Alright, as most of you know, I've been looking for a couple people to room with for Anthrocon. Well, seeing as right now, 2 of the hotels are sold out, another one is 92% full, and the last two are at 73% and 78%, I'm not going to be able to go. This is because even if I were able to sell my legos for my asking price of $250, I'd still only have $410 for registration, hotel fees, gas money, food, and a little spending cash. Seeing as how I don't have any commission-worthy skills and I'm not going to freeload and ask for donations, I'm not gonna make it this year.

Oh well, there's always 2015, when I'll be done all my Navy training and actually have some time to spare!

Alright, so here's the deal. My stepdad won't let me go to Anthrocon until I've shown him 2 things:
That I have at least 1 roommate
That I have a financial plan going from the time I leave the house until the time I return home

Unfortunately, I can't really come up with a financial plan until I know who I'm rooming with, what the travel conditions are (carpooling, driving myself, etc), room payments, etc.

Luckily, I've still got quite a while until "crunch time", so there's not really a hurry. All I can say right now is this:
If I'm able to go and I'm rooming with you, we could take my Jeep up. It seats 5 and has enough space in back to hold a couple fursuits. The main thing with that would be gas. I'm not going to enforce it, but I'd ask that if someone ends up riding with me, that they put a up a little bit for fuel. So, anyone going that needs a roommate, I'm open!

My 19th birthday is on Sunday and I can't wait for it! I'm using my diet's monthly "Cheat Day" for it. Gonna have a burger, wings, and some cake!

Alright, this is embarrassing to post, but I'm not so sure if I'm completely straight. I've got hardcore Christian mother and stepfather (Who's also majorly homophobic) and an old fashioned (Read: Born in the 1950's) dad.
