So here we go:
Full color and background image $20
Colored character, no background $15
Line art only $10
Sketch only $5
For any character over 1 it will be an additional 3 dollars each.
Currently I am accepting Postal (again, POSTAL) money order only. You would not BELIEVE the hassle I went through the cash a bank money order x_x

Why Gay Marriage is Wrong! (Many people have posted this)
Posted 18 years ago1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.
2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.
3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.
5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.
6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.
7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.
8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.
9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.
10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.

This time the theme is "The Joke's On You!"
Rules:
1. You must capture (through any medium) the theme of this contest.
2. You must send me a note with a link when your done.
3. It MUST be suitable for DeviantArt or FurAffinity and submitted to one of those two (my DA name is cailiosa also)
4.I reserve the right to refuse an entry for any reason at all.
I have a absolute 0 tolerance policy on art theft and neglect to give credit for character usage.
5. All entries must be original and made for this contest. A description saying it is for this contest is NOT necessary, but wanted.
5. It MUST be turned in by June 1st. Lots of time guys.
Winner gets:
1st: A request for both me and my husband
budace and prints of both requests sent to you.
2nd: A request from me, in color. No prints.
3rd: A request from me, sketched.
Other things to note:
The winner will be graded on EFFORT, CREATIVITY, and APPROPRIATENESS.
I try to steer away from quality because we are not all on the same path in our art walk. However if you didn't even bother to color it, or I know you could have done better, or anything like that, points will be taken off.

Out of no where this girl (that I never liked from the beginning) sends me a note that reads:

Chainsaw Massacre Cut Down
Posted 19 years agoSooo I went to go see the latest chainsaw massacre movie...
Well here is my overall review:
1/10
I HATED it. I will grant you all I'm not a huge horror for the sake of horror movie fan, but I have watched a few horror movies and have enjoyed at least one of them.
The biggest reason why I hated it is there was no plot and hardly any diologue.
Ok ok, also granted this is a horror movie and I shouldn't expect much plot or riveting dialogue to grip my psychological taste buds, but REALLY, there should be SOMETHING.
Kids go to deserted town.
Kids get captured.
Kids die.
HA I JUST RUINED THE WHOLE MOVIE.
A GOOD bloody horror will also have a break during extremely intense moments to give the audience a breather. In so doing the audience will become ready for more violence. This movie had none.
Take Hostel for example (Hostel is a GREAT movie), after an extremely intense moment where one of the people escape he finds himself in a room and dresses like he is one of the customers. There he finds another customer, and the diolgue is hillarious (given the circumstances).
After this, there was more intensity.
Perfect! I got a laugh and the movie was better for it.
Chainsaw Massacre was more predictable than White Noise (Another really crappy movie).
Oh, he died. Oh she died... oh he's in the back seat... BIG SURPRISE THERE.
I knew when they were all going to die and how, which ripped any sense of fear out of the whole backbone of the movie.
But really, in the end, there wasn't alot of good violence EITHER.
The camera would turn away.. and then blood would spurt everywhere. But would you really get to see the body? No...
The few times you DID see that kind of graphic violence the camera was shaking as badly as Blair Witch Project (another semi-crappy movie)
I'm not sure if the bubbling nausia in my stomach was from the violence, motion sickness from a jostling camera, or just because this movie was so crappy my stomach couldn't take it.
If you like brain numbingly booring semi gorey movies, then you'll love this. If not, save your money for something good.

Posted 19 years agoSo yeah, I've been posting about how crappy life has been, and yes, it got crappier. BUT!!! Honeymoon Akon is here!!! We leave today!!! And Budace's surgery is over and he's fine, so thats good!
Really all thats left of that fiasco is follow up visits and haggling with the business department ^_^
I also tied for first in DrOfDemonology's contest (DeviantArt)!!!!!! AHH XD
That makes me incredibly happy.
So maybe things are looking up =) God I hope so!

Busy Busy Busy and more shit
Posted 19 years agoTo add to my last journal a guy hit my car today while we were at the hospital!! Apparently he parked his manual without putting on the parking break. Eventually it rolled into the back of my pickup. On the bright side, though, my truck only got like a 4 inch wide dent in the bumper...
I just can't believe this has been added to my life of WTF =)
I'm keeping in good humor though...
Oh yeah, and we got the xrays. We can't see a break anywhere in trevors thumb.

Busy Busy Busy

Most of you know Trevor fell out of a parked pick up truck... hit head head, foot, knee, and thumb... but overall he only hurt his thumb, which is sadly broken.
The docs say he needs surgery, or else it won't heal... but he can move it now! And they have suspiciously been avoiding showing us the xrays...
so we're going to ask for our own copies tommarow.. then decide if he needs it.
Akon is right around the corner!!!! SOOOO EXCITED!!!!
My little cousin is staying for a couple of weeks after the honeymoon though.
And lastly, I've decided to start my own business.
I want to start a photography business where I go to you and take pictures. I'll have a few suggestions for people who don't know what they want...
but the plus side is my pictures will be pretty cheap!
Hopefully I'll be able to affored a black room before long.
Sorry I probably won't have any art till after the convention.
