So recently I managed to break free of my mothers toxic behaviors and beliefs. It has been years and I have spent the past few weeks going back over what I think I know and what I want to believe and something that came up recently is well.... the supernatural. I'm not talking about heaven or hell, angels or demons. Just ghosts, poltergeists etc.

So my question is does anyone have any experiences they can't explain or do they believe in such things. Would be nice to hear others thoughts on the subject seeing as it isn't as popular these days it seems.

Well what a fantastically random day at work. Walked in to find my co-worker on the computer researching fundraising tips for the leukemia foundation... i randomly came out with the words "ill totally die my hair purple again!"....

One thing lead to another and now we are having a sausage sizzle next Sunday to raise money... and if we manage to raise $500 big boys (itll only take an hour xD ) I will be shaved completely bald.

Im also working with my said co-worker to see if we can start an inhouse (company fundraiser) to see how much as a company we can raise. a certain amount and i might do something even bolder then just shave my head! ..

anyways just thought i'D get this out there.. looking forward to raising some much needed money !

So this weeks been a bit blegh for me. But given some time and chats with peoples I am now sort of back on track. Im smiling for the first time in days and have an exciting few days coming up.

Firstly work all weekend =D (for those who dont know i actually dont mind going to work X3) and my managers apparently have ahuge surprise for me given how much ive done for them the past few months.. woo! cant wait to see whut owo

Secondly on saturday Night its one of my best friends 21st birthday. We have been planning and stuff since like April and now its gonna be here and shiz.. gonna be a fun night and im gonna be the only sober one there but ohwell =D

Thirdly on monday morning I'll be flying out of Brisbane for VANCOUVER!!! had this holliday booked for months and im getting soooo excited. The flying and busses are gonna be miserable i reckon but atleast the destination is good. Been wanting to go to canada since i was about 6 years old and im twenty X3 so im gonna have a blast. Best part is its for three whole weeks! thanks to some awesome friends who have very kindly offered to board me for the time im there  fuzzy67 and  aurondragon.. so yeah X3. Exciting times ahead for meh hopefully itl all go well =D

Suppose i shuold post this now, meant to a little while ago but got sick with a stomach bug and slept most of the time away...

aaaanyways my X-partner and I split up again but this time for good. I have my reasons, some of which he knows others he doesnt but thats my choice whether to tell him or not. I have told one friend who i hold nearest and dearest and he will be the only one ever to hear the main reason.

I'm still good friends with Eli and have no hard feelings, I mean after all it was an amazing what.. 1 year and.. almost 4 months.. iunno x3

Last night at work we got "held" up by the scrawniest guy ive ever seen with a baseball bat that looked like he could barely wield it. I wasnt on checkouts but i was standing behind the guy who was.

Im not shaken, no one was hurt and the guy or should i say "kid" got caught before he even left the store by some awesome customers who are some of our best regulars! (seriously those guys are pretty cool, even cooler now)

Honestly it wasnt what i expected in anything like this, it was like.. "ok he took money lets get back to work!" .. no jokes .. i know we're boring :/ but it was just ever so eventful and totally made my night as it was funny as hell for us.

Also.. afterwards i went to get a mop bucket to finish my cleaning duties and when i came back i saw my mum holding the caught guys weapon and all i hear through glass and a good 15 meters between us is "Stay down or ill use it mate, how dare you threaten my son and his work!" love you so much mum, was so darn proud of her x3

but yeah, i have nothing fun to update people on so ill post this x3

Well in my family when it comes to driving (including my parents) we have a not so flash history.

mum got her license and lost it within 2 years (like 20 ish years ago x3)
Dad lost his license for an incident that wasn't his fault (he got hit by someone and unfortunately both he and the person at fault lost theirs)
My half brother well.. he lost his license twice before getting onto his opens then lost them again.. all within a 4 year period
my older brother did alright but has gotten multiple tickets for drink driving and speeding (hes a fucking lunatic, i would never suggest getting in a car with him ever x..x)

Myself, ive managed to have a license for 4 years and am going onto my opens this weekend. Not a single ticket, fine or loss of license. To some this may seem boring and stupid but im proud of it ! x3

Who knew the thing i was best at in my family was driving.... go figure : P

for those who know me the past 5 years ive either worked in fast food or around food. The one thing they all had in common... hot metal.. tonight I took out the fat trap to our hot box and had to take off the heatproof gloves to serve a customer.. totally forgot to put them back on. Touched the metal and to my surprise i didnt find it hot nor did it burn, thought id temp check it and it was still 70 sometihgn degrees... i know thats not uber hot but still :/

Was cleaning it out and was in such high spirits i didnt notice it, a little girl came up and pointed it out asking if i was bleeding and I replied "no its the meat, thats why im cleaning it" ... 2 seconds later i go to wash my hands to realise it was me and i had to re-clean the entire meat desplay.

Finally home from an awesome few days at furDU down the on the GC. Have to admit i was nervouse as fuck going as it was my first con and all my roomies bailed on me >w> ... aaanyways i made so many new friends and saw some faces i never thought i would. All in all it was amazing that i was able to be part of such a wonderful event. Was run smoothlyish... xD

anyways just wanted to say im home.. and stuff... oh and i had my hatchday celebrations with some of said new friends xD

Just got to the watermark for furDU and I gotta say I'm impressed with the hotel. So far it seems pretty amazing :3 just wish I had some one to shre the view with xD anyways might go to the beach <3

welp its official as oooooooooof about just under 3 hours ago i successfully completed and graduated flight centre's travel academy. Im fully trained to be a travel agent and have completed all my paper work for my cert 2 in tourism yaaaay~~ :3

all these weeks of hard work and all those darn tests and frustrating days using dos based systems will totally be worth it!! <3

No more 5 am wake ups and 6 am trains into the city (well 6-6.30 ish anyways x3) no more brisbane unless i want to be there !! <3 though ive come to kinda like the city a lil more then i used to... ironic hunh xD

Just getting pissed off with some people atm. Tonight i was on a sights chatbox that shall remain anonymous and one of the members logged on and talked about handling and cleaning a weapon. Apparently he didnt check and it went of in his face. Obviously fine if he can get onto a damn sight and blab about it. Not so much he did but the act itself if its true.

WHY oh WHY would you do something that stupid. A weapon is a weapon and has the potential to do harm. Check double and tripple check first. I shoot with my dad occasionally on a range and we never have a problem with simply "missing" a bullet loaded in a gun.

just pissed me off with his stupidity.

this is just an event of most recent occurrence, Theres been a lot i wanted to rant about but have refrained.

If anyone read my last journal they'd know my place of employment has been somewhat eventful recently. Well turns out my aunty saw what happened on the news and immediately rang my mother. Anyways just letting peoples know im finally getting shifts again. It wont last and i know it but im happy to get some atleast. Tomorrow which will be today in liek 5 mins i have to get to bed cause i have an 8 and a half hour shift. woo!!! but i gotta bus it to the bus station closest and walk cause apparently the street i work on doesn't exist to them. fun fun, so a 3 + k walk plus and 8 hour shift.. yaaaaaaaaay
