I’ve used Razer products for a number of years.
While they are nice they seem to have problems with the scroll wheels giving up the ghost.

Dragon Ball was the first anime I had ever seen, and I didn’t even know what Anime was at the time.
Goku was my introduction non-western animation.

The Teal Mask [mild spoilers]
General | Posted 2 years ago So, got through the Teal Mask DLC for Pokémon SV. Gotta say that was damn fun and very entertaining. The story is fun and the NPCs are a riot, specially Carmine.
It’s not a long story, if you buckle down to get through it you could portably mow through it in a day. Specially if you’re using your main team from the before the DLC that’s probably OP at lvl 100.
I took some time to build a new team out of majorly returning Pokémon, keeping only one lvl 100 on my team as my ace just in case things got hairy, and it was blast, battles took a bit longer and I actually experienced a fair number of near defeats as well as a couple of outright defeats.
Carmine is an absolute delight of a character, she’s kind of like Nemona 2.0, and I hope to see the two interact with the next half of the DLC. She’s a battle junky, maybe not exactly on Nemona’s level, but she’s also intense in a really fun way. Her character also further makes me feel that Pokémon is getting to a point where it would benefit from having voice acting.
The game still has optimization issues, specially when the switch is in docked mode. Though docking to a monitor rather than a tv might alleviate some of that issue, maybe, something to test out I think.
The loyal 3 are fun too, one of them is I think the first poison/fairy type that we’ve gotten so far, which is pretty cool.
And Ogerpon is adorable and hits pretty damn hard.
There is a group of trainers spread throughout that are competitively built with EVs, IVs, held items, not sure on HAs but wouldn’t shock me.
Teal Mask content was very fun and I’m looking forward to the Indigo Disk in the winter.

For those that may not know, Kevin Conroy was the Batman to Mark Hamil’s Joker.
Friggin sucks I tell you.

General | Posted 3 years agoso I’ve had my Pokémon Trainer OC Fae Wynnd since Gen 6 [XY].
Since then I’ve done so updates on her here and there, further developing her as a character. She even went goth for a year or so.
Fae’s original region was Kalos, which is based on France. I feel like I want to try and give her a French accent. Maybe just a mild accent, mix in some French words and phrases in with her speech pattern and see how it goes from there.
Time will tell to see if I succeed or fail in this endeavour, but I think it would fit her really well if I can pull it off.
Just felt like sharing my thoughts on this.
I know I don’t do a lot of journals so I’m not sure if anyone will even read this lol. Reminder on MyMei

Uploading has Begun

Going through some of Mysha’s past first and building back up to where the characters are currently.
Managed to get a decent amount up last night.

General | Posted 4 years agoso I finally got a copy of Legends of Arkoos on the 3rd, got to play on the weekend.
Mild spoilers in way of some game mechanics and stuff, I’ll try not to touch any plot stuff.
Holy hell is that game fun, I find it really hard to put the game down. I spent like a solid 2 days playing it almost nonstop and I’ve only got like the 1st “gym” done.
it’s actually got crafting, you make your own supplies.
Graphics are good, but not on like the higher end. But the game runs pretty smooth, like they prioritized performance over polish.
More expressiveness out of both NPCs and the PC, not super more, they still use the Pokémon world styled sprites. But it’s definitely more.
Different sizes for Pokémon, I realize they did this in Lets GO too, but still, it’s a thing we’re seeing again, and the Alphas, damn they’re huge. Managed to catch myself 3.
Some Pokémon are docile and will run from you, some will chase you and fight you. Not just your Pokémon, YOU, some will attack then run away.
There is character customization, different outfits you can buy and wear, but the default outfit is so awesome and it fits the motif so well that I haven’t wanted to change it.
I could go on, but I’ll keep it at this, if this is going to be the future of Pokémon, I eagerly await more. Singal boost

Mysha and Meiko moving
General | Posted 4 years agoI had been considering for a while about making a new page, one that can focus on Mysha and Meiko and let my other characters shine here. Been talking it over with Lemoncore a fair bit too, she does co-own the Fubuki family with me and she has put in a lot of effort into Mysha’s growth as well.
We’ve decided to do it
is going to be their new home. We will be re-uploading things there, cleaning up the timeline as we do so, this is where new pieces will go of them as well.
We’ll likely start uploading sometime next month.

General | Posted 4 years ago So I learned something new while playing BDSP, they added a function to the Dex where you can see how the height of a pokemon fits next to your trainer.
Up until this point, I had assumed that four-legged/quadruped pokemon were measured at the height of their shoulders like regular animals. A reasonable assumption for sure, makes sense right?
I've learned that's not always the case.
Luxray for example, their average height of 4'7" includes the head

General | Posted 4 years agoSince Mysha was created my gallery has become pretty centric around her and her life. Meiko now as well with her introduction.
Outside of Fae and Zhu on occasion, my other characters don’t really see any usage anymore.
For a while now I’ve contemplated making an alternate page just for Mysha and Meiko.
It could be a LOT of re-uploading to do, depending on how far I decide to go back, but It would give me the opportunity to straighten up the timeline.
Not 100% sure if I will do this, depends on how ambitious I feel I guess. But I felt like sharing my thoughts on this
