Welp, its the End of an Era...
Posted 6 years agoI'm closing down ButThatAdoptTho. I don't like the name anymore, I have TOO many old ass adopts to sort through, and its time for a change. So, I've made a new account thats a bit more professional, and more tidy.

I've even made a mascot for the adoptable account.
I'll release them soon.
All old adoptables will be sorted through by me and my boyfriend to be sure there are some that are sold, or open.
Whatever there is left out of the sorting, I will be posting up a MASSIVE journal of PWYW adopts. No ref sheets, no NSFW (unless you want to pay extra) just as is.
Be sure to watch that new adoptable account for NEW adopts. The ones on my account and the older one will remain here, as they are old content.

Posted 6 years ago Hey hey, Its TJ. And do you know what I like and dislike? I'll tell you.
I like to be fair, kind, understanding, and willing.~
I dislike having to make MORE rules, having my time WASTED, and not getting paid for the work i've done.
I'm going to be rather frank. The characters I have here, once you buy them, I don't CARE what you do with them. But if you want edits of a certain adoptable to fit your needs (Hyper body parts, ect.), COMMISSION SOMEONE. I'm will NOT be doing a sketch for you to get it a way for you to like it. (WITHOUT pay) (I have severe OCD, and worry about the customers needs.) That is TOO much damn pressure on myself.
I get it. I'm a pushover. I'm SOFT. Well you know, I'm soft for a reason!! I would like to make repeat customers, and keep them. Cause I'll be honest, I love each and every one of you.~ You all are GREAT! But just understand, I don't like getting the runaround, being pulled apart, being shot down, or being lied to.
Before you guys say, "TJ, you shouldn't have took it if it wasn't worth it." Well I know that. It didn't dawn on me. I thought I could handle it, and well, I guess not. I'm sitting here feeling rather saddened, and defeated. (They did NOT insult my art.)
So I'm just going to be straight up. If you are PICKY about a character, and you want heavy body modifications LOOK ELSEWHERE. I'm not going to be doing ANYTHING heavy without payment. Only things I WILL change are, hair colors, claw colors, maybe nip colors, or genders! Maybe the WEIGHT if you pay a little extra. (Hell, its not even too bad. Maybe like, 5$ extra.)
No hyper weight, no hyper genitals, no hyper tits, no hyper paws, NONE. I won't have it. I'm sorry for being a bitch about it, but no. I gotta put my foot down.
So, In general, you want hyper edits of a character? BUY them first. (You may have to pay extra for the edits.)
Thats all I gotta say. Peace out my mateys.

You attack me, but won't get the fucking pedophiles on here?! There are people drawing porn of underage cartoon characters, but you come after me for reminders?! I wanna know who this asshole is that did that fucking shit. I haven't posted here in two days. You guys went too damn far!!!

Posted 6 years agoHey hey, its TJ. I'm letting you all know that starting now, the NSFW option for adoptables will no longer be 5$. It is being bumped up to 10$. The reason why this is, is because it takes a LOT of layers to make the bits. And for the males, its hard to draw the male bits.

Posted 7 years agoOkay people. I'm a little sick and tired of this shit. STOP RESELLING MY STUFF THAT YOU JUST BOUGHT A WEEK AGO. You are scamming me, and wasting YOUR money. Not only that, but your wasting my hard work! If you had the adopt for over a month, I can understand. But... This is just... I can't even. So. New rule. NO RESELLS under any circumstance. If I find out you resold the adopt, you WILL be blacklisted!
I'm getting tired.
Posted 7 years agoOkay, I'm getting a little tired of fakers coming up, and "claming" adopts. People, please, if you are going to buy something, and don't message me back in 2 days, i'm putting it back up. Fake accounts as well. Those get blacklisted. Just saying here folks.
Rules about Holding adopts!

When you ask me for a hold, please know I can hold up to a week. If you need more time, please tell me.
If you tell me to hold something for the third time to a EVEN later date than agreed on, then sorry, but the item must go back up. I will not waste time on someone who will NOT pay me.
If you need a week hold or so, I will ask for your paypal info so that I may send you an invoice.
If you ask about an adoptable, and ask me to hold, for a certain time, and you do NOT come back, I have every right to post back up the adopt, and sell it to someone else.

But, before you can adopt, you MUST abide by me rules of adoption! {Updated: 5/24/19}
1: You must be able to pay in 24-48 hours, unless spoken otherwise, or else, they go back up for adoption.
2: I CAN do holds. But only up for 3 days. I'm sorry.
3: Do NOT resell. No exceptions. NONE. I've seen too many people resell my adoptables after just 2-3 weeks of having it.
4: Only the owner of the adoptable MAY repost.
5. Don't belittle me over prices. The prices stay firm due to work made on it.
6. Once you have paid for your adoptable, you get the unwatermarked version.
7. Please LET me know once you've saved your file, so that I may get rid of the copies I have.
8. NO REFUNDS. (That is obvious, but JUST making sure.)
9. Don't steal any of the unsold adoptables. (They have watermarks on them)
10. I will treat you with respect, but you must give me the same.
11. NO HYPER EDITS OF AN ADOPTABLE. (If you want hyper, commission someone else.)
There! Plain and simple~ Just follow those, and you'll be fine~
