There is life after installing Vista!
Posted 18 years agoWell after a number of tweaks and the June release of some new graphics drivers I am pleased to say I got my 3D rendering software to play nice with Vista. For those of you who had commissions in etc. I'm back on it. I should have a number of these done soon and new smexy stuff will soon grace this page.
When software and hardware collide
Posted 18 years agoGreetings from your roaming reporter dragon. I have a couple of comments regarding upgrading to windows vista. In many ways it's cool but it's thrown a kink in the chain of several pieces of my software which annoys me to no end. I'm not talking old stuff either. I discovered it was more an issue with the drivers the software looks for than the OS itself. So if you upgrade to vista make sure you have all the updated drivers and that all your stuff is patched so it will *hopefully* play nice. I was going to do some cool art but I've spent much of the weekend fixing things and it messed up some of my fun activities as well. Word of caution don't plan on doing anything important for about a week after you upgrade to vista just in case.
He looked and saw SL was good!
Posted 18 years agoWell after throwing myself into SL I'm happy to say that I love it and how could I have ever done anything else. You build, you RP, you do all sorts of fun things including blasting bad guys, fun era battles and true RP funs stuff with damage and spells and all those cool things. I could almost give those Lindens a hug.... Almost. You can find me on SL as Callsfire Fargis. Feel free to shoot me an IM. I'm happilly constructing a nice domain on a good sized parcel. Well suitable lair I should say and I've picked up on the building and animating things quite quickly. I joined up with one of my good friends who shall we say surpasses my skills and I've gone to work for his company in SL doing building, texturing, and animation. You can make some pretty good L$ 's doing that kind of stuff and I've been able to get myself setup with a castle and all sorts of other goodies. So, if you don't see me on other online locales look me up on SL.
Taking a bite out of Second Life! Yumm!
Posted 18 years agoI finally made the plunge and joined Second Life.... WOW!!!! Lots of Furries and scalies!! I am also reminded that even as we all try new things so must we remember that we are the new newbie. The help I recieved in my first few hours getting accustomed to the place was great and once I tweak the textures on my fine form I'm going to look mavalous darlings mavalous. *Intentional mockery of fashion industry* So if you go out in the woods tomorrow you might just get eatten... *MWAHAHAA*
Yay! Crunch time is over!
Posted 18 years ago*Whew!* Well now that all the tax stuff is over and done with I can relax a bit. I mean what's with those taxes anyways? I don't see many dragon-sized bathrooms or dragon lanes in traffic. And how about dragon friendly buildings. I mean come on now when you have to scrunch your tail sideways just to fit into those chairs. Yeesh!..... It's taxation without representation!!!! I know! I know! we can have a dragon march and sit there and growl and stuff untill they make theose changes...
Ok well perhaps not then they'd call in the military and it could get messy. I guess I'll content myself with paying only what I have to and helping my clients be as tax efficient as possible. };=8) Ok now back to the usual art and fun stuff... Man all that hard work has made me hungry. Hmm let's see here who looks good to eat or at least do naughty things to... *lurks off to sate his hunger... both of them...*

Business and pleasure
Posted 18 years agoErf.. Well GOW 2 was fun but short and with tax time coming things get busy for those of us in the financial professions so IF you see me a snuggle or lick is nice as I get kinda wound up this time of year but with the expansion to Oblivion just coming out that should be a nice distraction. Work is one of those things that while you love it and you put alot into it. At the same time it can drive you batty as well. Especially large complex cases and estate type stuff. For those out there in the Financial Planning, Tax, and Asset Mgmt. professions I feel for you this time of year. But big cases mean lots of gold for the hoard so it's back to business or as a certain human put it.... "Once more unto the breach dear friends..."
God of War 2 Rocks!
Posted 18 years agoUmmm if you guys don't see me quite as often for the next week or so it's because I'm knee deep in wonderful CG corpses killing all manner of Greek Mythos baddies and having lots of fun playing God of War 2. It seriously rocks and I highly recommend picking it up if get the chance.

The flu sucks }:=8P
Posted 18 years agoYep, like so many other furries and dragons this time of year I got the flu as well. I'm starting to recover now but still not good enough to be back in the office. So, I guess I'll work on some art since I basically need to stay inside. Other than Tea, Orange Juice, and rest I wish there was something to make this go away quicker. I really, really hate being sick. Then you think about the stuff that is not getting done at the office and what you could be doing and then it gets irritating. Ok I'm done now, I just had to let that out.
Hot Vore!
Posted 18 years agoOh I can't tell you how good it feels to work on my "Tender Meal" Vore series. It's a classic that I've wanted to do for some time now. Sure I've sketched it out on paper but to do it in 3D is so enjoyable. You'll be seeing more of this series soon as I'm quite eager to bring it to a satisfying *burp* conclusion. I'm toying with thowing a little sexual naughtyness in there with her before I dine but we'll see how well the scene works out.
Warning incoming picture flood
Posted 18 years agoOk I'm gonna post a group of my pics that I've done over the past years to get you all up to date. Then I'll post some of my new stuff.
A new day dawns
Posted 18 years agoAfter taking a hiatus from the net for a bit I'm back and after several promptings I've descided to setup a profile here on FA. A nice little all in one site that should prove a nice place to share my poetry and maybe a bit of my art. While I'm proud of my poetry I consider my art somewhat average especially when compared with some of the greats whose art I admire. Even so I'll post a bit and see how it goes.
