I'm starting to design a AD character, and I already want to turn it into a fursuit. Ugh, why do I have no money. OTL

It seems like after every con I get extremely depressed about my fursuit...
Everyone else has really great fursuits, but mine seems to have a lot of problems. I feel ugly and broken around other fursuiters.

Since Rainfurrest back in September, I put Cake away and just let her collect dust on the shelf... I never even looked at her because I was so upset about the tiny things wrong with her.

But tonight, I took her down and looked at that big derpy saber face and my heart melted just as it did the first day I received her in the mail. How could I hate such a big part of myself? Sure, there are small flaws but she's still the most adorable saber to me!!

That being said, I really want to take her out for another spin around town!!

Gosh everything is like a big blur right now.

I arrived on Thursday, attended opening ceremony. Then ????? lol

On Friday I tried to attend some panels and they were fine but they were kind of boring imo.

On Saturday I did the fursuit parade and rested in the hotel and missed the panel I actually wanted to go to but oh well. Also missed the dance. Then went to the talent show and watched the performances. gotta say everyone LOVED pepper coyote, and yeah he was great. but my personal fave was the violin act.

Sunday I was in the fursuit games! IT WAS GREAT.

And through the whole con lots of ppl took pics of me it was awesome.

well i lost my job because i was screwing with my phone. that's twice this year i got into trouble because of my phone haha. i should probably have learned my lesson by now.

but i wanted out of that job so bad, it made me cry so many times.. so maybe this is a good thing.

What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
I don't really remember, even though I made Cake not so long ago. I remember wanting a feline because like most felines I'm sort of a solitary being. I like long naps, I don't like being touched, large groups are uncomfortable, and make me mad and I'll claw your eyeballs out. As for a Sabertooth/Caracal though.. I went with it because I decided Sabertooth's are fat and mean, and caracal's are small and they have really big ears which is something I like.


Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
Cake is exactly like me, except the "true" me. Like my inner thoughts and wants reflected onto her. She is what I want to be but can't be. Adorable, sexy, psychopathic murderer.

Pretty much except without any holding back.

Yep.

Uhh, no. I don't use her in stories or roleplays or anything so I don't see why she'd need a back story. Cake just represents who I am on the inside.

I don't know. I parted with fursona's I've attempted in the past. But I really like Cake so I don't think I'll be saying good bye for a while.

I sort of have but I usually prefer not to. It gets kind of weird.

McDonalds with friends..

Rainfurrest was a blast! I was only there for Saturday and Sunday but I still had a lot of fun. I was suiting most of the time and following Kryss around (who was dressed as a spice trader pirate) I didn't get to go to many events since I am short and blind as a bat in my suit also I suffer from crIPpLING shyness. I'm going to apologize to everyone who might have seen me and wanted to interact with me but got weird and un-amusing responses out of me. It was my first time suiting and I'm still working on my body language and character quirks!

I wish I could have gotten over my shyness and do more. Oh well, there is always next year! I got to meet some suiters I admired from afar such as Flinch and Blue Mountain Fox. Met them in the headless lounge while I was sweating and trying to wash my armpits hahahaha. I got so many compliments on my suit and so many hugs it was awesome! Sorry if I jabbed any of you with my ears or my teeth XD;;

Although I did have fun there were also the bad things like my friend being shouted at in the elevator over making a simple joke. Can you believe this person threaten to beat up a pregnant woman over saying two measly little words? I won't get too much in to detail but I'll just say that THIS PERSON WAS PSYCHO.

Also Kyrss got really sick last night and we were all really worried about her. :(
She's better now though, thank goodness.

Ahh, still wish I did more other than wander around and play video games xDD uhh... WELL that concludes my journal I think? ok bye. C:

I FINALLY GOT MY FURSUIT!!!
They waited like 2 weeks to deliver it but IT WAS WORTH IT! My fluffy baby angel Cake finally came!! SO MUCH FLUFF.
