I've been having a rough few weeks and I'm at kind of a breaking point so I figured I could see if reaching out to the community might be a good idea.
Art feels stressful and like it's just not good enough, I'm not sure if I just don't stand out or don't post enough but I feel like there's no real traction and it's just not interesting.
Been considering just giving up and finding a normal job somewhere in the field that maybe would take me in since I feel like I have no real possibility of doing something like graphic design for games.
Might also be a good idea to get back on meds because despite being on T and my mood in general feeling a tad better, I still feel badly depressed and the slow creeping in of age and the fact that I'm still alone irl is kind of weighing in on me. I'm still probably years away from being able to get top surgery, and then not even mentioning the rest.
Normally I don't really want to make posts like this because I don't want people to have to read through depressive posts or pity me for feeling like this.
I don't know, I'm just rambling cause I feel lonely. Sorry


What do you think I could change about my art to make it feel more interesting and engaging?
Should I post on twitter too to maybe get more people potentially interested?
Do you feel like maybe my prices are just too high for the end product?

Might be a long journal out of nowhere because I'm quite stressed and I will have to talk about it at one point or another.

I'm not exactly open about it online or talk about it often but I'm going through medical transition.
I've been trying to put it into motion for past several years and as of current date I'm writing this journal on I've been about 6 months on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
My changes are gradual but that itself is not the problem, I am more than grateful and thankful for being able to afford all of this now thanks to the a bunch of you who order from me and help me along the lines to continue the process. Currently the biggest hurdle is all the legal paper work I have to deal with due to my country's of residence laws on transitional care (that being, little to none). In order for me to have my legal gender changed to one that I identify with, I have to go through a lengthy legal process in which I have to essentially take my own parents to court and "sue" them for "applying" the wrong gender to me at birth. The nonsensical nature of it aside, the whole ordeal is fairly costly in case I didn't have to pay out of pocket for not just my medication but also every visit to whichever doctor at that time I have to visit, my blood work and so on.

Because of that soon-ish I will have to open a fund for it, with me obviously making art in exchange.
The entire thing leaves me quite stressed and defeated considering how long it has taken me to even get my diagnosis and lately, hormone therapy - it does not at all excite me to have to indulge in law language I can barely understand just for the ability to live normally like every other person can without having to.. well, prove their existence as legitimate.

I also apologize for taking my sweet time with work.
I'm trying to kick myself to get to work quicker rather than slugging along.
