Posted 12 years agoSo I have excess fur of the aubergine grey feather fur ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/1076008.....-faux-fur-shag ) , some DF black, and a few varying colors scraps.
I'm planning on making a full suit (plantigrade) of some type of dragon/dinosaur with the feathered fur as the main body color.
The head will be a foam base head and static jaw, (unless I get enough for a dragon resin base then jaw will move). Eyes will be 3-d follow me resin.
The reason I'm doing this is because it's the wrong fur needed (long story...) and already cut out the panels, so it will fit someone who is around the 5'6"-5'9" range, and around a women's top Large, and size 12-14~ pants. The size is pretty much set however within this range.
If anyone is interested we could talk minor details (such as tail and feet shape, possible hand details or minor things), but it would mostly be artistic liberty for a great price. Probably around 450$~plus shipping (more if you want to get snazzy with silicone paw pads, resin claws, LEDs, and all that jazz).
I will ship international, I don't mind.
It would be done in time for Anthrocon. Which I'll be at and would be happy to bring along for pick up. Or Mid April at the earliest (maybe sooner depending on my work schedule) if needed for a con. :3
If no one is interested, I'll be putting the suit up for auction once it's done, including custom sized feet for the buyer, since I know shoe sizes can range dramatically.
Other than that, I guess stay tuned for updates when I begin to work on it starting after Furnal Equinox.

I got to suit in Ganon for a bit, get drunk, hang out with toooooooooooooooooons of my friends, and made tooooooooooooons of new ones! I am so glad I had the money to go this year! I had an awesome time with everyone, even if trying to get an elevator took 10 minutes each way, but woo!!!!
I also met tons of artists I watch on FA, as well as making some new ones! There so many I want to commission for badges!

I got to suit in Ganon for a bit, get drunk, hang out with toooooooooooooooooons of my friends, and made tooooooooooooons of new ones! I am so glad I had the money to go this year! I had an awesome time with everyone, even if trying to get an elevator took 10 minutes each way, but woo!!!!
I also met tons of artists I watch on FA, as well as making some new ones! There so many I want to commission for badges!
I will definitely go back next year! We need more fur cons. <3 <3 <3 <3

HOWEVER Dark beast ganon will be worn friday from say...noon until seven or so, and saturday all day and will be in the saturday night masquerade.
