Species: Unknown, but very similar to humans. More details in description below characteristics
Hair: Rusty Red usually high and tight, but when grown out, medium dense curl.
Eyes: Brown with gold flecks. Requires corrective glasses. Nearsighted.
Height/Weight: 6'2", ~190lbs. Medium muscle build, athletic.
Other: Uses technology and "magic" interchangeably. Split-tip tawny tail augmentation. Prehensile, short fur, one tip opens for multi-use tools, other is an oxygen torch, acts as a mana battery, also detachable.Left forearm bones replaced with interstellar communication rig and mana battery.
Background: Also known as the Damned Blacksmith. Has traveled through Hell twice, and walked out with familiars both times. Basically the strength of a greater diety as it took a lesser God and two titans combined strength to merely imprison him. Does not think high and mighty of himself, but can be arrogant at times. Physically nearly identical to humans, but can forcibly shift into a Saber-morph to full feral if required. Retains the ability to speak, but as the body changes, the more his voice rumbles. Large amount of amnesia due to imprisonment of memories by the lesser god, and titans. However, retained all skills learned in travels(I will be writing about these don't you worry).

Busier than ever with training, but I am around on the weekends. Turning 21 soon so that should be fun.

My Navy career does take precedence for the next few years of my life, but I do plan on being a true blacksmith afterward. I will be working at a civilian reactor after I decide to leave the service.

I have been working on a project that has eaten my time between work, house chores, and sleep. I will update you guys when I have some results.

Okay, so I found a piece I worked on for English as my Final. I was interested in finding out how many wanted to read it as I expand upon it.
First few chapters are done so I do have some backlog built up. I did have to end it rather abruptly as I ran out of time to fill out the story line.

It is told from the first person point of view most of the time.

Ok, so I have talked to some other metal workers, and most have the idea that Steel, and Aluminum have the same aspect ratio. They do not. A 16ga 3/8" ID Aluminum ring has an AR of 6 right? Steel, for the same wire size and ID, has an AR of 6.1. What does this mean? Trying to make Dragonscale out of steel requires you bump up the larger ring to make it more flexible or it will stay as a stiff sheet that doesn't have any flex. How do I know this? I have tried already. Trust me... AR of 6.1, and 4.2 don't mix when trying to make DS.

Almost forgot to mention one tiny detail... I hand bend, cut, and file all my steel. There is variation even in the same sized rings.

I am now a member of the United States Navy. Swore my oath of service yesterday at 1230 hours. Finally shipping out of here June 18, 2013.

Okay for those who actually watch/care about what I do, I am going back to MEPS today. Gone for the next 30 hours or so. Finally getting a job where I am challenged every day. However, it will be a daily challenge waiting on my ship date.

Today and tomorrow I will be out of town. Saturday and Sunday I will be back on nights.

Things are finally looking up for once after a full year. This time, I am in control.

Ok, so I decided to sleep without my ward-necklace. Basically it is a simple necklace that is a cross. Like this but with quite a lot of the enameling stripped off. Before, when I was wearing my necklace, I rarely dreamed. Went without it for "last night" (A few hours ago as of this journal) and my dreams were... intense to say the least. vivid detail, but nothing pornographic.

These are the results I was looking to find. The necklace acts as a sort of insulation against the spiritual world. It doesn't completely stop me from feeling it, but it makes it less intense. Yes, I am a medium. Tell me to get medicated or get psychiatric help and I WILL ban you. I have learned over the years that there is absolutely nothing wrong with me physically, or chemically.

THAT is how you get good. Lots of practice, and multiple ranges.

I once got so damned good with a 21 lbs compound designed for children, as I was a child when I got it, that I hit an orange at 21 or so yards away. Puny bow is now dwarfed by the '09 Diamond Razor Edge.
Wicked bow when I am accurate, but as I have moved to a quick release, instead of a finger tab, I need to get practicing again.

Ok, so I wrecked my first car.... But now I am getting an El Camino fixed up, and it is awesome. The engine, and transmission worry me though. They were rifled through by a automotive shop known to mess things up. --__-- Luckily though my stepfather is a mechanic who knows much more than them.

I don't know why I am even writing this journal. Probably because I can express my self through words better than I can through metal, pen and paper, or overall crafting. How does one even personify a wanting, or longing for someone to be with, and protect? I have never actually felt like this before. Even though the words are coming to me it is still difficult to explain. My close friends would describe me as loyal, sarcastic, and decent to be around, whenever I am not furious of course. It is difficult to control this, as I have with my other emotions. I don't bottle them intentionally, but some... Maybe that is where this is coming from. A repressed feeling of being needed, or loved by someone other than my family. I even consider my close friends as family. All the girls I meet are either in a relationship, or are completely disinterested in me. This feeling is almost like a physical, and emotional drive for someone. I really don't like not being in control of my feelings...

While at work today I figured out how the military could make rifle sized M.A.C. guns for First Recon units. Building a model for my fursona, and an actual version for myself out of non-military grade cardboard. It will be a fully functioning model as far as the components are concerned, but will not fire any rounds as the miniaturization of energy sources has not progressed far enough. Too bad Tony Stark doesn't exist but in Marvel Comics, and movies...

On another note I can now make dragonscale items in the correct size with steel! Picked up the stuff today on my way home.
