was to care for her.

She had a long life, 82 years, and had many bad and good experiences.

And the mass, procession and burial we gave her today was nice, tasteful and how she wanted it. I'm sure she liked it and is in a better place now.

So, out of curiosity, and because I recently restarted playing the PS2 Ace Combat games, I today googled for My little pony and ace combat.

Most results are your standard fair. Ace Combat trailers with ponies, fan art of various kinds.

BUT.

Then I find this peculiar thing. A fanfiction series called Ace Combat: The Equestrian War, written by a guy named PolishValsion.

So I begin to read.

I finished like 7 chapters today alone. Thats pretty much for someone with a short attention span like mine. But this story deserves it. It really mixes both Ace Combat themes and MLP stuff well, introduces new characters or gives established chars a new feel, be it OC ponies or characters that appeared only briefly on the show. It also makes many shout outs and canon nods to AC, like the battle for Cloudsdale being called the Battle of "Shattered Skies".

And get this, it has Mobius One. The Ribbon Fighter. As in, THE MOTHERFUCKING ONE AND ONLY Mobius One.

And Shamrock. Talisman. Sky Eye and the Garuda Team. Its meet up of some of the best pilots in AC history, or their pony/griffon expy's.

Whats more, the guy inlcuded hyperlinks in the story that lead to youtube vids of songs fitting the situation, be it songs from AC, MLP or even other sources (Nickelback of all things.) that musically underline already awesome, sad or happy moments.

So yeah. Found total gold by pure accident. :P

One thing some may know is that I have a real trouble understanding the notion of BDSM. Or rather, SM. I understand the fact that getting tied up or having someone be in power over you can give you joyous moments, for psychological reasons. But I never understood why Sadomasochism exists or how it works. I am not trying to talk down or something, really, I want to understand it. But even though FA has like a million people drawing BDSM stuff, nobody, NOT ONE, could give me a good answer.

Here's the thing I mainly dont understand: The part about liking pain. Pain is the worst feelings a human can feel, for a reason. Its a reaction of our body to a thing that is damaging it. Normally, as soon as someone feels pain, their body tells them to get the fuck away from whats causing it. Yet we have people who get tied up in chafin leather, get whipped, spanked, bitten, kicked and punch, even in the most sensitive places (CBT anyone?), and in case of some people, even cut, or they cut themselves. And that is just plain fucking irrational bavior.

And yes, I know about that disorder where your body kicks out way more serotonine (feel-good hormones) when we hurt ourselves, but this disorder is rare, so I am sure not every BDSM lover has it.

And as a warning, I dont wanna be talked down to. I had people belittle me because I asked them this question, and the fact that they couldn't give me a good answer and acted like I AM the stupid one made me get quite aggressive when someone starts talking down to me, so dont even try it.

So please, explain to me how someone can enjoy pain and gettng hurt. In detail please.

No, I am not venting. No I am not taking this back. It has been a long chain of events and it all boiled over tonight. Whether it be a fandom for furries, videogames, comics, cartoon ponies...doesn't matter. Its all only fighting, perversion, rape of mind and body and needless obsession anyway.

Every fucking day I get like 3 journals i my inbox about how bad the damn ending is, how evil bioware is, how ME3 is the worst game ever and everyone liking it is an evil being on par with hitler and satan.

Boo hoo.

First off, people who take these endings far to seriously should all just collectivly shut up and hide under rock for a year, because you people are getting enraged to the point of death threats over a video game. A. Video game. I know most gamers today are far too obsessed with games (ME, Skyrim), playing them through like 4 times, exploring every nook and cranny and spending all their free time on it, but please. You getting hurting balls now because you feel betrayed and like a vital part of your life was taken from is just pathetic. There is being very observant and interested in games, and then theres just going a mile too far.

Sure, ME3 is probably the worst of the three games, the "push button, get ending" solution sucks, just like in Deux Ex: HR, and the three endings are confusing in that a lot is suggested but nothing proven, and people basically have flaming discussions over certain issues (like, does an ME relay exploding under those circumstances kill a whole solar system like in arrival? Is everyone cut off now from everyone else forever?)

But does that make it such a bad game overall? Does it make the multiplayer less fun? Does it make the awesome moments it has, like the whole Tuchanka operation or the final solution to the geth-quarian war less epic? Does it make the scenes with your team mates less funny/romantic/dramatic? Does it make the good, solid gameplay less fun to master? It makes the overall package less awesome, yes, but you can't tell me that playing ME3 or the rest of series was wasted time because the fuckng ending sucks.

So Bioware made a game that is not as good as the former two games, how unfortunate. Its still a good game. People didn't bitched this hard about Deus Ex, jeez. <.<

And besides, now that you guys all are free again, why not play the upcoming x-com games? Or the already released Syndicate, with music by fellow fur and musician Skrillex?
