Adrian Solanos: A Shapeshifting Dragon-Porcupine.
Has multiple forms, but the most common is a Quetzalcoatl and Goo Form.
He relies mostly on his technology to get by through, along with his elemental powers of Earth and Sonic abilities.
Velteus: Adrian's best friend and companion since the First Galactic War. Being a Slimerian in modern society has been hard for Velteus to accept, with the help from Adrian he managed to blend perfectly into Society and having been rescued by him in the First Galactic War, he owes Adrian his life, and by doing so being his bodyguard.
Traxex A Drolf from Oakutarui III, particularly interested in the Republic's Capital, dreams of making it big, or will his darkside be the one that one that strikes and make him the most wanted in the Republic?

Whirpool-Milky Way Concordat
General | Posted 12 years ago"The Concordat stands here in Senate Halls of the Galactic Senate Building here in the Capital City of Republic, this document allowed the Galactic Republic free reign to patrol and protect the EarthGov's Systems in exchange, they'll provide our galaxy with tourism. This Concordat was signed in order to prevent an all out war between the Republic and the EarthGov."
-A Senate Tour Guide's rendition of the Whirlpool-Milky Way Concordat.
The Whirlpool-Milky Way Concordat was signed in 3600 AIW, During the Terium Regiment [1] 200 years before the Solanos Regiment came into Power.
During this time, the Xegars just infiltrated the Galaxy through the Uncharted Region, and had already began its slaughter of the many empires that lived in the Uncharted [2]. The Republic at the time after discovering a long lost Intelonian Artifact called the Portal they sought to rebuild it and restore it working condition, this was done over Tretris Oakutarui. Soon, after restoring it just before 3590 AIW, the Republic activated the ancient data stored inside the Portal, and instead of believing it will take them to Intelus, instead the Portal connected the Whirlpool Galaxy to the Milky Way using a compressed Wormhole/Darkmatter [3] technology. Able to cross vast galactic distances in just seconds, the Republic sought to use this opportunity and travel to where the Portal took them, in seconds they discovered the Intelonian Homeworld; Earth, as depicted in the Intelonian Tablets that were pulled from the ruins of their capital[4]. The Republic sent ambassadors to Earth to make contact and were greeted with hostile to negative emotions.
Soon the Republic tried its best to make peace and show that they weren't in any form of harm, their actions finally paid off and Earth boomed in its Technology Race after adopting some of the Whirlpool's tech. However the Peace would only last for 10 years, during a Proposition Event, Chancellor Terium wanted to propose for Earth to join the Republic in its newest expanse of the Milky Way Territory. The Event would've nailed the Republic's position in the Milky Way but a Brave Senator of the Eridanus System spoke up and persuaded the EarthGov to decline its assimilation into the Republic. This infuriated the Galactic Senate, in response a battle took place on Earth's Moon, where the Republic and EarthGov battled for almost 3 months before a peace settlement was struck.
The Galactic Senate Leader along with the Terium Royal Family joined the EarthGov's senators on Versallius in the Oakutarui Sector to sign the Whirlpool-Milky Way Concordat. This prevented a massive war between EarthGov and the Republic, the deal was, the Republic would protect and patrol the EarthGov's space in exchange EarthGov will provide the Whirlpool with Tourism and Commerce. Since then the Concordat flourished, many say it was this Concordat that sparked a massive golden Age for the Galaxy, but the peace wouldn't last long till the Xeno Wars started [5] and ended.

Slimeria was a tropical planet located in the Forbidden Territory, or what was once called the Uncharted Regions. It was home to the native slime creatures, Slimerians a living goo like species that lived in a tribal society. The planet orbits in an elliptical around a standard M-Class Star, its surface was considered to be unstable due to the tidal forces of its 2 moons. As of now Slimeria was frozen over during the Xeno Wars when Republic cryo-bombed the planet's surface to remove any Xegar Forces on the planet.
=Slimerian Society=
The tribal species known as the Slimerians are formless living goo creatures that were seperated base on the color of their goo, and were dominated by a specific mutated Slimerian. The Slimerians being tribal would go out and absorb anything if it was sentient and take its form without a trace of consent. However some Slimerians managed to gain some consent and knowledge that they were able to escape their homeworld and join in the more civilized Galaxy. Being Tribal, Slimerians had a trial when it came to of "form" A slimerian would leave the planet into the Civilized galaxy and absorb a person taking their form and returning to their homeworld. Those that get a taste of the civilized galaxy and gain sentience tend to never return, while others complete their trial.
=Xeno Wars and Extinction=
In the years leading to the Xeno Wars, the Uncharted Region was invaded by the Exo-galactic aliens Xegars in 3690 AIW, in their process of conquering the Uncharted, they slaughtered innocent empires that supposedly existed there and terraformed their worlds. Slimeria being right on the hyperspace route that lead to the Civilized Galaxy was a battleground, not just for the Slimerians but also later for the Republic and Oltanians during the Xeno Wars. The Slimerians sadly were easily overpowered by the Xegar's tech and were easily wiped off the face of the galaxy, their homeworld terraformed from a temperate world to a tropical world.
In the concluding years of the Xeno Wars (3710 AIW), The Republic along with the Oltanian, Drailkian charged headstrong into the Uncharted, cryo-bombing the many Xegar worlds since the Xegars were extremely weak against the cold, one of these worlds was Slimeria.
=Slimeria and the Last remaining=
Slimeria today remains frozen solid, the Cyrobombing left its surface uninhabited any Xegars or possible Slimerians that were on the surface remained trapped in a frozen stasis forever. Though despite almost 99% of the Slimerian Population was wiped off, a very small fraction of the species remained alive in the galaxy. These Slimerians manage to blend into society where they won't be reminded of their past. Today they are considered dangerous and are considered wanted in some Sectors of Space but these Slimerians are harmless.
Now Slimeria and her people are forgotten whether frozen solid or managed to vanish into the galactic Society while some believe there is more out there just waiting to strike.

Its nothing personal. Just need to get rid of old memories.
Also I am limiting myself to my RPs. I may never RP to a point again, but I need a rest, I'll still RP. BUT ONLY TO CERTAIN PEOPLE!!!!. Chatrooms, Guestchats, Groupchats, I am leaving most of those.
I need time to reconcile.
Those I like thank that stood by me, I personally thank so much.

Usurpers of the Core
General | Posted 12 years agoThe Usurpers of the Galactic Core were once citizens of the galaxy, people of all the territories. Till something inside them that made them leave the Civilized Space into the Core. For reasons of unknown they thought the Galaxy was full of imperfection and the only way they sough it was through Anarchy. Filled with the belief that the galaxy should be governed by its own citizens not through mass corporations or empires, the rogues colonized the Core Worlds of the Galaxy and formed the Usurpers.
At first beliefs of the Usurpers started off as ghost stories, told around the fire on planets that border the Core. Eventually tales of the Usurpers became more and more frequent. With attacks across the Republic and Aridian Territories. Soon it came into the eyes of the Galactic Senate when the new Chancellor; Chancellor Solanos and his family accepted the role from the previous Chancellor. The Galactic Senate issued Security Protocols to make sure the Core Borders of the Republic are guarded to prevent Usurpers from infiltrating the galaxy, sadly however the Usurpers were already inside the Civilized Galaxy even after the Republic's Act.
Now The Usurpers have blended themselves into the Galaxy. The paranoia of having a neighbor being an Usurper has sparked across the galaxy. With the Second Galactic War coming to a close, some believe the Usurper Wars are only beginning...

Phase Over: Back to Normal now
General | Posted 12 years agoOkay, my moody depressive self has finally passed over, since my birthday has finally passed, and I have to say everyone it went better than all the years combined. Thank you all for all my friends that stood by me and supported me despite my depressive state! With my birthday over I will be returning to normal which means this crazy random hyper dragon will be back to doing what crazy random hyper dragons do! So in all.
Im back to normal! Hooray for craziness and positive thinking!

Rise of the Usurpers!
General | Posted 12 years agoAs the galaxy continues to expand, their are troubling reports from the Galactic Core. Once thought to be an Intelonian Refuge, the Galactic Core has turned into a territory of its own. Thought not a defined territory to the eyes of the Galaxy but a territory of political power. We recieved reports of people rising up against their governments all across the Galactic Core, the Republic setting up barricades across its boundary near the Core to prevent mass uprising near the Core. The codes recieved from the Core, were these
"The Usurpers will rise again taking back the Galaxy back to its primal stages"

General | Posted 12 years agoFor those wondering why I haven't been working on requests, well in the past month or 2, I have been dealing with alot of crap in the Real Life, friends turns enemies, city troubles, drama of friends/family/neighbors/enemies, the occasional graduation party leaves you grid locked in your driveway and the usual hiatus of lethargic-ism or as many people call it on the internet "The Art Block". Its just real life, some internet matters also happened which also deprived more of my time. Now the summer finally here (winter for those down below), I will start to continue to work on these requests, sorry for the delays all but with the current issues decided to take the break and just draw on what I had on my mind. Again really sorry for that folks.
Now thats out of my system. I will start to work on these requests, for those that do have a request for me, please re-send the reference of the pic and make sure its a clear ref, not some fuzzy 10x10 picture (XD). Anyway besides that, Nyah!

Operation: Silent Water
During closing years of the Intergalactic War, the Oltanians after losing their flagship the Rage One, and their emperor in critical condition decided to stage one last front on the water world of Korus which at the time was recently captured by the Oltanians. They built space cannons on the surface to destroy any Republic Battleship from approaching the planet. Enslaving the populace and Republic troops there holding them for ransom. Facing these odds of a mass genocide, the Republic was forced to stall their attack force in the Oltanian Territory.
However the Republic Special Forces led by an un-named Battle Commander was sent to the water world by a registered Oltanian transport. In the stroke of the night rotation of the planet, the Special Forces team infiltrated the Korus capital city, and by the stroke of quick actions began to retake the city. When word got out of this sneak attack rebellions across the water world took place and the planet quickly fell back under Republic Control.
Though many have suggested that this was victory for the Republic, but the Oltanians had a different agenda, if they couldn't get Korus and its shipyards then no-one would. So just before the dawn rotation, the Oltanian Armada positioned themselves over the Korus Capital ready to commence the razing. However the Republic with the help of the Space cannons on the surface of the planet quickly destroyed the armada before any harm was done to the planet.
In the end Operation: Silent Water was a success, another triumph for the Republic. After war's end, the Space Cannons on the planet's surface were de-authorized and converted into statues, only 4 actually remain out of the total 26 initially installed on the surface. One in the Capital City War Museum in Sector 2, One in the Metro City Historical Museum and 2 on Korus' Surface, the cannons remained there and taken care of by the Republic Historical Societies as a reminder of the near Genocide that nearly happened if the Special Forces didn't intervene.

During closing years of the Intergalactic War, the Oltanians after losing their flagship the Rage One, and their emperor in critical condition decided to stage one last front on the water world of Korus which at the time was recently captured by the Oltanians. They built space cannons on the surface to destroy any Republic Battleship from approaching the planet. Enslaving the populace and Republic troops there holding them for ransom. Facing these odds of a mass genocide, the Republic was forced to stall their attack force in the Oltanian Territory.
However the Republic Special Forces led by an un-named Battle Commander was sent to the water world by a registered Oltanian transport. In the stroke of the night rotation of the planet, the Special Forces team infiltrated the Korus capital city, and by the stroke of quick actions began to retake the city. When word got out of this sneak attack rebellions across the water world took place and the planet quickly fell back under Republic Control.
Though many have suggested that this was victory for the Republic, but the Oltanians had a different agenda, if they couldn't get Korus and its shipyards then no-one would. So just before the dawn rotation, the Oltanian Armada positioned themselves over the Korus Capital ready to commence the razing. However the Republic with the help of the Space cannons on the surface of the planet quickly destroyed the armada before any harm was done to the planet.
In the end Operation: Silent Water was a success, another triumph for the Republic. After war's end, the Space Cannons on the planet's surface were de-authorized and converted into statues, only 4 actually remain out of the total 26 initially installed on the surface. One in the Capital City War Museum in Sector 2, One in the Metro City Historical Museum and 2 on Korus' Surface, the cannons remained there and taken care of by the Republic Historical Societies as a reminder of the near Genocide that nearly happened if the Special Forces didn't intervene.

The Corporate Trade Route or the CTR, or the West Republic Hyperlane, is a Hyperspace Lane that traverses the western edge of the Republic Terrtiory. Its mainly used for the Industrial sectros of the Galaxy and it is the only hyperlane that connects to the Drailkian Territory.
History
The Corporate Trade Route wasn't always called the CTR or the West Republic Hyperlane, it wasn't really founded or established till First Intergalactic War. Before the Corporate Trade Route was first called the West Arm of the Republic with only very few worlds along its route. It was the belief of "expanding westward" in the galaxy here the West Arm of the Republic was that opportunity. However that belief was cut short when the First Intergalactic War started and the galaxy went into Turmoil. However Chancellor Garreth the current Chancellor of the Republic at the time needed resources to help the Republic Navy against Oltanian Armada. So scouts were sent west along the West Arm past the Gullet and Torbin. They would however find what later be part of the CTR, scouts came back with reports of resource rich worlds, planets with renewable resources like Serpentorium[1] and Cgyur Gas [2] one of the key essential ingredients used in the Republic Navy. It was after the attack on Oakutarui that the Republic sent colony ships to occupy this new section of rich space. During the time of the First Intergalactic War this whole expanse of space became heavily industrialized all renewable resources used were sent help the Republic in the war, to help out in the trading and mining of these worlds, the Corporate Trade Route was founded expanding the West Arm from Torbin the CTR connects to Nursia; a jungle habitat world; and ends at Clentoi ; a desert farm world. However the Republic's creation of the Corporate Trade Route would later expand and meet a new Territory in the Galaxy, a Territory that is old as the Republic itself.

After the Corporate Trade Route was founded, the outlining colony worlds along the Territory Wall of the Republic began to report strange starships coming from beyond the Territory expanse. Though the Republic marked this as "Homeworld Sickness" due to many people seeking wealth and life in the newly expanded Republic began to hallucinate things that were commonly seen back on their homeworlds back in the Core of the Republic. However as more cases of "Homeworld Sickness"[3] began to develop, the Republic began to become more cautious on these reports. Reports began to center more on the territory wall and even outside the Territory. The Republic then sent out several scout ships beyond the Territory perimeter to scout what were these reports of "Homeworld Sickness". They come back to the Republic Core with reports of an entire new civilization a new empire that borders the Republic's. Soon Diplomats from the Republic were sent out to this new space to make in contact. Soon following the First Intergalactic War, the new Territory was called Drailkian named after its capital world. Slowly both Territories began to commence trade and industry, eventually the Drailkian Territory became part of the Galaxy with its beliefs and ideas shared across the galaxy.
The Corporate Trade Route now
The Corporate Trade Route serves as the most heavily industrialized hyperlane in the Galaxy. Here most of the Industrial worlds ranging from farming to industrial surface worlds are found. Though the infamous "Homeworld Sickness" still remains in the outlying worlds, it isn't as bad back when the Republic was still expanding. The CTR is considered the Life Blood of the Western Republic and also serves 45% of the Galaxy's economy.

One infamous case was a 34 year old family hallucinated that the planet Clentoi was a city surface due to their Capital City origin. The most common cure for Homeworld Sickness was a long rest or prescribed medication.

In the midst of the First Intergalactic War, the Oltanians managed to break into the Founder's Triangle of the Galactic Republic. They positioned themselves over Tretris but instead of bombarding the Capital, the Oltanians instead bombarded the world of Meridum, the largest moon of Tretris. The Oltanians bombarded its surface, glassing its surface till enough damage was done. While many people of Meridum survived the glassing, what happened next ended its life as we know it. Its atmosphere evaporated and without the atmosphere everyone that survived the bombarded died quickly.
Around 2788 BIW, The Republic manages to create a stalemate line at its upper boarders where the soon be Aridian Territory and Republic Territory met. The Oltanians using an ancient Koruscian Trade Route managed to sneak its way past the stalemate line and into the Republic Core Worlds. Sensors from Novalis picked up a massive Oltanian Fleet approaching their way, so the Republic fearing a similar event from the System Wars, sent the 1st Fleet Regiment to protect Novalis. However the Oltanian Fleet did a sudden turn and this time appeared directly over Tretris Oakutarui. Immediately when signs of the Oltanian Fleet appeared over the Capital, massive evacuations and run for covers immediately happened, While the Navy prepared itself to defend the Homeworld with all their might. However the Oltanians didn't want to attack Tretris, they had sights on another target.
==The Day the Galaxy stood still==
As the Oltanian fleet floated above Tretris's Orbit they aimed their cannons but not at the planet, they instead fired on Meridum, a Moon of Tretris and one of the only habitable moons of the planet. Everyone on the surface of Tretris watched in horror as the Oltanians bombarded Meridum's surface impact after impact, explosion to explosion, everyone watched as they just bombarded the moons surface. Though the Oltanians were focusing on random spots they just wanted to deal enough damage to burn an image into the Republic's Eyes. By the time the Republic 1st Regiment arrived the Oltanians quickly dispersed leaving Meridum a burning wasteland.
Those that survived the bombardment would only live for a few minutes, as the bombardment litearlly stripped Meridum of it atmosphere. And those that managed to survived died instantly without an atmosphere to support them.

Using this as rally point, the Republic utilized its Navy and began to push its forces into Oltanian occupied space inside the Main Galaxy. During that, relief and rescue workers were sent to Meridum to hope find surviors, but what they saw was just a living nightmare. They saw empty cities or destroyed metropolitans littered with impact craters. Even saw bodies of people some holding their necks due to the lack of oxygen. They declared Meridum a lost world, however it didn't stop the Republic from beginning its restoration efforts till after the War ended.
