So I was given permission a bit ago to reupload everything but was putting it off, because they took too long to get back to me on my ticket and as a result they couldn't restore things and I had to reupload them all manually... So I got all of them reuploaded except one piece

Also have three stories done in editing that I'm trying to finish edits and get uploaded. This year has not been fun health wise and I haven't gotten things done I apologize. I doubt I get all thirteen tales up in time for Haloween but hoping to at least finish them before the year ends.

I've been... a bit reluctant to talk about this because I don't know what to say. I never got to know Neer or even really learn about them. To me they were always some vague far off very important person that didn't run in the same kind of circles as someone like me. I felt... Unqualified to talk about them at all since I don't know much about them.

But... Like the majority of the furry fandom and every single person on this site, my life was shaped by their actions. Back before I was on FA I was on dA and well, let's just say there wasn't a lot of engagement there for me. It took some time when I started posting my stories on here, but people started to look at them, and that warm fuzzy feeling of having interaction with my work kept me going. And let me state right now, every person who has ever left a comment on my work (except for troll comments) I have read it and you have no idea how much it meant to me, and motivated me to keep improving and keep turning out stories.

And that's the part right there. This was possible because of FA, because of Dragoneer. Without them I never would have had a chance, I never would have gotten my work recognized and probably would have gotten depressed and given up. I would have given up the biggest passion in my life. I never would have gotten my first book out, I'd not have written a thousand stories, I'd probably just be miserable in some corner of my own that no one ever saw.

So... I'm very thankful for Dragoneer. I'm thankful they gave us FA and a place for all of us to come together and work on own crafts, or just to socialize with others and show appreciation.


There's also a second reason I've been hesitant to speak up. The way they died is a total nightmare situation, screwed over by the American Health Care situation, and I can't help but draw parallels to my own situation. I've had a migraine nonstop for over three years. The pain varies each day but I spend a lot of time in bed hiding from light just waiting for the pain to go down. I've been to so many doctors and done so many tests and we have no clue what the cause is. And, I'm not even sure if any of the doctors care about finding a cause because they make more money if I keep seeing them for more tests and painkiller prescriptions.

Basically... The thought has crossed my head that I could be dying, and no one is giving me the right diagnosis because that's what is better for them. Now, let me state I don't think that's what's happening. As much as it might feel like it some days, I don't think I'm dying. It's just scary. And then while dealing with that hear a story about someone dying while being unable to get a diagnosis because our healthcare system in America is garbage and exists to make money not to actually help people who are sick. It's not hard to imagine the same thing will happen to me, and so when I think about Dragoneer a bit of panic begins to rise in me.



But... I can't just be silent. Considering how much I owe to FA and Dragoneer, it's only right I take a moment to think about and honor someone who has given our community so much. Thank you for everything Dragoneer. I don't know if there's anything after death, but I hope there is, and I hope you are somewhere, getting to enjoy your existence without pain or medical issues. If nothing else, you will always be immortal here. The fandom will never forget you, and you'll live on in all of our hearts and memories. Thank you.

Now writing status. Headaches aren't as intense lately but they're still omnipresent and I've gotten a lot of really bad pain spikes. In addition I can't seem to take my ADD medicine without hurting my throat and risking higher pain spikes... So not doing well. I've been working on the current story for Switch City for over two months now and progress is slow. That one is a Patreon exclusive so will only be available on Patreon for $1 and up supporters when it does come out. After that will try to get some of the stories that are done edited so they can be uploaded to all galleries.

Patreon is frozen again due to not making enough progress to justify having it open, especially since each month adds a bunch of things to my queue. Anyway, you have all been more patient than I could ever have had the right to request. And I thank you. Health issues suck. Kids, don't get old. It's not great. Seeing neurologist this week and likely going on shots again. While no specific treatment has worked so far, a lot have caused improvements but not gotten rid of the daily migraines. So, we're hoping if we combine some things that address different causes it might finally do the job. There's some kind of pinched nerve in the back of my head, plus genetic disposition for frequent migraines (and had them all my life just didn't use to be every single day) and stress/anxiety cause of my dumb autistic traumatized brain and some other things I don't fully understand but yeah it seems like all of it just wound up being too much and exploded my two or three times a month migraines to every single zod danged day without exception. I really hope this new change in medications coming up later this week fixes it and lets me finally get back to doing what I love. Because a kitten who doesn't get to stretch his creative muscles is a very sad kitten. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this and check up on me. It's not all doom and gloom. My cats like to keep my company on days I'm stuck in bed hiding, and they're very sweet helping to keep my mood lifted... And steal my food... And defile my water glass. Cause... You know. Cats. XD

So I usually say I don't need money but I've had a minor chair based emergency. Long story short my insurance just went up by $300 a month because you know Florida is such a great state. And then my office chair broke so I've got nothing but a really uncomfortable folding chair to sit in and try to work.

This is normally the part where I'd announce some kind of special commission drive to raise money for a new chair. But, since I haven't finished patreon rewards yet I can't quite do this. So... I will survive with a folding chair and buy a really cheap chair if I need to, but it would be nice to have a real chair that doesn't destroy my back to help with things. So, I guess small donation drive but can't offer any rewards for anyone who wants to help me with my chair problems.

As always I want to stress I'm not going to die anything if I can't afford this. I'll make do. Patreon is still paused. Was starting to get better and got a decent amount of stories done near the end of the year, then started to get worse again. It's a yoyo at this point. I think I'm starting to get better, but before I can open again want to make sure I'm going to stay better and also that I have enough past due stories done that I can get the entire workload done, so not opening yet. We'll see if I improve more this month and can get enough writing done to reopen in February. Could definitely use it with all the vet bills. Puck has a heart condition.

Reminder, I am not in desperate need of money. There is like a 90% chance if I get any Kofi donations this month that I'm just going to use it to buy Balduer's Gate III to try to focus on something when my brain hurts to distract from the hurting. Officially June 1st where I live making it my birthday, so I guess good as time as ever to post an update.

Health issues are... still a thing, and actually even worse now, which is why there's been so little activity. I have two stories done at least I need to get them upload ready, and then got a third one started and a prompt ready for the fourth just... Trying to freaking find days where I can work. Spent the last few days bedridden, has not been fun... But getting sick on top of having the migraines made them even worse and I stopped sleeping because the pain was so bad it kept waking me up. Finally slept for the first time in days and I'm doing... A bit better. I'm in pain and need more sleep but getting one night of sleep at least did substantially increase the amount of pain I was in.

I want to get things done... They think the migraines might actually be a sleep related disorder and I've been recommended for a sleep study and... am now waiting on the sleep study place to be able to get me in which is where I've been for... I want to say two months now? So I will probably call on that again and just get shrugged at again sometime this week or next because yeah.

I really just want the pain to stop so I can get back to writing. Last time I was able to write a few days ago I got only about a hundred words down before I became violently sick and threw up a little. Things are not great.

I'm... going to keep trying... Doing what I can to get better. I'm really hoping the pain at least decreases enough for me to be able to focus more and get writing done cause I know I owe a lot of patreon rewards, and I also have ideas and I just really miss telling you all stories. Like... I'm a storyteller. I need to tell stories. I start to mentally break down when I'm not telling stories. It's like a freaking addiction and the fact I haven't been able to do it properly IS DRIVING ME INSANE.

So hopefully they eventually get me in for this sleep study soon... If they don't... Going to go traveling and try to get admitted to a some super special clinic that apparently has like better technology and stuff than normal neurologist clinics and might be able to find the issue there. So anyway... We have good news for the first time in awhile. The constant migraines are starting to become less omnipresent and the average intensity has gone down. I've even had some days where I didn't have a headache at all for a few hours. I may not be at 100%, but I think I've sat around feeling like garbage for more than a long enough time so it's back to work. I can't say how fast I'll be cause I still get really bad ones sometimes that can last for days, but I'm really hoping to soon be back up to my regular posting speed. Working on getting everything out that's owed and then after I'm all caught up will unpause patreon.


I also am backed up on pictures to upload. Stuff as far as back as from Megaplex last August. Just, it's hard to explain just really how bad I felt to the point that even trying to upload pictures was a painful process. I've got quite a few of them with so many months having passed since I uploaded anything. And last time I did an upload I hadn't uploaded stuff. I already uploaded one batch, and after each new story upload I'll upload a new batch. Got some fun new comics, some shrinking, some age regression and of course always some transformation.

First off, let me preface this with I am fine financially, and do not need any assistance paying for stuff. Me and the kitten wife have an HSA that we have had the foresight to put quite a bit of money into that. So all my treatments are paid for.

Now then, you may have noticed 13 Tales and stories in general are coming out way slower. Basically, I've been suffering really, really bad debilitating headaches, sometimes to the point I can only lay there and wish I was dead. (Note am not going to actually kill self)

Tried a couple different treatments nothing worked, been seeing neurologist and had an MRI done. Good news, I'm not dying. No tumors, brain damage or diseases. Bad news, I'm pretty much just going to suffer from chronic headaches for the rest of my life. This is not... Exceptionally surprising, I've dealt with them my entire life, it's just it's gone from once or twice a week to every single freaking day.

So the good news. After the MRI, as of today we have a treatment plan that will actually work. I get to inject myself in the leg every month with a giant freaking serum needle like I'm in a cyberpunk setting and injecting a stimpack or TF serum.

Bad news. It takes two months for this treatment to become effective. So... I'm gonna be in pain for a solid two months straight more.

Some good news, they said the pain might become less severe before it becomes completely effective. But anyway... Writing has been really hard while my head hurts like heck. Hints the pausing patreon for two months and being so slow with 13 Tales.


So let me be clear.

13 Tales will be finished. I know longer know if I can finish them before October 31st but come heaven or heck I will get all 13 done and posted. Patreon will likely start up again in November (unless I have too many tales left to finish) and I may pause in December depending how fast I work in November. Basically, we're playing a lot of things by ear based on how much pain I'm in over the next tow months and how fast I can force myself to work through the pain.


I want to thank everyone for being patient. Everyone has been extremely supportive as I've been dealing with this. And trust me, no one wants this problem to stop existing faster than me.

So I started a guild in SWTOR, because I'm not happy unless I turn every hobby into a second a job.

Guild is on Star Forge Server, light sided guild on sith empire side. Storyline below. Meant to be a light RP/casual content guild. Like we'll run RP events as well as flashpoints and ops once we have the numbers for it.

If you've never tried SWTOR, it has a free to play option. It has a few limitations. You can't access the two most recent expansions, and your level cap is either 65 or 70 instead of 75, not sure which. Then you have a limit of 1 million credits, and only one gathering/crafting skill. (Pick bioanalysis, sale materials on GTN, make big moneys) and you can't join raids. But the majority of the game is there, you can play all of the original story, and the Hutt Cartel and Shadow of Revan expansion packs. So there's plenty to do as free to play. (Though I honestly highly recommend subbing for at least one month, $15 will give you full access to all the expansions so far released forever, and changes you from F2P to preferred when the sub runs out giving you more character slots and other benefits.)

You can also use my friend referall code to get a few freebies, extra inventory space, customization control over titles, and unifiy colors optionon your armor sets. Then if you sub you get like 7 extra days free.

The Dawn Enclave

Within the empire there are always those who don't fit in. Sith who lean a little too much towards the light side. Escaped slaves. Deserters. There are plenty of citizens of the empire who are fated to become nothing more than a casualty among Sith politics. The Dawn Enclave seeks these people out, gives them protection, and they work together to try to reform the empire from within. Of course, any organization acting openly to these ends would be destroyed in an instant, so members of the Enclave maintain cover identities within the empire. Some as sith lords or military leaders, positions of power that allows them to easily relocate or assign new recruits to be beneath them. Other with the dangerous jobs of monitoring empire intelligence, learning of possible new recruits to move in before the empire eliminates them, as well as keeping the Enclave off the empire's radar. Led by the Twilight Champion the the Shining Wardens, they seek to build a better empire from within while protecting those who are vulnerable.



The RP is optional for those who just want a casual guild to hang out in and make friends. We're brand new so don't have that many members outside founders, a couple friends and a lot of alts being used to farm ship plans, but once we build up the members we plan to run flashpoints, ops, and are already doing conquests for the sake of getting those mentioned ship plans.


Currently have a fully unlocked Alderaan stronghold, a bit empty now but as we raise more money and craft prefabs will start decorating it. But, what better background than the constant bickering of politics of Alderaan to establish our base of power, and remain easily hidden. As far as anyone is concerned we're just a minor house with no real political power. Hardly worth paying attention to.

And a basic Capital Ship called the Daybreaker. Nothing special here yet, as with so few of us we haven't generated enough ship plans to expand any parts of the ship yet. We're working on it, and as we get more people to sign up it'll go a lot faster as we have more characters to claim that weekly reward, and those who can craft dark projects.


Have also created a guild discord for the purpose of having voice chat once we run things and a place to post character backstories and record guild story events.

So, today was meant to be the last day that you could get my patreon tiers at their old prices before the tiers increased.
